Hey Glenn! Yeah the little things always get over looked! You did a great job on the repairs. Ive never seen a dash break free on the corner like that, guy must of been tired that day welding it! Have a happy New Year Buddy 👍

Thanks Don for the kind words .I wonder if my car ever got hit somewhere between 1955 and 1969 before I got it maybe causing that to break.Theres no other evidence of damage anywhere .Lot of tension to put it back in place like I said with clamp. Lets see how long it lasts I put more weld then the original doubled it up and left it high no grinding,LOL! Happy New Years to you too!

Yes it is my Mig Welder is brand new only third time I used it. My 40 year old Italian made Mig Welder wire feed motor works slow and fast, sticks probably fixable. Anyway not sure what is next I watch all your videos you are very thorough and diciplined which is unique which I enjoy. Then I watch DD Speed Shop and hes sometimes a hack but gets it done one way or another like his channel too. Going to check your latest video now Thanks for commenting!

I cringed when I saw the first hole just get larger! You are sooo right, it's the little details that matter, no better feeling than finally correcting a small issue we have "lived with" for years.

Yeah its not the first hole I have done easy to fix with a lower current setting. My hand shield lens is too dark so that didnt help couldnt see on that too well. I did switched to a hood later on for filling the big hole back up,HA!.Stay tuned!

Thanks Chris! Yes and Im looking for more quick things to do on my car. Want to maybe put a radio in it & speakers. More outside body sheetmetal work to do just a few small things but thats in the Spring it will be here soon.Want to paint the door moldings too. Im not sure about yellow but gloss black maybe. Might paint one yellow and see how it looks. Maybe two tone! Yes I have had it for a very long time.I really like that new migwelder. Im going to modify it to weld aluminum soon with the teflon tubing and larger wire guide wheel change and pure Argon. Enjoy your New Years ...Be Good!
