It never occurred to me that there are people who have never eaten pierogi. They are best I think in their simplest form. Caramelize some onions, and while that is happening boil the pierogi. Once the onion is done remove it from the pan and then melt a stick of butter. Brown the pierogis in the butter on both sides until they are golden brown. Serve on a plate with the onions on top and some sour cream. DELISH! Homemade Pierogis are even better but we can work up to that.
My ancestry is Polish and I have Aldi pierogi in my freezer right now. (haven't tried them yet, but I couldn't resist when I saw them) I agree with Earl about how to cook them. (Also, I live in Texas and I like your HEB videos. Sorry you don't have one closer!)
Amen Erica, pierogi heaven right there. I do make them fancy sometimes. Cook up some zesty sausage. Roast some onion garlic and butternut squash, then puree it up add some thyme rosemary salt and pepper, add add broth chicken or vege and heavy cream fresh spinach and pour over the fried pierogi, it looks pretty and tastes good. I hope you try it if you haven't already.
Pierogi are delicious, Polish. We brown in butter with onions, and serve with browned coin slices of kielbasa, and sauteed cabbage with onions. Delicious and authentic Polish American supper!
I am Polish and we never eat them with kielbasa/ sausage or anything else on the side. We just boil or fry them and eat them with carmelized onion. There is so many of pierogies kinds- meat, mushrooms and sauerkraut, potato and farmer cheese, with fruits and more. You can make vegan versions as well. Homemade are the best!
Hi, I'm from pierogi land - Poland. Making them is super easy, the dough is just flour, water and a bit of salt, some people add an egg. Inside you can put almost anything, the most polular are with meat, chease and potatoes, sour cabbage and mashrooms or with sesonal fruts like strawberries. You just boil them and optionaly fry and serve with carmelized onion and diced pork belly (bacon) or kiełbasa (polish sausage), some are served with sour cream and cranberry jam. In Poland its a standalone dish 😁
I live in Pennsylvania, in a heavily Polish area. Pierogi are a staple at football games here, boiled and then kept hot in a roaster pan full of butter and sauted onions. So delicious!

If you want to get your money's worth of a 10# bag of potatoes, you can mash all of them at once and put them in meal sized portions in your freezer. (Same with boxed mash potatoes.) Now you have a quick side that's a comfort food on several busy days, but you only had to cook and clean up after the cooking once. Keep packets of gravy mix on hand, some frozen microwaveable steam in bag veggies, and a quick fix protein like Kielbasa, heat and eat chicken strips, cooked ribs and sauce, or whatever, and you've got food on the table in a few minutes for very little money.
Born, raised and currently live in Pittsburgh. We have perogies once a week. Look up the Pittsburg pirate perogies (you won't be sad) . I make a dinner called polish platter. 1 head of cabbage, I sliced onion, a few cloves of garlic and 1 ring of kielbasa. Saute onion and garlic and kielbasa, toss in whole chopped head of cabbage with two yes I said it✌🏽 sticks if real butter! 1/2 a cup of water, cover and saute. Cabbage will cook down. Once it does at a few tables spoons of sugar. Serve cabbage mix over cooked pierogi's! Throw your pierogi's in the air fryer and dip them in sour cream, you won't be sorry 😉
I have to say I disagree about sandwiches - I think a great quality bread is the star! 😅 I’ve been buying local sourdough and it is so much better than processed bread. That said I love PB&J on Sara Lee white bread. We love both types of bread!
I love pierogis! I used to just boil them and add butter after putting on the plate but now I prefer sauteing them in butter with onion. I also love cutting up kielbasa with them as well. I tried making them homemade a few years ago but it was an epic fail, so I just buy when on sale.
The crockpot is the only way I make ribs anymore. I do mine up right around the outside of the crock. The dripping go down to the bottom of the crock, and they are perfect. I also wanted to say GO COWBOYS!!!
