Thanks so much for everything bud. The game does not hold your hand .. witch I do like but without your channel there would be some important stuff Id never know about lol Finally there is new quality of life options to join a trial. Iv never done one before and im CP 400 I think. As a tank it takes a long time to beat overland bosses but I started the game with the Armory was added ! Thats the best so I can switch my build quick with other weapons and go back to Tank when doing dungeons because I get in the dungeon right away with lil to no wait time. Thanks Ghosty ! God Bless !
@@Zod1us if you’re just going for the true solo content, any class will do. The questing is relatively easy (still a lot of fun). If you’re trying to be the most powerful solo player possible, I’m not sure of that answer. Most likely the Arcanist as it’s the new class.
I would also suggest one of the first things is as soon as you can do the battlegrounds quest, DO IT to unlock the permanent 30% mount speed increase for only 1 skill point. I believe its a passive called Continous Attack and a benefit of that is the Major Gallop. It applies outside of PVP so 100% has helped me get around faster while questing and exploring. Then every day use the mount trainer, and log out at the mount trainer so you are right there for the next day
I've been playing for maybe 15 hours and I kind of felt like I was just going around doing random stuff it felt like I was missing a lot. This guide is extremely helpful and very clear so thank you for that!
This guide and that 3 hour one you have are essential for new players. Following these put the whole game into focus for me. I felt so incredibly lost before I watched this video. Got the game at launch played it for a few weeks and was super confused, plus I was playing WoW at the time so whenever I got on ESO I found myself asking “why am I playing this when I could be playing WoW instead.” I’d pop in back to ESO a handful of times over the next decade but that feeling of confusion only got worse and worse each time I came back. Haven’t had a gaming PC in years and I’ve been craving a good MMO to sink my teeth into, decided to give ESO another shot and this video is the ONLY reason I’m still playing and will likely continue to play for a while and it’s all because of you, thank you sir.
Thank you, I'm new to the game in 2024 and this helped a ton. Just going to skyrkm in the game felt amazing and I appreciate this video so much. ESO is great.
Cp1410, still watching this just to see if i missed anything from the start. Listen to this guy, its overwhelming for a new player, this eases that a bit.
One thing about getting into a MMO that has been out for years is the amount of content and I tend to get lost a bit or feel like I am missing something. This guide made me just purchase the game all the way up to Necrom. I am excited. This guide has me confident. Thank you.
Best leveling guide I've ever seen. As a player coming back YEARS after OG game and having forgotten basically all, this was a godsend. Too bad I can't decide on a class!
I just started playing again after many years and I had the same problem. I decided on arcanist since it feels so different compared to the other classes!
I'm CP 807 and have been playing since 2015, but I wish I had had something like this when I first started out. I had to learn most of this stuff from years of failed characters. I learned some new things too from this video, or at least more detailed info. One thing I've never been good at is building a carefully crafted character with the right stats for the role I'm looking for. What I really need is an explainer for the Champion Point system, which I'm sure Lucky Ghost has, just haven't found it yet since I just discovered him a few days ago. Crazy that I never saw his videos before. Fantastic content. Subscribed for sure.
I've been playing for 9 years and I'm only CP 807. Shows you all how many times I gave up and started over. I have had bad luck with builds, but with this channel's build guides, I'm hoping to change that, and get into some top tier game content I've never tried before. I've never been able to really do Cyrodill, Trials, Arenas, and I get whipped at Battlegrounds a lot. I've stuck to PVE because of that, so I'm hoping to really be successful.
As a player that has attempted to play this game atleast 5 times (I bought it when it released), this guide is super helpful to keep me going and know what to do and to look for. Thank you so much!
Not sure about anyone else but I'd love to watch an unedited version of you playing from 1-20 and how you do things, the way you proceed from quest to quest etc. I think as a new player to ESO it would be really insightful and interesting to watch
i started playing on PC a week ago after putting some hours onto PS4/PS5 but after watching your UI/Addons video, I have found playing on PC is definitely a game changer. Love your guides.
I power levelled to CP411 through dungeons and battlegrounds.. Didn’t put Champion points on my build cos they confused me and sold all the gear in dungeons for gold. Players were telling me that I’m the weakest cp360+ they’ve seen in the game. So thankyou for this VID, fresh build and doing it right now thanks to you.
Thank you for this Lucky! So many new folks on the game rn and many i interact with are kinda lost and confused about how to level. There truly is so much content to cover in ESO. Been leveling characters like this for about a year and it is definitely the best way to level up quick and have fun doing it. Highly recommend getting all of the crafting certifications as soon as they become available (level 6) because those will help you make money. I also recommend having multiple characters that can do it.
