I've been struggling to breathe for a year and a half, Doctors tried to say it was anxiety and all in my head. I was adamant that something was wrong, along with the shortness of breath, I also had heartburn, sore throat, constant throat clearing and now difficulty swallowing with choking episodes. The e.n.t doc was so annoyed with me when I bought up the breathing issue and proceeded to diagnosed me with LPR with Anxiety with somatization, and all this over the phone, not once have they bothered to check my throat or food pipe even after requesting for both to be looked at, I went to the ER several times, till eventually they checked my heart, lungs and confirmed all clear. The last few years have been rough and im at my lowest, everyday is a battle! Doctors have literelly ignored my pleas for help and left me feeling unvalidated. I really want to show these videos to the doctors in the hope that they will empathise with me but they dont want to listen, lost faith in the health system.

Here I am, stumbling across this video after I figured all of this out on my own. Having to walk the Doctors through their own process so that they can see the same thing was like a bad dream. But it is finally getting taken care of. Helpful information like this is needed as there are so many physicians that believe they are High Almighty and know everything and patients need to be able to have the information to ask the right questions and get the right help.
Dr Petersen... thanks a million... I have a hiatus hernia.. and have been experiencing exactly what you described.. the palpitations..compressions..bowl disruption.... gas building up.. all of it.. So once again.. a million thanks .. God bless you... keep it up...

So sad you don’t live in Germany. We have the worst doctors anyone can ask for. I wish you were here. I have had issues with my stomach for a long time and everyone seems to ignore it and tells me to put camera in my stomach. And everything all comes out fine. But the symptoms are worst thing to experience. God bless doctors like you.
This is exactly what I'm experiencing. Was just admitted in hospital over the weekend to be told all the test was fine, but here we are and I'm still going through this
I had symptoms of being cold, weak, poor sleep, hypothyroid, poor digestion, acid reflux, light headed, heart palpitations, short of breath, anxiety, depression, weight loss, low sex drive, and posture/back problems. I went round-and-round with regular doctors for years getting nowhere. I was diagnosed and treated for hiatal hernia with some gut issues through Root Cause Medical and I'm finally getting improving!
Thanks for sharing Brady. It is incredible the number of people we are discovering with this condition. Symptoms vary quite a bit which is why I'm trying to share more about it and hopefully get more people relief. So glad you're doing better!

This is the 3rd of your videos I've watched this evening and forwarded to a friend who is suffering severely and I can't wait to contact her to get in touch with you.
This is extremely helpful and I have never related to a doctor's words over the past years than I just did right now listening to you. I have had shortness of breath and "heart" pains for nearly two years as well as stomach pains and acid reflux. Im a 27 year old, male with a good health history so when all these symptoms started at the same time it was so worrying and debilitating. I was seeing a pulmonologist, cardiologist and Gastroenterologist and just like you mentioned in the video, my heart and lungs are fine and doctors were just saying it was stress. But the gastroenterologist did discover a "small" hiatal hernia which I'm sure it's causing all these problems. I'm about to start the GERD diet and do more exercise to lose weigh hopefully I can get my life back to normal.
@Steven Tullius definitely staying away from meds right now. I'm watching my diet and trying to exercise more frequently to see if in the future months I start feeling better.

