Love to see these IEM videos!!! The ones you sent me are still going strong, I LOVE the braided cable with them as well as how they are detachable and they are spot on perfect for what I need in church and even normal live shows!!
I've been using Shure 215s for a couple of years and have been very happy with them, but recently had a problem with the cable so ordered a new one. Having just seen this review, on a whim, I also ordered a pair of the ZSN Pros which I got for £17, just as a backup. Have to say I had no great expectations but for the price I thought why not. They came today and they look really blocky so my expectations went even further down. But when I tried them, WOW, they're not the same standard as my Shure's, they're better!! Slightly louder but just as pure, none of the highs and lows have been lost and they have great separation. I love them. Slight downside is they felt less comfy in the ear than the Shure's but after a few minutes I didn't notice the discomfort and after wearing them for a couple of hours I feel Shure (sorry) that I'll be able to use them on a regular basis. If these are number 5 on the list the number one's must be fantastic. So a big thank you for the heads up,
I've picked up some Tin T3's with a good discounted deal as I wasn't too sure if all this hype about no name Chinese IEM's was just all BS or not. I've had Shure 425s I've had Klipsch i6's which all are considered relatively "budget" in the big brand line ups. I'm going to say I'll never spend $200+ on IEM's again. The Tin T3 pretty much out perform everything I've owned for a quarter of the cost. I carry my IEM's around a lot so in the end they end up breaking connectors or cables. If I can get 1-2 years out of budget IEM's that already sound better I'm already ahead.

@@amryassin1277 In my opinion, IEMs are not very good for listening to music, unless you're doing it just to analyze/work with it. You should get a good pair of earbuds if you want to enjoy music.
For live in-ear monitoring, I've personally found that the KZ AS10s are by far the best; very loud, very clear, and enough bottom end without feeling overly bass-boosted. And yes, foam tips or correctly fitting silicone tips are THAT IMPORTANT.

Hi ,can a casual listener use these these in ear monitors such as the tin t3 instead of some of the Sony or Bose or seinheser earphone's? Are these in ears monitors better to listen to music than the earphones which you get from a retail shop? For somebody who listens to music from a phone or a laptop 3.5mm jack..please help
I absolutely loved the sound of the zs10 pros for listening, my only issue was that pushing the low end further muffles the sound. I am on the market for a iem exactly like these but a better quality more expensive version. I loved the coloful soundstage/imaging/ and bass combination these delivered, I just wished I could push out more low end and v shape without the sound distorting. Any suggestions for an upgrade?
I've never even heard of IEM so I listen to pop and rap and hip so I'm just wondering do these do anything for just regular music I love heavy bass , are any of these monitors for regular music to listen to on my iPhone w apple music?, I want new earphones??
IEM stands for In Ear Monitor which is what musicians and music engineers use specifically in live settings as he mentions several times. I have a pair of KZ’s and like mentioned they are great for a bass player with the frequencies so if you want the bass boosted then yes they should help.
sorry.. you lost me when saying KZ have a super flat frequency response!.. I LOVE KZs.. I have around 15 pairs (ZS3,4,10, ES3,4,6, ZSN, ZSN Pro).. I use ZSN Pro when tracking drums and much more. But flat they are not.. FAR from it.. all KZs (almost all) have V shaped signature, some more than others. That is their trade mark. That being said the ZSN Pro a killer for the price and also great to check your mix for mess in the high range. But dont trust the midrange. It is not flat .. not even close.
The cable that came with your ZS10 is the WRONG ONE (it's for ZS3, ZST, AS10...). Although it fits, you can tell something is off. No worries though, the ZSN Pro cable has the same, actually, the appropriate cable for ZS10.
Thanks for this mate. I'm also a bass player and lead vocalist and I've owned 3 sets of CCA C16's over the last few years. I'm yet to find anything else that comes close and I'm devastated that they no longer make them and I can no longer buy them. My only issue with them is the cable comes loose from the ear bud quite frequently. I've just purchased the KZ ZAX and the KZ-ZS10 PRO X but I'm yet to try them yet. I'll give them a go at our show tomorrow night. Thanks for taking the time to review these. I have recommended them to so many people who all went and bought them. Years ago I went through 2 sets of Shure 846's, lost the 1st set after 1 show and then replaced them and then yes them until I discovered the CCA's. They costs around 10 times as much as the CCA C16 and I think the CCA's sound way better.