IF YOU HAVE NO DLC's: Skip to 18:30 because everything before is DLC's, which is fine ofc but I'd like to have known that considering this guide is made for ppl like me who have no idea what I'm doing haha.
Could add in the daily rewards, and scrolls from said rewards or having a crafter help make low lvl sets for you to make lvling easier, but spot on for a guide
Hey, dude! Thanks for the content! It's really great to see such well-crafted material, refined script, and well-described in one of my favorite games! Keep up the good work, you have my full support!
I noticed or maybe I didn’t hear about when going to get those companions that you need those areas unlocked and in order to have them unlocked you need to have an eso plus membership or the corresponding DLC, just a heads up.
Im confused at 19:01, what is the point of this then immediately cutting to a section talking about the mage and fighters guild? Whatbis the point of doing the hooded person stuff when its not needed to unlock those guilds and the sudden cutaway?
This is an awesome starter guide, just what I need. Now I need to figure out the best class for me to try. I'm way to used to tab target MMO's which makes ESO combat feel very weird to me. What classes do you recommend for someone learning ESO Combat, something that maybe doesn't focus too much on attack weaving, but will help you over time to learn attack weaving. I'll mostly be playing solo and understand most overworld stuff can be done by any class, but really would like to focus on a class that could teach me the attack weaving without punishing me to much for missing them.
ESO tip: Quick exit from Cyrodiil is to queu for Imperial City and then walk out the exit door once your there. It will place you right back where you left off in the overland. You can also just die and then returm to wayshrine then exit through the proper wayshrine. I find this way to take longer. When I first started the game I got lost in Cyrodiil my first time there. It was horrible. Couldn't find my way out. I just made a new character and didn't go back for a long time. Now, especially during Whitestrake's Mayhem, I queu for Cyrodiil and grab my daily. Once I complete it I queu to Imperial city hit that daily and turn it in then return back to Cyrodiil to turn that daily in. It saves so much time than traveling across the map. Goodluck everyone.
Seems like I can’t get a companion without paying money. I’m brand brand new to this game and it seems like just running around aimlessly and playing the story is the best method for me.
Bruh. I did not know about the eye for scrying. I wasted so much time just looking for it in the dig. I was about to skip over the scrying section since I thought I already knew everything about it. I'm glad I didn't.

Hello, I finished the queens decree quest but I can't travel to Artaeum because the wayshrine is black. Already tried to relog but that didn't help. I am lvl 22.
What gear is best to get for around level 10? Just the boring stuff I can craft with like Jute and rawhide etc? Really good guide about what to do, just wasn’t sure what gear I should be using at that stage
Whatever you find is great! You're increasing in level so fast that it doesn't matter too much until cp160. If you can find a nice 5 piece bonus that's awesome. Lots of cool overland sets to use at low levels
@@LuckyGhost nice, thanks man. Completely new to this game thinking it would be ‘Skyrim but online’. Far more over complex than that haha. So best to just keep doing quests and dungeons and using things I find rather than crafting clothes or armour?
@@tomrutherford6320 better advice for you buddy its been a month so you probably know this everything you pick up and i mean everything if its not going on your body get it researched or deconstructed this is something you should do even at max level max cp if its not being used research or deconstruct if you already have the trait researched if i was to tell you what is single handed the most important thing skill etc to have in this game regardless of skill level or what actual level you are its becoming a master crafter its so valuable helps you with new builds alts etc crazy amount of gold crafting for people etc its invaulable and yes its boring as fuck and takes what feels like 10 years but trust me its worth it

@luckyGhost what is the add-on you're running here that lets your daily pledges show up as blue in the dungeon finder? I can't find it and I went through your whole add-on video.
Tried playing this game when it first came out but computers were trash back then. 2024 is looking good so I’m in the NA server! I’ll be exploring this guide in depth over the next few days to get my character up!
Hi, I just started playing ESO so pardon me for my stupid question. I want to go to Tor Draioch to get companion Ember but I don't know how to travel there or where I can find it on the map. Neither High Isles or Tor Draioch is on my map. I just have the base game maybe that's the problem? Thanks for helping me out, great guide tho.