I had all the symptoms mentioned. Went to cardiologist and he ordered ECG, CT scan of the heart and said there is 75% blockage and to confirm the blockage I had to do an angiogram and ended up staying in the hospital for 1 night, burnt a hole in my pocket, tons of blood thinners, statins and the symptoms still persists. So this video is spot on. Thank you the best description so far.
Thank you! You've answered what I've been trying to get diagnosed for 12 years. I have to lift my shoulders to get a deep breath. A PCP decided it was stress, a cardiologist told me to take the stairs. Only reason I was diagnosed with hiatal hernia this week is because I was due for a colonoscopy and told the GI doc I'd been having central abdominal pain/pressure, so he added an EGD test. THIS IS ME.... Been having heart palpitations and recieving treatment for a with Metoprolol by my Cardiologist since 2014. I was active duty US Navy for 27 years and recently retired in 2020. Over years I have had 20 Echocardiograms,, 5 CTA's and two right/left heart catheterization. The great news is that I was able and have access to that type of care, however as you mentioned "every" cardiologist and electrophysiologist all beleive and tell me "that my heart is fine"... Hey, I’m happy to hear this video. I’m in my mid twenties with two toddlers, whom I stay home with. The past 9 months has been a rollercoaster. I’ve seen several doctors, dozens of ER visits. Echocardiogram, Pulmonary Lung Function Test, Stress Test, Chest X-rays, etc. ALL NORMAL. It’s like a wild goose chase for answers. Nobody has answers. I get really short of breath the second I stand up and try to do light activity that never phased me before. I can’t eat a lot without feeling like a balloon swelling in my diaphragm. I get crazy heart palpitations everyday, most of the day, and shortness of breath anytime I try to do anything basic with my kids. I’m at a loss, I’m a nervous wreck all the time. I just want to feel normal again, and for the kids to have their fun-loving momma again. I find myself sitting ALOT now because I’m afraid to get up and lose my breath and my heart pound like crazy. Any advice or tips? I literally get dizzy often now, and it’s scary. I cry a lot because I’m scared for my future and this is a never ending vicious cycle for me. It’s taken a mental toll. Thanks for listening!💛

This has been so helpful. I have recent diagnosis of advanced ovarian cancer with a large 9 x 12 cm tumour on the left ovary and metastases in the omentum - awaiting date for debulking surgery. My main problem has been worsening shortness of breath on exertion and an expanding girth. I have had diagnosis of small hiatus hernia in the past and had ablation for SVT. Of course it has been a very stressful couple of months since diagnosis and I've noticed occasional 'ectopics' when stressed and heart rate goes up briefly to around 125 bpm (I wear a fitbit) when I feel the ectopic but settles down to my normal 75-80 quickly. I now think these ectopics are caused by the pressure in my abdomen and on my diaphragm causing just the problem you discuss of a sliding hiatus hernia. I had an ECG about a month ago and everything was fine/normal - so there you go.
This has been my total experience trying to figure out what is going on with my heart with a few general doctors. They wouldn’t refer me to a specialist And they both acted like it was anxiety and that I was crazy. Both of them offered me meds and we had maybe spoken for 10 minutes. I saw a 3rd doc this morning who referred me to a heart specialist. Mine symptoms happen at the peak of fitness and getting my heart rate up, followed by chest pain. It’s happened maybe 15 times now in the last few years and my heart gets sorer and for longer each time.

