    Do you have a video showing all the differences in all of your models?

    • @ZiZZOBikes
      @ZiZZOBikes  Рік тому +1

      Hey @bigmac3006
      Unfortunately, we do not have a comparison video (Though that sounds like a great idea!)
      We do have a comparison feature on our website, however (zizzo.bike/collections/all-bikes-zizzo-folding-bikes). Below each product is a blue button you can click to add that item to the comparison.
      Of course, you can always call or email us at
      866-788-2202 or support@zizzo.bike

    Very well explained tutorial. Love my ZIZZO Liberté. I do want to buy the fenders from the website, but I find them expensive. Do you guys offer any discount coupon for accessories for your clients?

    • @ZiZZOBikes
      @ZiZZOBikes  4 роки тому +3

      Thank you @Danrley Silva!
      Alas, we are out of ZiZZO Fenders, but the good news is that all ZiZZO Bikes use industry parts, sizing and mounting points for accessories.
      This means that you should be able to use most third party fenders as long as they are designed for 20" wheeled bikes and are a "universal" fit.
      We do have a waitlist and you can email us at support@zizzo.bike to be added.
      With regards to a discount, we do offer a discount for return buyers (you should have gotten an email shortly after you purchased the bike and/or if you write a "photo review". When you submit the review with a photo, you'll be email a coupon code.
      Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Where can I buy zizzo bike in Philippines?

    • @ZiZZOBikes
      @ZiZZOBikes  2 роки тому +1

      Hi Joco! You may be able to find ZiZZO Bikes through one of our third party vendors, like Amazon. Regretfully, www.zizzo.bike does not sell outside the Contiguous USA.

    just out of curiosity, why is your company "euro"mini, considering that it's an American based company? have you guys ever thought about rebrand to americamini or just Zizzo??

    • @ZiZZOBikes
      @ZiZZOBikes  4 роки тому +3

      Hey Roman
      Great suggestion...and it's done! We "dropped" the "EuroMini" and are just know as ZiZZO Bikes ;-)
      The original intent behind the "EuroMini" name was to Europe and Mini.
      Europe has a strong cycling culture and we want to grow that culture here in the State. Mini, well, is just that; Small! ZiZZO Bikes fold down small (and light)!
      Let us know if you hvae any other suggestios!

    My handlebar post has always been a bit wobbly. Ive tried making the locking part tight but it moves forward and back and I can't pinpoint why it's moving

    I bought the Zizzo Liberte from Costco. The first bike I got had issues with it, in particular, the front brakes kept hitting the tire no matter how I tried to adjust it. The front tire would slightly wobble and the brake pads would rub up against it. So I returned it because of Costco's return policy instead of taking it to bike shop to pay extra money to get it adjusted and just ordered another one thinking I might have received a defective bike. The second bike rode smoother than the first out of the box but after about five or six times of riding the bike, again, the same problem happened. The front brake pads kept hitting the tire and the tire would slightly wobble again. I've tried repositioning them on the rim as perfectly as possible and adjusting the tiny screws on brake sides, but it doesn't seem to help even when the left and right brake pads are engaged to space evenly to the tire on each side. This is VERY ANNOYING. I'm not sure what QC process the bike goes through when putting the brake pads together on the bike tires, but putting them so close that it becomes problematic to need an adjustment that is difficult to resolve the problem after riding it for about a week on regular paved roads is seriously not up to par for customer satisfaction. Otherwise looks good and rides nice.
    Edit: I was able to adjust the brakes appropriately. Being a bike n00b when it comes to these things made it frustrating to have things adjusted far too tight out of the box not just once but twice. I would think the professionals would know how much is too tight, but at least it is fine for now and doesn't appear to be a systemic issue with the bike for now. I do like the bike.

    If you're going to do this type of video, how about you do it so that it's actually in focus?

      Hi Josh
      Thanks for your comment. That video was our "first attempt" at producing videos to help riders make simple adjustments. AS our first attempt, we do appreciate your understanding.
      Check out our newer video here: ua-cam.com/video/AtQAno9MvAQ/v-deo.html
      The video is much clearer and easier to follow.😉
      If you have any suggestions for videos, let us know!

    1. Please, there needs to be much longer videos of people riding your bikes, both first- and third-person POV. These videos should NOT be over-edited, like a television advertisement, where the view changes every few seconds. Instead, the takes should be long enough that you can get a feel for how the bikes ride. In fact, virtually unedited ride-along videos would be welcome.
    2. Also, you need much more precise discussions of the advantages of each bike with logical comparison videos, such as, from my standpoint, Urbano vs. Campo or Urbano vs. Liberte.
    Thanks from Dallas.

      Hi Bach Baby!
      Thank you for your post! Come and check out our ZiZZO USer's Group on Facebook (facebook.com/groups/362160974275218). There, you'll find actual riders of ZiZZO Bikes, their photos and videos that they've posted. They're about a "real" as you can get! ;-)
