Adam I have done a lot of that type of work and still learn when watching your videos. Nice work, nice job.
Slightly OT but a nearby steam locomotive was "cosmetically restored" with galvanized sheet metal and that is now peeling. Does paint not stick to galvanized metal as well?
The seat mountings are crap, the floor flexes at the rear so the whole seat will rock pivoting on the front height setting tooth. The only reason I have one of these as a project is for the fun of seeing such bad engineering and trying to get round it.