Your video is so helpful. It feels like someone just gets it. Doctors, ERS, tests, lab work, everytime eveything comes back as normal which yes I am happy for, but I also feel like I know I am not crazy. Or am I exaggerating the situation (when I know I am not, I am just making excuses when tests comes back normal). I do feel I have had plenty of stomach issues in the past. I am currently in the process of waiting for thyroid tests to come back because after doing plenty of research I thought maybe I am suffering from Hyperthyroidism. So far my electrolytes and everything are normal, but have not heard back about thyroid yet. I get sharp chest pains, like spasms. Its painful and freaks me out. I do not have anxiety, (maybe situational) and I am not really stressed. I take deep breaths and recognize when the palpitations start to help ease my anxiety. Does not always help, but acknowledging it rather than freaking out is far more helpful. What do you suggests. I drink tea and use essential oils. I am vegatartian, but at the moment my diet is poor because I thought maybe I could be suffering from Hyperthyrodism
I feel your pain and can totally relate! I've had chest pains for nearly two years and progressively they've gotten worse. At some points feeling like I'm gonna have a heart attack. It's super worrying bc I'm only 27 and don't do drugs or anything. And my cardiologist tells me my heart is fine just telling me it's stress that's causing my chest pains. And I've also had stomach issues for a while now and I get acid reflux real easily. I'm currently experiencing shortness of breath and heart pains as well as acid reflux and my Gastroenterologist just discovered a hiatal hernia so I'm sure that's what's causing my problems. I'm about to go on a very strict diet to help with the reflux and do more cardio to help me lose weight hopefully that'll help with some of my symptoms and help me lead a normal, pain-free life again.
I started noticing how my heart would skip a beat only when I sit forward a bit. Or when I tilt my chin down over to the right. But never when I bend down to tie my shoes. Some times it feels like drinking too much water triggers it. I had acid reflux a few weeks ago, which I never get. But I couldn't lie down without feeling periods of palpitations, but taking anti acids fixed it. Which was a relief, because I was thinking I was having an attack.
@@alexisstarr7825 I think it was only for a few days, maybe a week. I wasn't taking them consistently throughout the day, just maybe twice, as I felt the symptoms. I would only notice the symptoms on the weekends when I was at home more often. I started drinking more water, which I feel helped a lot, because I haven't had any problems since.
You have explained sooo much!!! I've had digestive issues my entire life (literally) and have an hiatal hernia that has caused serious problems. I've had unexplained high HR....until now! You just gave me the answer to that question lol. I'm going in to see a GI because it's gotten so bad that there are very few foods I can eat now that will go down without getting stuck. I didn't want surgery but I don't think I have much of a choice if I want to live a normal life. Anyway, thank you so very much for answering this very important question! Blessings to you💙💜💙💜
I’ve had the same symptoms! Check to see if you have a food allergy. I just stopped eating dairy or drinking dairy and I feel so much better. It could be Anaphylaxis. I would drink milk with my coffee, and the coffee would help my symptoms, but the milk with the coffee would cause my symptoms.

