7:16 Just a sickening cool little cinematic kill with javelin here lol Casually in front of all your horses, they witness a murder and most likely have PTSD, these war horses are built different 😂
Haha! I miss things like this sometimes. Well we're also using these cavalry units as meat shields to absorb arrows and cavalry charges, so there's that too... at least the PTSD will be short lived!
Sir if civilization falls and we all go the way of walking dead, I hope I end up wherever it is you end up the leader of. You have a way about you. A warrior philosopher king sorta way.
That's very kind of you say though things seem dark today, hopefully we're not going into some even darker abyss. Perhaps you glimpse some of my study in history and philosophy? It's inspiring to learn from our warrior-philosophers of the past, no? I'm hugely interested in history, not just in war, but in the making of laws, societal reform and the psychology of the human species, from Frederick the Great, Napoleon, Queen Sophie, Catharine the Great, there have been some amazing leaders, both on the battlefield and in the legal war-arena. Much of what these great minds teach us can be applied to life, politics and warfare even today. Hopefully most of our modern warfare can be done in games though and not real life...
I do indeed, and I've tried to cover this part of my campaign in several videos - obviously many players won't have quite this strong a companion force until very late in their game so I wanted to try and explain that. The below video gives a peek into some of the companions. ua-cam.com/video/Mz9Gmiila5s/v-deo.html
I had three Vlandian army from 600 to 650 per army seige my castle. So I broke my cav in two. Shield walled where I could hold them in place. Had my archers an skirmishers working overtime. I broke my infantry in two also. One with shields an throwing weapons. An a badass Captain Gudra the shield maiden. An my second inf. Is my two handed mother fuckas, menavs, heroic bezerkers, Falxman, an some palace guards for flavor. Using your killbox. Shield an shock. I beat an overwhelming force. Can you give us some more historically accurate tactics. I've always been fascinated by Alexander the great. I know he was famous for the false gap. An relied heavily on cav an hvy inf.
Sounds awesome brother. I have done a few episodes in the past on historical battles but they didn't get a lot of attention so I discontinued the series. I do have a feature coming up soon covering infantry tactics in a little bit more detail that may be just what you want. Ultimately as of right now any unit in bannerlord that doesn't have any range weapons are generally inferior to units that have them.
Hi friend! There are two chronological videos after the sacking campaign that briefly explain the results(and consequences): ua-cam.com/video/HckUBvAILmA/v-deo.html (huge battle vs. Aserai) ua-cam.com/video/SQr00C4ZH1M/v-deo.html (huge battle vs. Vlandian force) finally, this is an unreleased video(coming in a few days), but if you're eager to see how the campaign is going before it's public, you can check it out: ua-cam.com/video/vB8mn2j90Cs/v-deo.html Thanks for showing such interest in the channel, friend.
