The 350z has aged very well. I love my 350. I'll park it for a few weeks, and when I decide to go for a drive, that car makes me smile. Love that car!!
I feel like that’s what most Z owners do , have a daily but only take the Z out once a week

I daily my Z in the north east all year round have been for the last 10 yrs. Love this car so much that I bought another one after crashing my first one at a drift event. 🤷🏽♂️ I treat this one a bit nicer but starting to get that itch again.
the tomei is my favourite for sure. Keeps that vq sound with that burble that they have.
dB levels are good to know and hard to find. Important for certain Motorsports events and gives a better gauge on how loud the exhausts are since videos don’t really do justice.
Immo u need to put on this list the ISR Performance because it's sounds perfect and give us a lot of power, peace and love, amazing video

Excellent video. Eventually, I’ll be fixing up my 2005 Ultra Yellow 350z and adding one of these exhaust setups.
Can't beat a Tomei, especially for the price an quality! But the AP exhaust has my attention now! Hmmm 🤔🧐👏👌
That Tanabe is just so good.
The Injen exhaust has a low bass note. Much deeper tone. Problem is that deep tone causes terrible drone and vibration between 2-3k rpms. That’s right at highway cruise speeds sucks on long trips.
Tomei sounds fantastic but it’s ear bleeding loud!

Agency exhaust sounds the best. Gives it the most straight 6 sound ❤

I was expecting the HKS Hi-Power Exhaust on here to lol. You guys could’ve easily made a top 10 video instead lol
HKS hi-power produces the classic JDM racing sounds while not being very loud (and the Silent version is even quieter), and not like fart cannon like most newer brands produces.
I don't know much about exhausts, but I saw a video with a Megan Racing catback exhaust on a 2007 350z HR. I love the sound. So far, that's what I want for my 2006 350z Roadster.
I have a z1 motors single exit straight piped exhaust for 700 bucks and its a little trumpety at high rpm but still has a deep rumble
i have an invida gemini full cat back exhaust on my 350z with Kinetix Racing test pipes and i think it has the perfect sound between quiet and loud. not as loud as a tomei but not to quiet with the nvida exhaust alone

@@warrenvaughan5050 tomei is EXTREMELY loud tho. Not worth it. Just because it’s loud doesn’t mean it’s good. Motor dyne is where it’s at.

i have a full tomei header back exhaust (expect motordyne art pipes) with the tomei dual exit and it sounds alright. Not worth it though lol My tomei single sounded pretty mental with the same setup tho. i’d say that one was worth it more than the dual exit (cost wise).

I have a tomei and it’s Definitely the best. The sound is crazy good u got to hear it in person It turns heads it’s light weight and its Durable with that Titanium. I Literally ran over a dead deer not a Scratch on my Exhaust when that happen.
Definitely far from the best lol..the "is that a tomei" became a joke that sold many exhausts lol..it's terribly loud and obnoxious.

It’s Titanium more Durable and lighter then steel. 2. It’s light weight meaning more gains. 3. It’s a Single exhaust more power then Duel exhaust. 4. Compared to motordyne 2nd best exhaust on the 370z it’s a lot cheaper. And 5. it has a Unique sound that you won’t hear on video’s only in person and that’s because it’s Titanium.

Not really known but, Soho’s Motorsports single exit exhaust sounds like a Deeper toned Tomei and they won best sound back when they competed.
Soho has the best kits really would love to get a vhr swap and get one of there super charger kits

Had my tomei single exit on my 06 for about 4 years now. Been resonated and non resonated with test pipes. Extremely overrated. Sounds amazing at low RPMs, but it gets annoyingly loud past 4k...
What about the drone? The drone makes or breaks whether you love the exhaust long term
Exactly! A lot of people saying oh I love this and that..yet the have the worst drone.

Na 03 isr long tube headers but I seriously don't want a loud car. I want a low deep growl ,any good catback appart from Tomei and indivia??
Get the ISR dual exit if you want it to remain kinda quiet. It’s around 550.00. The long tube headers are kinda not working in your favor if you want quiet unfortunately. The way I like to do VQ exhausts is to resonate every section. Resonated test pipe, resonated mid pipe and muffler(s) on the back. Unfortunately since you have long tubes you can’t resonate your test pipe because your header eliminates that. But you will still get a good tone with the ISR dual exit
Hm the Tomei for 900 is only for axle back. Full is close to $2k

Tomei does NOT eliminate rasp. Loud, extremely raspy and obnoxious. Light, yes. Invidia is a top 5? Negative.
I never really liked how the Tomei Expreme sound... especially on Subarus, they sound like cheap exhaust to me. I wouldn't care if it is used for racing because the weight reduction over stock is significant, but for street definitely not.

Dk 350z sounds like it's sounds because it's twin turbo, not because of an exhaust.

They used the magnaflow cat back just so you know and yes it was turbocharged so gives it a different sound aswell

What about the low end torque loss with all these aftermarket exhausts? Power gains up top is nice but for city driving these will kill your torque
Unless you’re running headers, test pipes, or a full 3” y-pipe, all to a straight-through exhaust or mufflers, you won’t lose THAT much low end power. It’s very negligible imo, even under heavy traffic creeping.
This would be so fun if I dont live in fucking germany! Cant wait to go back to Croatia to do fun things.