I lost six months of my life with hiatal hernia. My hernia was pressing against my heart and lungs. Experienced regular atrial fibrillation. I spent many nights sitting on side of bed gasping for air. Couldnt walk. Couldn’t sleep longer than 2 hours because breathlessness would wake me. Lost 8 kilo in short period. Saw my now ex doctor 3 times. 2 other doctors. Also saw a cardiologist and gastroenterologist. Conveyed to hospital by ambulance and told I had had a heart attack which I hadn’t. Nobody helped me. Finally diagnosed myself. Made an appointment with a chiropractor and finally started to live again.
@@TeamFCC Hi. If you go on utube you will find huge amount of hernia clinics run by chiropractors. They seem to work on back and then do flicking motions with their hands with great success. I found on line only one chiropractor who mentioned hernias. He did work on my back mainly to make “more room” for breathing. He at least got me breathing enough to walk. I’ve been really I’ll lately with this a/f. Bp 65 over 45. Mine is normally high. Black outs and breathing problems. Ambulance to hospital this week but after 4 hours in ambo ramping outside I discharged myself. I did a whole lot of lifting this week and did damage to myself. I have found it helpful to have glass warm water first thing in morning and then do jumps. I do about 12 holding on to benchtops. Then join hands in front of chest and do panting. Great video Dr Peterson. I've had my heart checked twice now and having all these symptoms you mention. I am also have eptopic beats. Could these be due to a hiatal hernia also?
This video just reminded me, from about the age of 20 used to get a random sharp stabbing chest pain. It become more and more frequent to the point of once every few months or so. I had no idea what it was. The doctors couldn't/wouldn't say what it was. I did test high cholesterol a couple of times over my life but other times it tested normal. I have not a had a single sharp stabbing pain in my chest since the day I went plant based 8 years ago. Strangely though, since then, my cholesterol has been high from eating a lot of plant based chocolate and other plant based junk food.
Thank you, I get those a lot lately especially when I’m doing some cardio, I get gas burping and it comes up middle of chest, feels some times like a flutter, I take medication for gerd acid reflux
I experience heart palpitations almost everytime I exercise and my heart rate gets over 160 bpm. Can a hiatal hernia cause this problem, and if so why? I’ve had all my heart tests done and they came back clear. Really need answers for why this is happening. I expedience so many bad stomach issues as well as difficulty maintaining a normal breathing pattern. Thanks!
Get yourself a juicer and juice up some cabbage or carrot. It will settle things. Plenty about it on youtube. I did cabbage until I found out carrot does the same. Have read drinking these juices have repaired ulcers far quicker than these nasty side effect drugs. Not saying you have an ulcer. I've had gerd in past and it cured it, until I fell back on eating to much sweet stuff and the stomachs worse enermy, alcohol. Getting loads of palpitations, so will be juicing when my carrots arrive tomorrow. I also eat natural organic plain yogurt after meal that calms palpitations down. I seem to get palpitations during exercise, as if I don't sweat quick enough. Doc says everyone is different. In other words, he's useless.
Ya, I have heart palpitation, but mostly at night. When I go to do a stress test, dr said my heart is ok. But i don't have heart palpitation all the time. When i did the test, I didn't have heart palpitation, but I still have heart palpitations even though the dr said my heart is ok.
You said it's easy fix. Please share the fix! I have been having this very problem off and on. I have klonopin for anxiety and it doesn't touch it! One day I said, okay, if this is a heart attack let's see. Got on my tread mill and gave a good go. Then lifted some light weights, some squats, and about 30 push ups. Heart rate went up to 120 and within about 20 minuets around 60. I am 64 years old and I do have some type of hernia that's is visual. Another thing I deal with is apnea, but I diligently use my C Pap. What's the fix?
The fix is not something I can tell you to do over the internet because there are differences person to person. Does it include diet change? Often. Does it involve identifying the cause of gut imbalance/infections? Yes, again often. Can it involve the nerves going to the diaphragm coming from the neck? Again, yes. Does the doctor of Physical Therapy work to break the spasm of a high diaphragm? Yes again. There are many factors and we need to identify which are occurring and then fix them. Yes, it's not hard, but it's not a single "pill" for everyone. I know; I wish it was "take vitamin C" or something everyone could just take, but that's just not the case. I hope that makes sense. What can I do if I’m poor? How can I pay for what you offer to help this matter? I understand everyone is different… I just wish you had videos of all the different ways that can cure hiatal hernia. This type of anxiety is draining my life. I have a child and a family to tend to. If this is easy to cure just show the many ways that can cure it. I’m tired of being diagnosed with anxiety and depression and I KNOW there’s nothing wrong, because I’m sitting here and nothing is triggering these symptoms mentally…. It’s something else with me. But thank you so much, this video was very helpful and got me to know exactly what I thought what was happening to me. Thanks so much Doc.

For the past 13 days I have been feeling pressure on my chest/stomach, frequent diarrhoea, shortness of breath 24/7, restlessness (difficulty falling asleep) increased heart rate whenever I stand up and take a few steps (my heart beats fast), loss of appetite (I am never hungry and have to force myself to eat) and fatigue. The main symptoms are the chest/stomach pressure and shortness of breath. I’ve been to the ER, where I have had a blood test, chest X ray, oxygen therapy, electrocardiogram, blood pressure checked and everything had turned out perfect and I cannot get a diagnosis.

