La grande classe, mais il manque quelques hectares de terrain .
ça dépend de ce que vous voulez, on a des châteaux sans terrain, d'autres avec 2Ha, d'autres avec 10, et ça jusqu'à 560 hectares de mémoire ( je crois même qu'on a un ou deux domaines avec 2000 hectares... ) il suffit de décrire son projet à l'agence qui va forcément trouver le bien correspondant.

@@LeggettImmobilierProperty There has to be a reason for such a small price for a COMPLETELY renovated chateau of this size AND so beautifully done - professional upgrades !!....they must have spent multi-millions$ to do these upgrades !!! I can only think that the market for these chateau has such a small audience of REAL buyers that would make this feasible -~ Wow !
Why is the question...the maintenance is still so huge, or there are legal hangups maybe such as a Lease only or some other issue with French Law ??? There seem to be hundreds of such properties in France !
Une belle propriété, extérieur, jardins bien entretenus ... mais ils ont également rénové l'intérieur, très moderne, les murs avec du papier, des lampes, etc. ne ressemblent pas au mobilier et au style de l'époque. Il a perdu tout charme intérieur.

I gave this a thumbs down because this appears to have been renovated with no respect for the original architecture, with a modern take. It does not agree with me. For instance, no ceiling moldings. The period of the house seems to be lost. But, I am sure many will be enchanted and love the grandeur of the bones of this chateaux.
The décor is vile.
I clutched my pearls when I saw that leopard print wall situation going on in those likely once very grand reception rooms….. I just can’t..
