12:00 if you divide 100 by 3 you get 33 which would be 33 jumps without reinforced tendenc..now with reinforced tendenc your able to jump double the amount so you will be able to jump 66 times
One cool thing about Enlarged Menicus is it'd work out perfectly for larger playable attempting to escape a threat by dropping down a large ledge and if said other players don't have it then they likely can't follow you and it may give you enough time to regain a bit of stamina back and get away

Easy way to get jumping mut: find any nearby food and eat it all till you're full. Don't care about diet. Find a safe place and jump all your stamina out. Rest until you're full on stamina. Jump again. Two-three times should be enough.
In the current Hordetest they've reworked the diet system so that each diet has a preselected slot and the benefits of diets scale with the amount of diet you have rather than being activated at 100% of that diet. This now means that now you'll never have a situation where you have a diet fill a wrong slot or have like 90% of a diet but receive no benefit because it didn't reach 100% to activate it.

its acutally a nerf, with the live "Enlarged Meniscus Increased fall distance before fall damage occurs" you dont take dmg from the mountain at 28:00
on live its a bug that youre able to fall that far. herrera cant take fall dmg rn, but its supposed to just be 10% more lmao
