I would become a hermit and never leave this place. It's beautiful.
One of my favorite place in France ( LEGGETT Photographer, Cyril ) and on top of that, the price is more than fair considering the property, a real bargain according to me.
That beautiful manor is worth sharing with lots of people or a big family, it's a waste for a hermit.

Yes, this property does have a beautiful enclosed garden with around a thousand truffle trees. Now, if you know how to find truffles, this could be a unique business opportunity. 😉
