They will only like your response if you stroke their ego. They don't do well with constructive criticism. This was a good video until they both said they prefer the lady 4 door jku limos. So many wussbags need these fake jeeps for all their "gear" aka shopping bags. The pussification in this country gets worse and worse. Wheelin is with a 2 door Wrangler with just the essentials. These are people who think camping is sleeping in their RV in their driveway. smfh

Damn bro you need to ease off the roids. The JKU is a better fit for many people who have families like myself. I have a Ram 2500 Cummins mega cab lifted on 37s I daily Drive, use when camping, hunting & wheeling. Sure the 2 doors have much better breakover angle but sometimes you have more than 2 people. Jeep says it's been selling more 4 doors ever since they came out with them & if it's working they're going to stick with it no matter what your whining ass says.

I grew up reading 4wheel and off-road edited by Rick Pewe. Thanks for featuring him.

I enjoyed the Father Son back and fourth regarding 2 door or 4 door. Carrying capacity issues.
When the topic of family and friends came into the conversation I laughed to myself saying out-loud... Thats fine to buy a four door if you have any family or friends, as I have niether, I suppose the two door would be good for me. Might even remove the passenger seat to make for increased storage solutions.

I bet if you asked your Jeep engineer buddy from the '5 things I hate reply vid' he would tell you that none of that stuff would be necessary because they have done a gazzilion miles of testing and everything stock on a Wrangler was "within spec' for the most extreme conditions. I still cannot get over that guy and what he was implying about after market stuff and basic improvements for off-roading that most people make. Fit improved underbody protection?!?! Hell no, you would make it way as much as a tank and overheat all the underbody parts!?!?! that's still my fave lol

Not a fan of the 3rd brake light relocation kit. It becomes a PITA to remove your spare and to do that you need to carry a set (or at least two) torx head wrenches to take it off. Which you need to take off because that thing sits over the lugs holding the wheel down. My stock light still works good in it's extended position with my 37 back there.

Jeeps were never meant to be a family wagon where you carry a bunch of extra junk or moving a buddy outta his apartment. It was a single purpose vehicle that got to you to your trail the best it could while being the best it could at its sole purpose for it's existence off road ability. If you want multipurpose buy a pickup truck. People have to much stuff out to the trail like their bringing a motor home worth a stuff to live like their staying in a 4 star hotel. That's why these 4 door limo Wranglers have become so popular. I compare this phenomenon like i do with the 4 door side by sides. I get it get more use for the buck and it's probably why the Jeeps are still around because of this multipurpose role the 4 door now fills but like everything else people seem to like to smash the nail with whole tool box rather than just the hammer. I like that people get out with anything that can get dirty don't get me wrong I just feel bad when I see all these dirt worthy jeeps driving around with all this off road ability filling up mall parking lots. It's like looking at chained up lions on the open Savanna. As a side piece I just enjoy the little Roxor making Jeep upset because someone actually stuck to as close as possible to the original Willy's spirit. Instead of the buyer conforming to the vehicle the vehicle has been made soulles to the demands of the buyer. Mahindra has proven that if done properly people will buy a product without having to compromising it. Jeep should have just made a 4 door vehicle and called it something else and not just hacked the 2 door and extended it. Its like calling a 4 door Mini Cooper a Mini. Nope its not a Mini no more guys you added 2 more doors. Heck they put the Jeep badge on what I would equate to cars nowadays so who is the dreamer here yes me lol. Anyways I bet this will bring some heated replies. Just my observation no disrespect to any type offroaders out there more towards the Jeep brand per say. Be easy on me lol. Keep up the good work Fast Lane guys. You should have Lite Brite make a guest appearance and even other guests in the relative field to help with the channel just to keep it even more interesting. You would I could only assume get a crossover of subscribers and be even more popular!

You could and should consider airing down lower. You could easily get down to 12-15 psi, giving you MUCH more traction and a much more comfortable ride. I regularly take my 33x12.5r15 Goodyear MTR/ks on my 98 ZJ down to 9-11psi. The difference between 20psi and 10psi is like night and day. And no, I am not running bead locks, I've never broken a bead, and I am not losing any significant ground clearance over dropping from 20 to 10.

$150 for the jeep trail ready kit? You can get everything in that bag including the bag for about $50 at Harbor freight.

Aside from having a bigger cargo space, was the 2 dr easier to maneuver offroading?

Hi guys, I have a quick question. I purchased a 2019 Rubicon and I added a Mopar lift kit. I noticed that in your video, a Rubicon has the tail gate reinforcement bracket for a 35 inch tire. My dealer tells me that I do not need to purchase the reinforcement bracket for my Rubicon. I cannot find an official answer and I do not wish to damage my new Jeep. Since you spoke to a lot Jeep representatives, would you have an answer for me. Thank you! I watched all of your videos. Keep up the good work! Thank you!

I have a question: Forgetting the room difference, is the 2 door any better or worse than the 4 door, if you had the exact same setup in each for these trails? Great Video!!

Damn this jeep guys are really missing out when it comes to airing down. I would be around 12 psi on that trail with those tires

A two-door would be my choice, and I would rip out the back seat. Then I'd have plenty space for gear.

Two door would be my choice, too. But I would leave the back seat in so my wife and kids could come along, put a pintle hook on the back, and hook up my M-416 military cargo trailer, and then have plenty of space for gear.

I’d like more info on the 2.0L on the trail. You mentioned it briefly but a comparison between the 3.6L off-road would make a great video. Just a thought....

Well, the mesh keeps the bugs out - LOL
I love the look of the mesh but I see that it's not much use for shade. I bought a really cheap ($36) mesh top with bungees for my JKU and it works great. Sadly it doesn't have the transparency of your mesh thing. Guess you can't have shade and full view... We need to invent that.