Sheet pan dinner. Perogies with chicken sausage, any cut up veggies you want. A few dollops of butter. Bake at 375 until everything is cooked. Flip about half way. I like sour cream on the side then.
Pierogis are a weekly meal in our house. You can boil, bake, fry them, super easy. The most different way that we cook them is in the summer we will spread butter on tin foil, s n p, maybe some onion wrap them up and cook them on the Grill/BBQ.
When my husband and I were in our first year of marraige and were *broke*, we did meatless a few nights a week. And there were several times were our cozy fall meal was fried periogies In butter with sour cream and cheese and spinach filled croissants. Makes my heart warm 💓
Oh, pierogies! If you like potatoes, pasta, and dairy, you have found a new guilty pleasure. I first saw Martha Stewart make homemade ones with her mother on TV. I visited Ohio, and had a friend take me to try some. She said the frozen ones were a pretty good dupe, so I have bought them from time to time just to boil up a few and then cover with butter, sour cream, cheese. So good! I did not even know I was eating girl dinner at the time, this was 20 years ago. But seriously, Julia Pacheco uses these for quick recipes on her channel. But I just eat them as a pantry (actually freezer) comfort meal. Can't wait to see what you come up with.
Pierogi work well in a sheet pan dinner! We used bell pepper, onion, broccoli, cauliflower, smoked sausage, and pierogi. I toss the veg with oil and seasoning and throw everything together on the pan. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes, stirring once or twice. Yum! We’ve done this as foil packs over the fire, too.
Boil the perogies in water till they float while sauteing onions in butter and garlic if you like the flavor ..serve perogies with onions topping sour cream on side
We have a very similar family recipe for Apple Crisp! My husband’s grandmother (who I never met) always made it in an old red (now pink) Pyrex dish, which we recently inherited when his mom downsized. Unless I’m making a double batch, I get in trouble for making the apple crisp in anything other than that dish. 😅
I thaw my pierogies and then brown them on both sides in a pan with butter. To serve, sprinkle with a little fine grey sea salt, black pepper, and finely shredded cheese (usually extra sharp white cheddar or parmesan), sour cream on the side. If I'm feeling froggy, I also saute some onions or shallots to put on top.
I grew up in a Polish community and pierogis are yum. I saute red cabbage and onions in a little butter and olive oil till tender. Add sliced kielbasa and continue to cook. I then add some red wine vinegar and a little red wine. Simmer. Meanwhile melt some butter and saute your pierogis tille browned. Add the cabbage and kielbasa mixture to your pierogis and yum yum. I don't have exact measurements but salt and pepper are in there too.b
Girl, I got you on this periogi recipe. 🎉 I call it Polish Stir-fry. You will need 14 oz kielbasa link, a small head of cabbage, medium sweet onion and an apple. The kind of apple does not matter. I have used sweet and tart both work. 😊 All the ingredients should be cut up on bite size pieces. Also, put on a pot of water for the pierogi. We don't need to add them until it boils. We need a pan for the sliced kielbasa. Spray the pan with cooking spray and brown them in a pan. Remove the kielbasa slices from the pan and reserve them. Add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil to the same pan with the browned bits, on a about medium heat. Put in the cut up cabbage, onion and apple and fry until your liking until the cabbage brown. While that is frying, the water should be boiling. Follow the package directions for boiling the pierogies, it's like 5 minutes. After the pierogies are done add the kielbasa and the pierogies to the cabbage mixture, if your pan is large enough, lol.😅 Or just add the kielbasa to the cabbage mixture and serve the pierogies with the fried cabbage, onion and apples on top. It's such a good fall winter dish. My kids love it. The apple really makes it delicious. ❤
I lightly fry my perogi in a bit of butter. Then I make a light, lightly sweet sauce of milk and sour cream mixed till slightly runny, then I add fine sugar to taste.
