Thankyou....these uploads bring back soo many great memories. Went to every game through the 60's and most of 70's... My grandfather was a jail warden at the prison.Freo home games at times got the prisoners excited as a secondary roar after a goal was scored could be heard by the inmates on occasion.Freo oval being filled to the gunnels with a haze of cigarette smoke wafting up to the outside press box deep inside the last quarter during a close encounter are classic moments that will never be seen or experienced again, sadly. However being one of the privileged to have lived during those years is Gold!!
@jacquelineandron South's had some amazing players through those years,I worked at Myers during the mid to late 70's and thought how cool it was that I could finish up work and literally walk 5 minutes to watch my team train...👌