This has been going on for me for quite some time now, but its only recently been a concern to me. I’ve had shortness of breath before bed, in the car, and other times when I’m not thinking about things. I want to see a doctor about it but I’m worried my problem won’t be resolved. I thought it was Anxiety which I’ve had mildly since I was 10. (I’m almost 14 by the way) and the breathing problems don’t help because I instantly jump to searching up whatever is going on when something even mildly different is happening to me. This is the one time my research has helped me. I think I can actually go to sleep well tonight knowing I’m not dying. Thank you so much! I’ll be talking to my guardians about this tomorrow before school to get this checked out ASAP. I’m so ready to live life breathing normally again 🙏🙏🙏
For the past three weeks I’ve been having my heart spike out no where, up to 170 bpm. Been to the ER like 7 times, did blood work, chest X-ray, went to a cardiologist, did an echo, stress test. Everything was fine. I don’t know what else to do. It starting to sound like this is what I have. Plus my bowel movement has not been the greatest.
I have suddenly developed unfulfilled stiff breathing / also breathlessness with exertion...my chest doesn't pain. (apparently post booster), I've gotten a lung function test ( spirometry), a chest CT and multiple blood tests...all are clear...but since the past 6 weeks, 24/7 almost, I am always conscious of my breathing and it's debilitating. I'm homebound and can't enjoy simple things. What is it? Please help
Thank you for posting this. I went to the ER countless of times and saw a cardiologist. They said my heart is working like a champ. My gastroenterologist did an endoscopy and found acid reflux and hiatal hernia. This video makes perfect sense.
I have been waking up every morning with PVCs (skipped beats). When I get up and start moving around, they tend to calm down... Then, just like clockwork, after I eat dinner and start to relax, they come back. Sometimes they will wake me up at night. It is very unnerving and I have the worst anxiety because of it. The doctors say it is just stress and anxiety, but I KNOW there is something to this. My stomach is tight and tense during these episodes. Relaxing my stomach does very little with laying down, but I believe it is all due to a hiatal hernia (I go to the GI Specialist next week). WHY do doctors not connect the stomach and heart? My cardiologist told me that reflux/GI issues cannot cause palpatations.

I have exactly these things, but asthma as well. Was in ER a few days ago, but before the ER saw a gp. The GP was trying to get me to say I'm anxious so she could put it in my file. Very condescending attitude. ER was good and referred me for cardiac & lung clinic.
Hi fascinating reading I’m a 61 year old male who until 3 years ago was extremely fit and healthy. That’s when I started with all the symptoms you have listed for haital hernia. I have had numerous checks done on both my heart and lungs, the lungs are clear and the cardiologist says he has no real concerns though I have some narrowing of one artery. I also had an endoscopy where I was told all was well. Despite all of these tests my quality of life has plumeted mainly due to my shortage of breath. Your description fits my condition perfectly and I will return to my GP (I’m in the UK) with these findings. I wonder if you could tell if this also fits the symptoms of a HH when I bend forward to pull on my socks or fasten my shoes my upper stomach is extremely painful and I feel like my oxygen is being cut off to such an extend that I can only stay leaning forward for a very short period of time. Very many thanks for your help.