I love chicken thighs, they are my choice of chicken hands down. When i saw they were on sale i was ready to stuck up. Turned out that Aldi sales are by area, so in my area (Long Island, NY if you are curious) Aldi has chicken drumsticks on sale for .89 lb which are not chicken thighs but hey im not complaining. Everyone will have baked BBQ chicken drumsticks and a full belly! I love to buy whats on sales and make it work somehow. Thanks for the video and all the effort to put it together in a timely manner. Love your content ❤❤❤
I like to do perogies like potstickers. Put them in a frying pan with a couple tbsp of each water and butter, cover, and cook till the water evaporates and the bottom browns.
I always bake my pierogis in the oven with sliced sausage and veggies. It’s easy and pretty basic. I do it differently each time so I don’t have a recipe. Also, my daughter requested pierogis and chili for her birthday so I made chili in the crockpot and baked pierogis per instructions on the package and poured the chili on the pierogis. It was delicious! I’m surprised that you’ve never heard of them. I thought everyone knew about them. I grew up eating these but I also have Polish and German grandparents.
I’ve found that complaining about gas & egg prices is futile. I can’t change it. I need them. I won’t stop getting them. I will find other things to stress about. I find other sales to stay in budget.
Hi! I buy the potato & cheese pierogi. I just take out however much I need, then put them in hot water to thaw, this doesn’t take long at all. I then sauté them in butter until they are nice and golden brown. So good!
We love pierogies! I will say that I picked up that 4 lb bag, then saw the regular sized boxes in the freezer section and did some mathing, and the boxes are still cheaper per ounce.
Pierogi are the best! Great for kids. Boil them until they float, then cover with melted butter and onions. They are also amazing pan fried and then served with sour cream. Enjoy! Your kids will LOVE them.
My kids favorite meal that they request almost every year for their birthdays are bar-b-q smoked sausage & perogies! So yummy!!! All I do is bring the perogies to a boil in one pot while sautéing some onion in butter in another pan, then add the perogies and to the butter and onion and kinda brown them a bit on each side. I also usually add some pepper, garlic salt, & dried cilantro or parsley for added flavor. 😋
Mashed potato and cheese filled pierogis are my favourite. I second the suggestion to cook onions while boiling the pierogis and then pan fry the pierogis in some butter and serve with onion and sour cream. So good! We also usually serve with farmer sausage and cooked veg like green beans
I just cooked up those meatballs yesterday with marinara sauce made meatball sub's. Leftovers turned into baked ziti. 1 bag will make 2 meals for a family of 4.
We boil our perogies and then put sauted onions and melted butter on top. Serve as a side. Or you can fry them in oil or in a air fryer then Serve with sour cream to dip them in
Fry the pierogies in a little olive oil and a sprinkle of seasoned salt. Slice up a kielbasa and to skillet with a package of frozen broccoli florets. Heat through using a little vegetable broth as needed. One pan dinner in less than 15 mins!
In first grade I met Grace, I'd go to her home after school, her mom taught me how to make pierogi. Definitely sauteed onions, crisp crumbled bacon and sour cream. Serve with a good sausage. Sauerkraut with fennel also great with it. They make delicious desert pierogi as well.
Oh yes! Pergoies are delicious 😋. I boil them first, then fry and serve mexican style. Serve with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. No meat, but im sure you could cook up some taco flavored meat and serve on top with the rest of the ingredients. One of our favorites! I know cooking it twice takes time, I tried to cook them from thraw method to frying but they didnt fry up right, very chewy and tough. Easy dinner and affordable. Thanks Mindy for a great video 😊
Ingredients: 2 (16-oz) packages frozen Classic Cheddar Pierogies, thawed 2 (15-oz) jars Alfredo sauce 3 cups chopped cooked chicken ¾ cup cooked chopped bacon 2 to 3 Tbsp ranch dressing mix Instructions: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, chicken, bacon, ½ cup cheddar cheese and Ranch dressing mix. Add pierogies and toss to coat. Pour pierogies into prepared pan. Top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes.
