This method is for ALTs or if you have generous friend. Black Rose Prison. Normal. 1 team member. Get to round 2 of first arena and wipe at last mini boss. Repeat x50 ish times. Use 150xp scroll or potion. Stack with double xp event. Level 1-50 in under 2hrs. Much less hassle than dolems or skyreach having to teleport every few minutes. If you spend approx 15 minutes preparing you can make this even better. Using your main crafter, friend or guild make training gear for lvl 4, 16, and 36 (jewelry included). 2/2/3 mix of light/medium/heavy, green quality, no enchants. I use ancient dragonguard and fortified brass. Weapons can be picked up and used from level up rewards. Access two different weapon skill line by attacking anything with that type equiped. Lvl 1 weapons will do for this. Put one skill from each class and one from two different weapon type on bar. Make sure to swap your skills regularly once they reach morph stage. Class skill lines will be 50 and weapon 40-50 by the end. All morphs should be unlocked by the end.
Completely neglecting CP lvl'ing, my favorite way to lvl to 50 is zone story quests. I feel if you do dolmans and such you will reach 50 with a drought of skill points, and will necessitate a secondary grind of skyshards and 1st time dungeons to catch up (dungeons being solid enough but a pure skyshard run is tedious as it gets.) As I have gotten 7 toons to 50, I found getting the questline skill pts to be better than getting to 50 faster through boring stuff like dolmans, then having to do more grindy skill pt farming in addition.
Yeah, taking the slower route is often the better route unless you're very specifically leveling a character for say, *just* healing or *just* doing one specific build. I have my main with tons of skill points and the rest of my toons I generally keep for one niche playstyle, so I'll power level them.
Indeed, by doing the quests we also find a lot of lorebooks, daedra/undead, skyshards and materials to sell. We can even level antiques almost passively if we wish so
My favorite part of the video was easily the grind music. Sick. Although it would be extremely hard for me to grind while listening to it because I would constantly be dancing. 💯👩🎤💅
last month my character went up from lvl 14 to CP160 in just 2 days (around 8 hour of gameplay). the keys: - breda's mead (new life festival) - experience scrolls (daily reward/level up reward) - full sets of training gear - AOE attacks - group dungeon (as often as possible) - "casual grinding" in Spellscar
Great video, firstly you nail it at 20 seconds with 'The key with level grinding is to do it the way you find enjoyment'. Secondly I'll never ever get used to the way Americans say 'route' !
Crafting the set Heartland Conqueror or having a guildy make it for you with training weapons also is a big help for getting more exp. Adds an additional 16% or so on top of the available training gear.
Tried leveling with master writs, alchemy mostly, managed to level 4 characters 3-50 in 1 day, spent around 9.5 mil, would say it's worth it for me at this point 15/18 characters are max level now :)
Best way to do black rose is u do the first stage of the first room kill all the mobs port out and reset so change ur group status from normal to vet and then back depending on if u want to do vet I suggest it but if not ur fine
Best way I lvl is running public dungeons with exp pots. You get a skill point for each quest, you get a ton of exp for finishing them, and your first random normal dungeon for the day is a ton of exp as well
Alliance doesn't matter when turning in master writs. I'm DC but hand writs into Grahtwood since I can teleport from guildhall to Snugpod, which is just around the corner from Rolis Hlaalu.
I just want to say that I was able to level my characters insanely just by doing the New Life Festival Dailies. I had one character go from around level 34 to level 50 doing absolutely nothing but those quests and the daily crafting writs. I had another character I had just created right before the event that went from level 3 to level 35. I had him do the training on the crafting, did the daily crafting writs, the early training in Cyrodiil (so he could get the "Continous Attack" perk), and the daily holiday quests. Other than a few zombies on Betnick and a pair of hagravens in Alik'r that he ran into when he strayed off the path, I don't think he has killed anything by level 35 other than wolves, hoarvars and wasps. I have to admit, though, that I was getting really bored of the quests by the time the event ended. But I stuck with it because the XP was nice and the event was limited time.
With a friend of you that have a great dps. Go in Dragonstar arena on normal. The first 3-4 wave are easy to do for 2 players. Put training gear-Have a couple of 150% scrolls. Rince-repeat the 4 wave and you can be 1-50 in 3h.
Anyone know the add-on or the LUI Extended setting he has in this video that is showing all his buffs/debuffs on the side with the text telling what they are? I would really dig having a similar setup. Holler back if you know. Many thanks
hey brah, new to twitch, new to ESO and of course new to all you amazing YT vids. I hear you alot talking in you videos about if we have any requests to drop you a message. we'll since I am completely new to PC gaming, I have 1 request, and since you have a second camera I feel it would be really helpful. is there a way that you could do a video on "stripped back to basics : on rotations" with a camera on your hands on the keyboards. I'm understanding the videos on YT... BUT... being new to PC gaming I'm really struggling with kiting, WASD, quickslotting potions, and finding a rotation without just spamming anything and everything I find undermy fingers. if that makes sense?? hope you get this, I'm tuning in tonight from the UK 23:00-03:00 on twitch so would love a shoutout and any tips you have for me. thanks and see ya tonight // Red
Is dolmens really good xp at lower levels? Dolmen farm seems like a waste of time unless you want jewelry. Spellscar is still my favourite place with training on all gear + heartland conquerer set. Yeah its boring but if you optimise right you can get 20+ levels an hour and get leveling to 50 out of the way really fast.
100% correct. Dolmens seem to be this common xp grinding location and I just don't get it. The XP is legitimately terrible in comparison to almost any other farming location. The only maybe benefit is drops? idk, just bad. Spellscar is the best place by far. Slot your AOEs, pull multiply groups, bring a friend. I usually get about 25k xp (unbuffed) per 3 pulled groups. Can be difficult on lower levels, but if you have decent AOE DPS, then melt groups and profit.
weapon/spell crit & dmg are now universal stats aka crit and dmg. This opens up many new set combinations Item/set procs can now crit again Crit dmg capped to make other attributes more valuable Some performance improvements on PC (multi threading)
Can't do it. Grinding levels. Give me content to play. ie. new maps or regions. Give me a class reset ability so I can play something different without leveling a new character. Hell give me a reset ability for a map location or all map locations so I can play the whole map again. That would be fun. but grinding for the sake of grinding. Pass.
Ok, but where are the REAL grind spots / burn piles? I know of one that has never been featured in a land of Mother's Sorrow, but I've carefully observed my environment while questing ALWAYS trying to find a new spot. One that I FIND, that nobody else knows of. Enemies that only martial attack, with enemies that are close together, in 2 or 3 spots so you can create a route. I've come CLOSE but no cookie. The one I DO know about is the best XP I've found in 3 years of ESO, and most importantly isn't well known. Most of the time you won't see another person.
Thanks for watching! What leveling method would you recommend to players?