Since last week I have been having many of these symptoms. I feel short of breath, my chest feels always tight, sometimes I feel dizzy and my sleep has been awful. I wake up randomly with a rapid heart beat and I feel that it is a heart attack. I went to the hospital twice, both times I got an ecg, blood test and the second time I got an x-ray of my chest. The results were absolutely fine. I’m 16 and the doctors said my heart was great. Although this was good news it almost scares me because I still get the symptoms. My parents think it is anxiety as well as the doctors, however I can just be relaxed in my house and still feel chest pain and shortness of breath. I’ve been all over trying to find what this could be. I’m worried because this has only started happening since last week. Since then I have feared for my life. When I lay down I also hear sounds in my stomach loud and clear. I keep trying to remember what I did last week that could have caused this. I helped my dad with heavy bags of rubble and thought this could have done something to my chest. On the same day I took a cold shower which I don’t usually do. My heart was racing and I thought I was about to die. Overall do you think this is a strong possibility of hiatal hernia?-thanks
Christian COYS I’ve been feeling much better. I was told I possibly have hiatal hernia along with acid reflux. I’ve taken tablets for the acid reflux and I guess it has helped. Out of all the things it could be it was this which i didn’t think it was. I also was worried about my heart as it would be rapidly randomly and I was told it was a bit irregular or something like that. So I’ve got medication for them. The pain you’re feeling is horrendous and it feels like a heart attack but don’t worry it is likely not. You’ll get through it, best of luck!!!
@@Fumes2 Just remember that taking antacids have long term side effects which create more problems. Also, medicating your heart when the problem is likely, at its root, your stomach, just doesn't make sense. It's your decision certainly, but the path your taking involves too many drugs in my opinion, and it's not getting to the true underlying cause and fixing it permanently.
Dr. Vikki Petersen I got prescribed the medication here in England by my GP who has detected that my heart is irregular. I told the GP that my heart races when at rest and therefore I was given the medication for that. In addition I was given medication for the acid reflux which has seemed to help. I have suffered no side effects at all by either of these two medications. I am on vacation at the moment here in the US and when I get back to the UK I’m seeing my GP for blood tests. I’m aware that the medication could cause issues however you aren’t suggesting anything better, and considering my GP has given me this says a lot.
I have all these issues Lightheadedness, constipation, acid reflux, gastrisis, heart palpitations, pins n needles, sinus issue, shortness of breath, unable to sleep,i cant to my cardio, after 15 min i feel palpitations,i cant cool down my self at that moment then suddenly got pins n needles then low blood pressure, then tightness around neck, feels like someone is pressing my neck.

Hello Dr vikki. Thank you so much for this video. I have been having this issue since my covid 19 vaccin ( august 18th) till now . It’s is very frustrating and scary sometimes. I don’t have any chest pain but I do have shortness of breath somethings , dizziness and all. And in the past, I had an acid reflux for my stomach . But now I’m just tired of going to the ER, doctors and all. They are telling me that my heart is fine but I’m not feeling okay 😭😭. Please what should I do ?
Yeah...same here :/ Just got back from the ER yesterday and try to find a diagnosis on my own, because my heart and lung are fine, but I feel dizzy, my heart is racing when I walk ~10m (130 pulse) and it´s difficult to breathe. Got it after the booster with Biontech in January
My God! This video is a life saver indeed. Exactly same situation and every single Dr I visited said: All is fine! Go have some Valerian to cool down! Bad solution. Stress does not go like that. Some Dr. prescribed anti depressants and Beta Blockers. Of course, I never took them, I don't need them. I walk almost 3 km every day and never run out of breath. It's just at night anxiety gives me this Air Hunger feeling, I take my blood pressure and it's perfect. It just feels like an endless loop. I'm not sure if it is Hiatal Hernai since my gastroenterologist did not detect it when he scaned. I assume my case is simply Health Anxiety. Why? Because I had Covid 5 months ago and after I read so many articles about Covid leading to heart attacks, panic striked me.
You just explained what ive been experiencing for months! Whenever i do light activities like bending or running, i feel like i cant take enough breath. These are my symptoms : Shortness of breath Chest pain Palpitations (sometimes manageable, im getting used to it) Lower back pain Others, psychological : Anxiety and panic attack It has been my silent battle, no one, even in my family knows what ive been fighting for almost 8 months. I dont have enough money for test to check my abdomen. I just had blood test and chest xray which are all normal. Im really hopeless, i dont go outside now because of anxiety. Im only 21, eventually i have to go outside to work after college. But i cant even climb stairs without getting out of breath halfway 😢 Can it be cured or atleast go back to normal without getting surgery? Are breathing exercises helpful if it occurs when im outside? Or im just gonna passed out in the middle of the street. Im not sure if this is hiatal hernia or diaphragm spasm 😢 please reply 🙏 you are amazing, i feel like even just your presence could calm my anxiety
Panic attack is a totally different thing. Have your vitamin D levels checked. Anything less than 50ng/ml is risky. Have it cranked up and you will be just fine.
You need to see a gastroenterologist immediately. If your symptoms are this severe it should be referred to a specialist. Until then to help yourself To stop Gerd with a hiatal hernia the most important thing is to NEVER eat cold foods and drink cold beverages. No ice! The stomach produces more acid and heats up more when you eat or drink cold things. Good should be hot and mushy. Do this and drink hot tea after each meal making your stomach do less work to break down food.
@@Kindlycallmecarebear hi! Thank you for this! 😊 i think since 2022 have started im slowly healing. I mean maybe its panic attack and my anxiety before. Because it only happen when im too nervous or when im outside, im usually nervous but now it gets worse cos of pandemic. Now, im slowly getting used it, after learning that im not gonna die of it, I'm more positive now that i can overcome this. Through research, watching doctors' videos and learning from other people's experiences, i realized i dont have gerd, ulcer, gastro. Im guessing hernia, since i dont have any other symptoms now aside from the feeling of there's something stuck in my upper abdomen sometimes. Maybe i dont pay much attention to my health before but i now became more discipline and health conscious. Lesson learned for me 😊