We just always ate our pierogis ( after cooking in hot water) browned in butter( I like spicy stuff so I even add Cajun seasoning to mine…not traditional). They are delicious served in a brown butter sauce. I am going to try to make some pumpkin Gnocchi and Ravioli…then if I am brave enough try my hand at pierogi making. I bet you would be great at it since you made all of those recipes in video of using up a five pound bag of flour! I was impressed with the noodles! It would be great if you could show everyone how to make: Ravioli, Gnocchi, Pierogis, and your homemade egg noodles. All of this can be frozen to stock the freezer.
Hey there Mindy! Have you ever made Beer Meatballs? You can cook them on the stovetop or in the slow cooker. They are so tasty as an appetizer or main dish. The simple recipe: 24 oz ketchup (Wal-Mart has that exact size), 1 cup brown sugar, 1 12oz bottle of beer, 32 oz frozen homestyle meatballs. Mix the sauce together in the cooking vessel of your choice, add the meatballs, stir, and simmer for 2 to 3 hours on the stove or 3 or 4 hours in the slow cooker (I do 1 hour on high and 2 or 3 hours on low). Serve with mashed potatoes or rice, or serve as an appetizer. Enjoy!!! Love from Texas ❤
I do a crockpot recipe with pierogies, cheese and kielbasa. Put all your ingredients in the crockpot and cook. Cooking time depends on your crockpot but from frozen, I can put it on high and it is done in 3 or 4 hours. You can even add your vegetables in as well. Green beans go really well with it. You can always cook your pierogies per package directions and use them as a carb side in place of potatoes too.
My great grandma (she came from Poland) made them with potato and cheddar every year for thanksgiving and Christmas. Our family fried them up in bacon fat and tossed them in chopped cooked bacon and ate with a mixture of cottage cheese and sour cream. So When I became an adult I would the make them too until we had to be gluten free. We would make the potato and cheese version and a mushroom and sauerkraut one. I do miss eating them they were so good.
I like perogies the traditional way but sometimes just fry the kielbasa, throw in the onions to cook, then the kraut. Then I put the perogies on top, put a lid on and let them steam. Mix it up and eat. Easy and fast and one pan. Honestly one of my favorite flavor profiles. Comfort food.
Many recipes that I use for pierogies, but one of my most simplest is making up a mushroom sauce and topping the pierogies with that and a dollop of sour cream for a quick meatless Monday meal!❤
To make pierogies.....my family we buy the cheese ones. Boil a pot of water boil a handful of pieogies meanwhile Fry some bacon in a pan Remove bacon and chop up. When the pierogies float to the top (about 4 or 5 minutes) transfer to the pan with bacon fat and fry. Meanwhile start boiling another handful of pieogies when the ones in the pan are ready trasferred to a parchment lined cookie sheet to keep warm until you are done your assemby line of pieogies. Serve with the chopped bacon and sour cream. I love pierogies but I find them alot of work but LOVE them. Also not the healthiest but this is the way my family eats them
My kids loved my onion pierogies- boil the pierogies according to the pkg and drain. In a fry pan cut up a whole onion and fry in butter til translucent. From that make a gravy with flour and milk or however you like. Put the pierogies into the gravy mixure and heat through. Salt and pepper as desired. Great side dish!
The pierogi my kids eat them like that sometimes with sauce.and I like to make a soup with them. Amazing haul. Yes the egg prices are crazy.have A blessed weekend❤
I fry the pierogies, I also put kielbasa, onions and peppers in the pan with a little bit of olive oil. So good! I've also dipped mine in cream cheese 😊
Oh for pierogis - when I was pregnant I couldn’t stand any form of meat so I ate piergois with a bit of butter with a side of cottage cheese and applesauce. It was so good.
Yes you pronounced pierogies correctly! My Mom boils them first and then fries them in butter. We put spaghetti sauce over ours. As others have said, serve with sausage, kielbasa & sour cream. (Honestly - we have to make a double batch because we will eat the pierogies *immediately* after they have been fried in butter *before* they ever hit the plate!)
