    Thanks, Wayne. I really enjoy your maps and fishing videos. This one, I especially liked the last bonus section. I was taught once how to throw a cast net, but have never owned one. But, I'm going to pick up a small one soon and follow the technique you showed. I live on the Northside and can relate to all the places you talk about. I spent my teen years in Brissie at Strathpine and used to fish up and down the Pine Rivers systems. I left when I was 17 and came back nearly three years ago (I'm 54 now), to Petrie and have started fishing again. I have found a spot near the Dohles Rocks boat ramp that produces some really nice Bream on a consistent basis. I'm heading off around the country on a bicycle with a trailer in the near future and I'll be trying to stay self-sufficient on the journey. A cast net will be an essential item in my kit.

    Just curious if you guys are seeing white spot in prawns much anymore?

      LAND & BAY Fishing , that’s great news, I remember it being a problem a few years ago, and other people I’ve asked have said the same, that they have seen or heard of it for a few years also