Any opinions on the KZ ES4? Seems like I'd prefer them over the ZSN pro because of their warmer (but hopefully not too warm) sound. But then again i'm probably looking at the wrong video if I want to avoid squeaky earphones like a plague. However I don't like the other extreme either. So I guess slightly warm is what I want?
i purchased the zs10 pro recently and want to use them on my pc. but no matter how i plug them in i get a buzzing sound. ive tried plugging them directly into the pc, using my dac x6 dac/amp, and using a usb to 3.5mm adapter and no matter what i get a buzzing or in the case of the dax x6 a very loud buzzing. what do i need to use to get rid of the noise? is there an adapter that raises the impedance of them that will work? also when plugged directly in the pc or with the usb adapter even with my windows volume at 10/100 theyre super loud like everything is too powerful and are powering them too much? when i use them with my phone via the headphone jack there is no noise at all. but there is buzzing when i use the usb c to 3.5mm adapter on my phone. just need some help
I bought the CCA-C10, I’m a drummer gave them a try. Not a fan, all highs very very little bass. If you want to listen to music or podcast there good. Good news didn’t spend a lot of money,, get what you pay for
Sorry, but if someone is considering these Chinese options, be forewarned that it’s a roll of the dice due to quality control. I’ve owed a few now and moved back to better high end monitors. I’ve had one Chinese manufacture headphones that lasted less than a month. They had a lifetime warranty, so they sent me two pair, which died in less than a month. Save up and get some good quality eim from a local audio shop with good customer service imho.
Ordered the CCA C10s today on my wife’s Prime with a gift card I received on Father’s Day from my mother in law and applied your coupon code. Winning! Thanks, Dan!
I am a drummer and want to know which is better for me for sub 50 dollar iem. I want to use for music listening also. Prefer warmth plus detail, which must be sufficient for extensive listening.
These were the only 'chifi' headphones I tried so far that I didn't mind. They weren't usable in my testing but they did better than most. I can't recommend them on the price but if they were $50 or so they would be a good buy. Better than the CCA C10.
I would say so but unless you find them for $50-60 there are far better options. They are like an upgraded CCA C10 (and I think the C10 sounds better than the C16 - that one really fell short).
Don't you just hate when people on UA-cam who class themselves as Influencers. Sheesh modest or what? lol Btw Tin Hifi T3's are not neutral, very high mids and trebles.
I have seen too many SpectreSoundStudios videos that when I hear you say bassists, I think you're about to talk badly about them. Great video all around. Thank you for taking the time to do it.
Hello. You are blowing my mind with ALL these reviews on in ears lolol. I am a fellow bass player for my church band. I have a six string bass and hit those low notes. I play with a full band. And sometimes solo using delay and reverb effects. Which would you recommend? Would the 16’s be too much drivers for live performance? Thank you
I own the AS 10 headphones for more than two years and used them for around 30 live concerts. I also use them almost every evening for around 1 hour for almost two years now. They offer such a great sound! I am absolutely impressed and can highly recommend them. But they might be a little bulky for some ears
I own a pair of the AS10's as well. Do you happen to know where to buy the foam tips that actually fit the AS10 tip since it is larger than most buds ? Thanks
Hey just wondering from a casual point of view, im not a musician or wtv. I was just looking at earphones to listen to music. I wouldnt say I'm an audiophile but I do like the quality of the sound not to be boosted by bass or wtv. so are these alright for casual listening ?
Would you recommend any of these monitors to play FPS games? Why yes or no? I am looking for an earphone for playing PUBG Mobile and what I usually see about earphones are expensive earphones with a lot of design and nothing new inside.
I’d be interested in a comparison between the KZ AS16’s and the CCA C16’s as they’re sister companies and have different housings, KZ coming in at $10-12 cheaper, it’d be an interesting comparison
Just went to order the CCAs and was confronted with the option of a mic or none. Between this and you other iem videos maybe you covered that but I must have missed it. I’m guessing no mic for using as a traditional iem?

Business Mail he’s literally influencing choices made for items in this video....which is on UA-cam....what else would you call him?
Informative
it is what it is
Anyone that refers to themself as an "influencer" isn't much of one. It's really that simple.
@@eyewandersfoto Are you sure about that? What if they were influencing all kinds of people the whole time?!?
Hey can you also do a wireless iem system comperison? Would be very nice, cause my band is willing to go wireless, but we dont really know what to buy:D. Anyway thanks a lot, and man...keep up the great work!!!
