      Building something like this requires months of planning, money, and skills in different areas. If you don't have the skills, you can learn them. You ask the experts.
      Usually, money is not the main problem. You can save up for a van like this and if you do most of the work yourself then it won't cost you much in the end. The problem is time. It takes a lot of time to build. If you have a full-time job then you can only spend maybe 10 - 15 hours a week on building this thing, and it would take you around 12- 18 months to finish the build.

      "Talent" is just the result of lots of hard work, even though people like to use it as an excuse for why they're not good at something. "Oh, I'm just not naturally talented like those people." No, you just didn't put in thousands of hours of learning (and failing!) like those people.

    • @Reeceline
      @Reeceline 2 роки тому

      @@Gamer2k4 Nobody is disputing that there are lazy people who make excuses, thats life. But there is a difference between skill and talent (this is a result of both). For example if two people are given the same number of hours to upskill in a particular field, are they always going to end up with the same level of ability? No, because there are differences in the way we interpret and apply those skills. How would you explain instances of a child genius who can have so much ability with little time or experience?
      If you were given singing lessons would you be able to eventually sing like Adele or Ed Shearan over time? Sometimes natural ability is a defining factor too.

    This was very interesting and entertaining. It was edited to perfection, because you showed just the right amount of the build, so we could see it completed in a little over 18 minutes and I ended up almost convincing myself that I could do a conversion at some point too (hell, I even started to look at 2nd hand VW Crafters). Also, the music was very subtle, so it didn’t distract from what was going on, which some videos can. This is a really good video and congratulations on a superb build.
    Oh and by the way, your pull-out bed is a fantastic idea and the latches were so damn cool. Great to see that you do all the work yourself too; I respect that.