I cook, kielbasa coins til brown, remove from pan add pierogies and chopped onion 1/2 cup water cook til water is gone turn pierogies over crisp second side, serve with dollop of sour cream, so good, you can also cook kielbasa onions and saurkraut fry pierogies separately serve on the side with your kielbasa and saurkraut.
Look forward to the pierogi recipes.I love them and just fry and eat. The ideas your other fans wrote though gave me some ideas on how to utilize them more.
Pierogi is delicious, my husband favorite dish. Cooked them by package directions. Fry some onions with bacon . I cut them in small pieces. Toss together and serve with sour cream.
Mindy mom tip- Always look for the pre seasoned pork roast- the carnita seasoned and bbq one are so good! They don’t always have them so I try to grab several for freezer when I see them . 😊
Grew up eating pierogies... just fry in butter (onions optional). Can be boiled too. Serve with sour cream. My favorite is cheese (farmers) & potato. But now can have just about anything.
Perogies are a good fast meal. Either boil or fry with butter. Fried with butter and onions is good. Really good with Kielbasa or smoked sausage or ham slices. Also good with sour cream or sauerkraut. There are lots of different pierogi flavors. My favorites are usually potato and cheese types.
3.5 hours away for me. I actually made the trek once because...obsess much? Can't say it was worth the drive, but if there was one in my city, I would go to there!
I just serve pierogis with a little sour cream on top! You could get fancy and add some finely diced/sautéed red bell peppers on top too! Always add butter to cooked pierogi!
If you get some good pierogies recipes, I would LOVE to see a video dedicated to those. They are my son's favorite! And I'd love to know how other prepare them. It seems like they'd be very versatile-kinda like gnocchi. Always enjoy your videos! Thanks again for all the good ideas.
Perogi recipe, Cover both sides with cooking spray a little garlic powder and bake. ❤❤ You can eat them with your fingers like French fries on the side.
My fancy pierogi Fry up the pierogi Cut up a butternut squash a small bulb of garlic and a medium onion rub with salt pepper olive oil. 3-4 sprigs on thyme and rosemary (if you dont have fresh add 1/2 teaspoon of each add more to your taste, when you puree the roasted veges), roast 400 about 25 minutes or until done. Scoop out the squash flesh squeeze out the garlic cloves put in bkender and puree add salt and pepper to taste. In a big pot cook up a pound of zesty sausage drain fat add spinach wilt it then add the puree, add chicken broth start with a cup and then a cup heavy cream, last add the pierogi and serve. You can add parmesan as well. I also use the puree with the broth and cream as a creamy soup with croutons. This is a good meal and it does come together easily and quickly. I hope you will try it.
I would consider the topping ur mom uses for her apple crisp the traditional one. It's the same way my mom made her apple crisp she never put rolled oats in the topping. My mom also sliced her apples. Everyone loved my mom's apple crisp. U did pronounce pierogi correctly. We always boil the pierogies a little just to soften them a bit and while they are boiling we start cooking bacon and onions in a frying pan and then put in the pierogies in and finish cooking them until golden brown with the bacon and onions and some butter and then serve with sour cream on the side. It is not a low fat dish that is for sure. This is a more traditional way to cook pierogies. Germans tend to use bacon and Polish tend to use Kielbasa. My husband's family is German and this is the way they cook pierogies.
I always used to just boil perogies (in salted water) and eat them plain. They’re just good! But probably better fried briefly after in a little butter with a little sour cream like others are suggesting.