I have the CCA C10. It was awesome. I had a line of audio technica. And the C10 is my daily driver.
I originally had the CCA C10's and I LOVED them. Unfortunately, one got stepped on and was destroyed, so I upgraded to the C16's. Friggin wow, completely worth it. Amazing sound space, and super versatile! Get them, budget allowing.
what's the difference between these?
@@SchwappSchwopp Between the C10's and C16's? The amount of total drivers (10 and 16 respectively). I'm pretty sure the C16 also has "true bass" while the C10 does not. Because of that though the C16's are big and heavy for in-ears but still totally worth it
@@garretttamez7656 Thanks for this fast response! Do you also have tried the C12's?
@@SchwappSchwopp No, I've only tried the two. I assume it will be closer to the C10's. Really it's all about the amount of drivers but also the types of those drivers that make the difference.Years later and I still use the C16's btw.
@@garretttamez7656 Thx again!
Never honestly paid much attention to ear monitors. But after watching this I'll definitely be buying some just to see what other details i might have missed on vinyl...
I bet you’ll be surprised!
Damn just came around but i had to react .. Not saying KZ are that bad , but damn FLAT reference ? WTF ur just brainwashing those ppl with paid reviews ? That CCA 16 compared to 2k IEMS just cause they sharing 8 BA design ? :D holy crap wish ppl had same chance to actually hear and compare stuff like me .. Cause buying something because of your reviews .. thats just awful .. Great reviewer for IEMS is Crinacle , that also provide measurement .. not like this clown .
Once it hits 149 dollars, you are better off buying full size headphone beyerdynamic dt880. Soundstage on dt880 will be exponentially bigger.
Are this for like, the average consumer? Like, to listen to music with a portable amp?
I'd like to know this also.
yes it is. been using bose and senheisser throughout my life and ive never turned back after getting my hands on kz zsn. upgrading to zs10 pro next week after sticking to zsn for almost a year.
ZSN are around 21$ and are amazing cheap earphones that have a deep low end, but the ZSN pros are a little more expensive with a even deeper low end.
Thanks for this man. I just bought some CCA C10's to replace my MEE M6Pros and it's definitely an improvement(and I liked the M6Pros)
All china bands? Serious?
If we are talking “budget” then yes
How do these compare in sound quality to something like the shure range for listening to general music?
sorry.. you lost me when saying KZ have a super flat frequency response!..
I totally agree with that. I own KZ zsx and zsn pro and watched a ton lot of videos and website reviews before purchasing them. Yes they're V shaped.
@@Harshmota1 try the ZSN Pro X.. they are a tad flatter in the midrange. Especially with a 16 core cable.. my go-to set now.
@@HR2635 they're on their way to my home :)
Can IEM’s be used for daily headphones?
CCA is also KZ technically, because they are sister company..
It is 2021, i am here. Tin T3 or KZ AS10? I listen to pop funk and alternative rock. I play guitar and drum. Thank you in advance!
hi that was a very informative video , i had one question . which one would suggest , Kz Zs10 pro or Kz As10 ???
i purchased the zs10 pro recently and want to use them on my pc. but no matter how i plug them in i get a buzzing sound. ive tried plugging them directly into the pc, using my dac x6 dac/amp, and using a usb to 3.5mm adapter and no matter what i get a buzzing or in the case of the dax x6 a very loud buzzing. what do i need to use to get rid of the noise? is there an adapter that raises the impedance of them that will work? also when plugged directly in the pc or with the usb adapter even with my windows volume at 10/100 theyre super loud like everything is too powerful and are powering them too much? when i use them with my phone via the headphone jack there is no noise at all. but there is buzzing when i use the usb c to 3.5mm adapter on my phone. just need some help
I bought the CCA-C10, I’m a drummer gave them a try. Not a fan, all highs very very little bass. If you want to listen to music or podcast there good. Good news didn’t spend a lot of money,, get what you pay for
There is th new KSZSN ProX in 2020. What is the difference? Do you recommend it?
What was the code, my dude?
Wife, father, mother in law. Nice to meet you all.
Calls himself an audiophile
Says KZ has a "super flat sound"
Yeah bud, aight.
I am a drummer and want to know which is better for me for sub 50 dollar iem. I want to use for music listening also. Prefer warmth plus detail, which must be sufficient for extensive listening.
If you have $150? just get simgot en700 pro, it sounds so good or if you have more money get moondrop kanas pro, this IEM sounds so freaking good...