Full day I am tired what is sickness can i talk in what is up please I need a help doctors are can't find my problem
Why didnt you check right away instead of a year later
I had all the symptoms mentioned. Went to cardiologist and he ordered ECG, CT scan of the heart and said there is 75% blockage and to confirm the blockage I had to do an angiogram and ended up staying in the hospital for 1 night, burnt a hole in my pocket, tons of blood thinners, statins and the symptoms still persists. So this video is spot on. Thank you the best description so far.
I hope you are feeling better. Sorry to hear that.

How are you doing now @maxpro7680
Thanks again! 🤩

Did you figure out anything ? I’ve been having this issue while exercising so scary

Interesting video but you didn't tell the "easy resolution" so what is it?
I started noticing how my heart would skip a beat only when I sit forward a bit. Or when I tilt my chin down over to the right. But never when I bend down to tie my shoes. Some times it feels like drinking too much water triggers it.
I had acid reflux a few weeks ago, which I never get. But I couldn't lie down without feeling periods of palpitations, but taking anti acids fixed it. Which was a relief, because I was thinking I was having an attack.
How long did you take the antacids?
@@alexisstarr7825 I think it was only for a few days, maybe a week. I wasn't taking them consistently throughout the day, just maybe twice, as I felt the symptoms. I would only notice the symptoms on the weekends when I was at home more often. I started drinking more water, which I feel helped a lot, because I haven't had any problems since.

I’m getting this scares me so much
Did anyone actually get the treatment done for the hiatal hernia and have gotten relief from these symptoms?

You can contact us for a free consultation if you're interested.
It might be an h-pylori infection.

Where are you? This is my exact problem. It has ruined my life. I have constant palpitations especially at night.. My heart is apparently normal, so it's been labeled anxiety. I have had a hietal hernia for many years.

HI Christian, I just responded to another comment, but I'll answer this one as well. It's likely very treatable naturally and I would really like to help. Consider calling us for a consultation - 408-733-0400. It's unfortunate, but most doctors don't know how to handle these symptoms.

@@jandextermedallo7534 hello? Are you okay now? Also if you are how did you deal with the shortness of breathe

Anxiety disorders
Or burnout
Thank you for that detailed description of your symptoms.
Definitely it can be. I can’t bend over, I have to stoop down.

Cryptix how have you gotten on? I’ve been feeling the same....

These are my symptoms :
Shortness of breath
Chest pain
Palpitations (sometimes manageable, im getting used to it)
Lower back pain
Others, psychological :
Anxiety and panic attack
It has been my silent battle, no one, even in my family knows what ive been fighting for almost 8 months. I dont have enough money for test to check my abdomen. I just had blood test and chest xray which are all normal.
Im really hopeless, i dont go outside now because of anxiety. Im only 21, eventually i have to go outside to work after college. But i cant even climb stairs without getting out of breath halfway 😢
Can it be cured or atleast go back to normal without getting surgery?