Love this! Got at least 2 ideas for next week. I really wanna try those crockpot ribs! Thanks for the shoutout.. Hope y’all enjoy the chicken spaghetti! 🩷
1. Using boneless-skinless thighs robs one of the bones for bone broth, the skin for crispy cracklins, plus extra money for the processor to do the work. 2. Really good price on the ribs, but slow cooker technique robs one of flavor & texture. Oven roast at least, if one cannot smoke or grill. 3. Thanks for the info on the marinara! 4. Same as you...I need a much larger rug. 5. Onion Soup Mix...I batch make my own from ingredients already on hand so I'm definitely saving that dollar already! 6. Love apples, grapes & pizza, but I'm diabetic so I don't eat those. Decent prices, though. 7. Good on ya for that block cheese...because pre-shredded cheese has so much added cellulose & other additives. 8. Love perogies, but don't eat them to keep my glucose under control. Envious of anyone who gets to enjoy them! 9. Ideas for sides for those ribs...cole slaw, baked beans, potato salad, Texas toast. And try adding vinegar to those ribs, either in the BBQ sauce, or...in a Carolina Vinegar Sauce. 10.
Sauté the pierogies in butter and onions for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway thru, then add chicken broth and heavy cream, simmer another 5-10 minutes. Makes a delicious creamy sauce. Just made them yesterday.

I second this. I also add bacon and the fry in the bacon fat to be decadent.
Polish girl here - yes - that the only way for making pierogi ruskie ;) you can add optional beckon crumbs ;)
Fry the pierogies as indicated on the package. Serve with kielbasa, fried cabbage. Sour cream and salsa. Yum
Amen Erica, pierogi heaven right there.

What you call an Apple Crisp, the way you make it would be called an apple crumble in the UK & Ireland. Can be done with a lot of fruit, even rhubarb.

Alma, this looks amazing! It's everything my family loves in one casserole. Thank you so much!
Definitely going to make this!
Alma,
That sounds delicious! Praying you and your family are all keeping well and are safe from Hurricane Helene! God Bless from Australia xxx
I just copied this down into my recipe book, looks amazing! Might make this next week!!

I know the autumn crisp grapes are expensive, but there is no comparison!! They are huge and pop in your mouth. Not mushy!! I am addicted.

The crisp topping you use for your apple crisp is the one I have used for 40 years on my rhubarb crisp❤
Boil the perogies in water till they float while sauteing onions in butter and garlic if you like the flavor ..serve perogies with onions topping sour cream on side
FYI... Kroger has 18 count eggs for $1.99 with a digital coupon this week. Not sure if you have one by you though.

To serve, sprinkle with a little fine grey sea salt, black pepper, and finely shredded cheese (usually extra sharp white cheddar or parmesan), sour cream on the side. If I'm feeling froggy, I also saute some onions or shallots to put on top.
Just visited an Aldi in Orlando while on vacation. We SO need these stores in Utah!!
Love this kind of video featuring what's on sale at Aldi's and how to use it. Thanks for the fast turnaround!!!
Highly recommend the ruggable rugs, wish I had them when my kids were little.
Add bacon to the perogies along with the carmelized onions. Serve with sour cream. Yummy.
I lightly fry my perogi in a bit of butter. Then I make a light, lightly sweet sauce of milk and sour cream mixed till slightly runny, then I add fine sugar to taste.
Pierogi on the grill, divine!!!
I have never cared for the oatmeal topping on apple crisp and much prefer the recipe you made!! Thank you!!!
Your meals look delicious. I enjoy the fact they are not complicated and fussy.
The autumn crisp grapes are to die for!! I pay the extra $$ just cuz they are so good!!!
I’ve found that complaining about gas & egg prices is futile. I can’t change it. I need them. I won’t stop getting them. I will find other things to stress about. I find other sales to stay in budget.
I use that apple crisp recipe too. It’s so good. I’m making mine tonight.
We do a sheet pan meals with pierogi sliced pepper and onion kielbasa coined and drizzle with melted butter. So simple and yummy
Pierogi are the best! Great for kids. Boil them until they float, then cover with melted butter and onions. They are also amazing pan fried and then served with sour cream. Enjoy! Your kids will LOVE them.
PIEROGIES: fry them up along with a bunch of sliced onions. Serve with sour cream.
Traditionally pierogies can be filled with sauerkraut even!