Ugly doe
Ikko OH 1. I believe 140ish USD. Great fit and finish.
¿Better than cc c16?
These were the only 'chifi' headphones I tried so far that I didn't mind. They weren't usable in my testing but they did better than most. I can't recommend them on the price but if they were $50 or so they would be a good buy. Better than the CCA C10.
I would say so but unless you find them for $50-60 there are far better options. They are like an upgraded CCA C10 (and I think the C10 sounds better than the C16 - that one really fell short).
One of the most enjoyable, very clear, review I ever seen on the tube. Thank you mate.
The number of drivers doesn't matter. Don't listen to this guy, some companies know ow to tune IEMs better. Even single driver IEMs can sound amazing.
Don't you just hate when people on UA-cam who class themselves as Influencers. Sheesh modest or what? lol
Btw Tin Hifi T3's are not neutral, very high mids and trebles.
Thank you
You should check out new Kz zsx with 12driver🤔
I own the AS 10 headphones for more than two years and used them for around 30 live concerts. I also use them almost every evening for around 1 hour for almost two years now. They offer such a great sound! I am absolutely impressed and can highly recommend them. But they might be a little bulky for some ears
I own a pair of the AS10's as well. Do you happen to know where to buy the foam tips that actually fit the AS10 tip since it is larger than most buds ? Thanks
CCA C10 coupon code no longer works .... any chance you can share an updated one?
Which ones would you recommend for a keys player that just plays mostly in bars and the odd outdoor gig? I play in a 6 piece band.
This video felt like a straight up infomercial but he's telling the truth about FOAM TIP'S. THEY ARE THAT IMPORTANT.
Hey just wondering from a casual point of view, im not a musician or wtv. I was just looking at earphones to listen to music. I wouldnt say I'm an audiophile but I do like the quality of the sound not to be boosted by bass or wtv. so are these alright for casual listening ?
I'm going for the KZZSN PRO! great video as always!
Awesome, you’ll love them!
Would you recommend any of these monitors to play FPS games? Why yes or no? I am looking for an earphone for playing PUBG Mobile and what I usually see about earphones are expensive earphones with a lot of design and nothing new inside.
I mean they sound true to the sound source so i dont see why they wouldnt be good for gaming
I bought the KZ ZSN Pro and while I like them, you're right, they're not the best probably for music listening (which is my thing). Where do you recommend to start the search for that usage? (always on the budget)
I'm New to these stuff (IEMs) , are they sound better than the regular wireless earphones like (Air pods pro, Samsung buds..)
They are THAT important.
THEY are that important.
They ARE that important.
They are that IMPORTANT.
Im know Im late to the party... Im looknig to get some IEMs... I heard some great things about the shure 215s, especially in the heari g protection zone... and thats what my first priority is. can any of these IEMs match or even overcome the shures ear protection level
Fiio f5 are the best iems ive heard for 60 bucks. Great deal. Upgrade the mcxi cable and youll never need a new set.
Thanks for the review! I just picked up the CCA C10. I have the AS10 (and KZN, ZST, and lost my ZS6) and I'm hoping this will be better balanced and more enjoyable to listen too. I definitely prefer a neutral sound over a colored one. Thanks again for the videos! Also, thanks for the coupon code!
well what do hou think?
Well? What's your opinion
KZ and CCA are sister brands and part of the same company. You might know that but I thought I would mention it. Good work.
BLON 03s are supposedly better than the KZs and Tin T2s
My ZSN Pros are coming Friday. I just want something better than my free headphones I got with my Galaxy S9.
@@rcran2491 I just need them to sound as good as my free headphones that came with my S9.
love this video. i am going for the KZ ZSN PROs. thanks!
Waiting for my ZST Pros. 💪 I already have the memory foam ready, cant wait to use them live. Maybe i'll upgrade to those C16s One day
Great video as always!
Hi
What iem’s would you recommend for a church drummer?
CCA c10 would be great for a drummer
I have the TFZ Galaxy T2. I love it but would curious to know your thoughts about it. Thanks.
Could you please check the nicehck dt500?
i blame you for my iem addiction
thank you
Bro pls tell me the best between As06, Zsn pro, Zs10 pro, Cca c10, I am looking for the best, Kindly reply me.
How is fiio Fh1 compared to these..?
Can't wait to show the C10s to the band that I mix for. Its going to blow their minds how cheap they are