Half the time your gonna have to level mages guild so your gonna end up roaming around anyway 🤷♂️
I reached level 50 yesterday and I'm now on the CP grind. There was no better timing for this video!
Console??

but ESO loves to make events like that, there should be more in a few months.

Levelling is so fast unless you are a very new player and have no xp scrolls. I have to ask what is the rush? Don't we play video games to waste time?
Whoa. I need to try this for myself. Never seen this anywhere, good find. Thanks for sharing it.
@@christinehede7578 maybe if you wanna try another character, it might be boring to grind all the quests you already know again
@@eridiumtotem5859 I never said that you had to repeat all the quest though. I just said what is the rush?
@@christinehede7578 the rush is wanting to try a character in the endgame without wasting so much time leveling it i guess

Excellent video, dude. I hope the algorithm blesses you eventually.
The starter zones give training gear so just do each starter zone at different levels.
Dont go to fast if u new u really need the skill points later on rather do some main quest or pdgn
following this tutorial is the worst thing you can do if you're new
Is there any ?
Awesome Music. felt like I was watching an 80's montage lol

Love the content but I’ve seen more and more people struggling to grind gold, maybe that could be a video next?
Where do you get that armor set you are wearing in the vid? :) Thanks for the video. Good stuff.
You should make another video on the black rose prison method since it’s the best and most popular Method that most experienced players use

Are the Markarth rituals good for leveling?
