Great video! Thanks I need to know how to activate the bell squawk on away arming.. As when I leave the house and use the remote arming I am not sure if the system is armed. Please help
I have a 1616 system. I have a chime and away showing. I have tried to set the alarm and then unset and the green check comes on then off but I cant get rid of the chime and away setting showing.
Well if the red lock is on, that means it's armed. You can try the default code of 1234. If the code has been changed and you don't know what it is, your only other option would be a hardwire default. If that was not disabled by the installer.
hello, and thank you for your tutorials. I again have a fault 1-3 "general system fault" yet the alarm works correctly, commissioning, shutdown, ... sending to home automation on my app ... it's happened 2 times already and I called an alarm company each time who disconnected the 2 x batteries and cut the main power supply and restarted the DSC, then the fault disappeared. The batteries are less than 1 year old and work very well But apparently during a micro power cut?, the Orange default comes back do you have any idea how to fix this error? thank you
You sound like Eric from That 70's Show speaking in a two low voice...

I can’t get the green check mark again lit. It’s showing 1 and lock sign red. I don’t know the 4 digit code, my builder did not give me. What do I do?