As always thanks for the inspirations!!!!
Or you can fry them in oil or in a air fryer then Serve with sour cream to dip them in
I’m headed to Aldi tomorrow so thanks for putting this video out!
Kielbasa with pierogies and green beans are amazing together ❤️

Melt butter or margarine in a pan and then just pan fry them. They are delicious
Also not the healthiest but this is the way my family eats them
Hi Perogi Recipe….sautéed onion in butter once soft drop perogi and toss until lightly browned. I serve it with bake chicken and side of green beans.
I always enjoy your channel!
Mindy, those Autumn Crisp grapes are AMAZING! I'm so happy to see them back on the shelves.
Sauté an onion in 1 stick butter till soft thrown in the cooked perogies, toss and eat. So good
Oh for pierogis - when I was pregnant I couldn’t stand any form of meat so I ate piergois with a bit of butter with a side of cottage cheese and applesauce.
I cook, kielbasa coins til brown, remove from pan add pierogies and chopped onion 1/2 cup water cook til water is gone turn pierogies over crisp second side, serve with dollop of sour cream, so good, you can also cook kielbasa onions and saurkraut fry pierogies separately serve on the side with your kielbasa and saurkraut.
you're the best! i haven't heard of pierogies until about a year ago. i am a Cincy girl. i love potatoes so i am sure i will love them!
For a simple first try without any recipes, pan fry them in butter, top with sour cream and some green onion and you can't go wrong. Yum!
I love Jennifer! I have followed her for awhile now.
I wish we had an Aldi nearby. The closest one to us is over 35 minutes and always a cluster. I plan to go check it out again next week.
Closest one to me is 3 hours...
5 hours.
3.5 hours away for me. I actually made the trek once because...obsess much? Can't say it was worth the drive, but if there was one in my city, I would go to there!
@erinj9642 My first trip was last November, and it was with a couple friends from church... girl's day. Lol.
Pierogies are amazing! Boil, then pan fry with onions and Greek seasoning 🤌🏼
I like to fry the pierogis and put them on a base of Greek yogurt mixed with some ranch seasoning and/or fresh herbs and veggies if I have them.
They’re a good vegetarian/vegan option for me.
Glad you bought the pierogies. I just bought my first bag today. influenced by cooking videos. lol. HUGE Cowboy Fan!
I like to saute onions and diced bacon in butter. Then I add the boiled, drained perogies and serve with sour cream and chives. YUMMers
Went, bought and already cooking at home 🎉😂 thank you!!
Perogi recipe, Cover both sides with cooking spray a little garlic powder and bake. ❤❤ You can eat them with your fingers like French fries on the side.
I think an apple crisp without oats or nuts is called an apple crumble. I want to make one now, apples are going on the grocery order. Thanks Mindy❣❣
My fancy pierogi
Fry up the pierogi
Cut up a butternut squash a small bulb of garlic and a medium onion rub with salt pepper olive oil.
Thanks, Mindy! Great ideas!
I always used to just boil perogies (in salted water) and eat them plain. They’re just good! But probably better fried briefly after in a little butter with a little sour cream like others are suggesting.
You won't regret it.
I love pierogis especially in the air fryer
Love this! Got at least 2 ideas for next week. I really wanna try those crockpot ribs! Thanks for the shoutout.. Hope y’all enjoy the chicken spaghetti! 🩷
Thank you! It was great! Hope you like the ribs. :)
Those Brener meatballs are my favorite
10.
We have been craving green chicken chili and seeing your clip made my mouth water! It’s final… I’m making it this week 🤤
Sauté the pierogies in butter and onions for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway thru, then add chicken broth and heavy cream, simmer another 5-10 minutes. Makes a delicious creamy sauce. Just made them yesterday.
Look up a pierogis recipe casserole with kielbasa or summer sausage & cheese….delicious.
Sautéed the pierogi with butter and olive oil and minced onion. Serve with kielbasa.
