One of the replies here is 2 years old. How long has this place actually been up for sale and why has no one bought it ?
Taxes and regulations as you attempt to restore it. It makes it exceptionally expensive to renovate. NOT worth it until it goes down to around 400k Maximum. Even then 2 million to renovate.

@@josephholdman1037 It's pretty cheap to license good Baroque music for videos. We recently discovered that pretty much anything I've added to my 'Baroque' playlist, can be licensed.
