My dad took me to a house show in Houston when I was a kid "maybe 13." Steiner had a match with Christian. We had good seats where I could holler at the wrestlers walking down. When he got next to use I yelled, "I'm the big booty daddy!" When he turned and seen it was a kid he smiled, and got almost nose to nose with me and said, "holler if you hear me." Made my night. Even though he was playing heel he took a few seconds of his entrance to humor a no name kid. Ill never forget that.
I worked a show and he was there , and when I say he ruined my image of who I thought he was . It’s a good thing he was hands down THE NICEST PERSON, he was over the top sweet and caring to everyone working there. When he asked me if I could get him 3 cases of eggs I ran out got him eggs and watched him boil the eggs on a hot plate and talk to me like I was his best friend. He is in my top 5 favorite wrestlers and top five favorite people. He’s been super awesome every time I’ve seen him or talked to him. He also remembered the eggs lol

Equal? They're far ahead of Hawk and Animal. Especially Scott Steiner.
One of the Road Warriors stupidly said wrestlers aren't as good as streetfighters. "...just look at UFC." Yeah, where the most dominant guys tend to be WRESTLERS. Steiners would kill them.
Great interview Ben. Keep it up and you'll be one of the premier interviewers in wrestling. Kind of remind me of a young Mauro Renallo when he was with PRIDE. Still a little green but you can tell there is a ton of potential there.
Vince: "Steiner has a paralyzed dropfoot, så let's have him wrestle HHH who has a torn groin. It'll be a classic!"
And have them go 18 minutes. Like tff
@@theman6705 And for the love of god don't insert a third guy without an injury would could have worked hard to obfuscate their limitations.
That was a real good interview Scott Steiner big Papa pump is the man
If WCW had put Steiner against Goldberg in 98-99, things might have been a lot different money wise
Excellent and insightfully leading questions. Good job by the interviewer!
By far the best body of the day and for sure the best intro lines, holla if you hear me big Pappa pump is your hook up!! Lol
Some of my fondest wrestling memories was watching BPP on WCW Nitro. He was a ripped maniac. Me and all my friends would stop our card game when Scotty appeared on screen. We never stopped a card game for anything, even the time when some idiot passed out drunk in the back bedroom with a lit cigarette that lit the room on fire. It eventually was put out somehow, but that's how much we loved watching the Big Poppa.
Great interview, Big Poppa Pump's the man
one of the real toughest men in wrestling ,,very pathetic how the wwe let him go early..fantastic to watch him in wrestling and he could talk ..great interview
Had he staid at WWE, we would've never gotten the uncensored greatness that Steiner was at TNA afterwards.
I use to like both scott & rick steiner as tag team wrestlers. Both their gimmick were cool. They were both icons in their own ways.
One of the greatest of all time
Steiner shows great patience with nerds
Seeing him giggle about the numbers promo gives me life
I use to work out at same gym as Scott Hall and so many of these professional wrestlers are quick witted and so intelligent.
To cut promos, act, and be athletic, they are amazing.
Great interviewer and excellent interviewee. BPP 4 life.
What a awesome interview, only wish it was longer!
That’s what she said🤤
Loved the sirens for entrance on wee. Holla if you here me!
That along with big bad booty daddy and freaks. He had a Following like no other
He
In same
Bracket in that manner like cm punk and y2j!
Scott needs his own podcast. Could listen for hours
Best tag team ever and Steiner is one of the most innovative wrestlers ever. His Big Poppa Pump gimmick was so entertaining but when he was just Scott Steiner he was 100% pure badass. Watch The Steiners vs Sting & Lex Luger from Superbrawl 1. Two baby face teams who were close friends. No animosity or heat between the teams yet when Scott gets the tag and comes in and cleans house. He’s so intense and cussing up a storm. Awesome match and one of the best tag team matches ever.
Never seen Scotty this calm and respectful 😁 God Bless you man 🙏🏼❤️
Even Rey mysterious calls the move Frankensteiner and not Hurricanrana.
Honestly I would’ve loved to see a Scott Steiner vs Brock Lesnar feud
Scotty is such a legend.
Great to see Steiner more calmer and talkative now. Probably the most misunderstood wrestler of all time, don't believe the narrative of the internet fans who claim Steiner was a terrible Wrestler, in his prime from 1989-1995 he was one of the best wrestlers ever.
Umm, wut...? What’re you talking about..? Are you thinking of someone else..? This comment makes ZERO sense 🤨🤨
I remember back in the day he was wrestling in memphis. Always loved SS
Great interview. First time I've heard Scott out of character and really good stuff. A wrestling legend and yes: the greatest tag team of all time!
Amazing interview. Scott has been awesome and will always be awesome 👍
Great interview. Nice to see Scott have a low key talk.
One of the GOATs ..definitely in my Top Five.
One of my favourite shoot interviews. The host did a great job
When he called people "Son of a bitch" it always sounded so personal 😂
Definitely one of the best Steiner interviews I've heard 👌
Great Interview! The Legend Big Poppa Pump! 💯💪🏽😆 #SteinerMath
Scott's the man. He would be in my dream Survivor series team
what a great interview. Its clear this interviewer really knows his wrestilng, and was prepared with some really thought provoking questions. I hope this channel can do more things like this in the future
"I'm about to PUNCH you, man!" HOLY HELL you pissed Steiner off lmao
It would have been interesting to have seen the Steiners against the Von Erichs for the world belts.
Scott Big Popa Pump was one of the best wrestlers ever!!!
scott is a heck of a lot smarter than people think. He's an innovator and some of the things he did when he was young will never be done again
I think you have the best interview with Scott ever
Big Poppa Pump could some killer promos, always enjoyed watching him!
Scott was definitely one of my top favorite wrestlers. Not much of a fan of how he treated other wrestlers but in the ring he was entertaining. Thanks Scott for what you did for the business.
Great interview with my hero Big Poppa Pump
Great interview. Ben Simon is great, Scotty, what a legend
Scott Steiner.... nWo 4-Life.... Stay healthy family... God bless...
I was a big fan of Big Poppa Pump in the late 90s. Still am. That person of his was off the hook.
My question? Where did you get that head dress? It's the coolest part. I feel it calms you some. I have a weight blanket, and it helps calm me when I can't sleep well
Its always great seeing Stiener in life after pro wrestling. I was always a WCW fan favorite.
Loved the Steiner Brothers tag team.
I would have loved to see them face
Yokozuna and Bam Bam Bigelow in the WWE.
You can't really do much with 'zuna but bammers woulda been sick .bammers could go
