Update after 3 years of recovery. Doing much better, can work and study again and have my life back. Neck stretches but mainly neck strengthening exercises played a pivotal factor. I encourage everyone to do them. (Slowly at first)

Great to hear you are doing so much better now. What were your symptoms at the beginning and how long did it take to get you back on track? I’m in for two years now and still struggling.

How many times a day do you suggest we do these exercises? I saw another one of your videos where you suggested doing them a couple times through out the day?

One of my eyes (the one on the side of impact) is often very dry. Could this be from the neck?

Is this safe with an MRI confirmed herniated disc c6-7 along with bulges in c3-4-5-6. The dizziness is driving me insane. 2 months post injury.

I got omt done the other day and have had a constant tension headache. I’ve been dealing with pcs for 5 years and was willing to try anything. Typically go to bed and wake up the next day and the headaches are gone but this has been persistent for 36 hours. Should I be concerned?

yep. they shouldve given you muscle relaxers/painkillers for that. if you take some of those, youll be fine. most doses are toom uch though, yo ucan just bite half of it, and youll be fine. my headaches always start after 5pm everyday since my concussion. dunno why

Im not afraid, i just acknowledge it as a fact... we also need to be aware of our condition.

I have the same clicking and ver stiff neck. I found a lady that performs Eldoa near me. This is amazing, first time with and the clicking was gone. You'll probably find some one near you, or read about it. It has helped more than anything else, at least for me. I still do all the exercises and keep staying positive.