Pretty sure they’re dlc but the gold road deluxe edition upgrade is only 30-40 rn on sale you get the upcoming dlc in march and every other major expansion 13 total I think
Hey lucky I used to no life ESO but I haven't played in a really long time, I'm changing to ps5 to join my friends (they've been really busy the past few years so I been on pc) but since I haven't played in so long I was wondering, what would be a better healer a Necro (what I have on pc and enjoy) or a arcanist (which I believe is the newest class which when I saw it recently it looked kinda fun)
Forgive me if your video answers this question, I'm a 1/4 of the way through it but I want to be a tank (Dragonknight) so should I level as a tank build or do your DK solo stam build until higher CP level? Thank you for your time.
@LuckyGhost I have a tech question about a sound that only appears when I am on pvp or a dungeon boss, is like the seconder of a clock I know it comes from the interface but I have no idea what make it sound and drives me crazy can you help me?
so i owned ESO base game on there website but then the launcher disappeared on there and it always takes me ages to go through support to get the launcher to download the game then stadia i brought the dlc before high isle the collection edition for all the past DLC (before stadia shutdown rip best cloud service) and just yesterday i brought golden road collector edition for the base game and all the dlc including golden road when that comes out so im just trying to lvl and kill stuff
I bought the $50 box with all the expansions and still only had the option of going to Bleakrock after the tutorial. Does the option only happen on subsequent characters?

@tomrutherford6320 most likely early on the things you find will be better than the things you're capable of crafting :)
@@tomrutherford6320 better advice for you buddy its been a month so you probably know this everything you pick up and i mean everything if its not going on your body get it researched or deconstructed this is something you should do even at max level max cp if its not being used research or deconstruct if you already have the trait researched if i was to tell you what is single handed the most important thing skill etc to have in this game regardless of skill level or what actual level you are its becoming a master crafter
its so valuable helps you with new builds alts etc crazy amount of gold crafting for people etc its invaulable and yes its boring as fuck and takes what feels like 10 years but trust me its worth it
Hey! I tried to download minion and went through your addOns list, almost non of them seems to work. Just started Gold Road.
I’m currently level 868 and I’m here to say listen to bro.
As much as I want to play Starfield, after Im done my warhammer 40k army I will be catching up in ESO ( im all for the lore I do all the missions , holy crap there is ALOT no rush lol ) and Skyrim Anaversy edition to play all the expansions and legendary survial looks to fun. Once that craving is filled I will play the main quests in Oblivion. Then some Fallout 76. I have not played any video games in almost a year lol Never thought id watch people on youtube play games
I'm cp 400 and i already have some very hard achievements done, like the worm wizard personality dromathra, and sunspire ice skins. Arcanist healer mostly
Congrats you were carried
Morning, The menu bar at the top of your screen is not showing for me. Can you tell me what setting is needed to enable that?
is it just me or did you forget Isobel the breton companion when you were naming them off
My favorite race is Orc but I also like casting spells, how should I spend my points? I just got this game.
Just starting with eso, thanks!
welcome and enjoy!
Had the game since release stopped playing before the companions came out. Looking to get back into it what dlc do I need to unlock companions
Absolutely love this, just getting back into the game again and this is extremely helpful. Thank you Lucky!!
New to ESO and this video is great!!
Have fun 👍🏾
@luckyGhost what is the add-on you're running here that lets your daily pledges show up as blue in the dungeon finder? I can't find it and I went through your whole add-on video.
I want to know that that as well.
What add on was that, where it showed your undaunted daily on the dungeon page
bandits, check out my addons video
The portal room only has 1 option....what am IO doing wrong?
planned to watch your previous 1/300 today and then this popped up! PERFECT timing my man 💯
Hey lucky I used to no life ESO but I haven't played in a really long time, I'm changing to ps5 to join my friends (they've been really busy the past few years so I been on pc) but since I haven't played in so long I was wondering, what would be a better healer a Necro (what I have on pc and enjoy) or a arcanist (which I believe is the newest class which when I saw it recently it looked kinda fun)
whats the add on that is showing you which dungeons you have completed by the tick next to it?
companion only for dlcs. i only have standard
Forgive me if your video answers this question, I'm a 1/4 of the way through it but I want to be a tank (Dragonknight) so should I level as a tank build or do your DK solo stam build until higher CP level? Thank you for your time.
Its up to you. If you want to do mostly dungeons level as tank. If you want to mostly quest level ask stamdk
@@LuckyGhost thank you!
0:18 what staff is that
Hey man good video it’ll help me a lot. How can I set my minimap like yours? Mine is on the upper left hand side and I want to drag it to the right?
I use perfect pixel ui, try switching to it and disabling your map addon that your currently using
@LuckyGhost I have a tech question about a sound that only appears when I am on pvp or a dungeon boss, is like the seconder of a clock I know it comes from the interface but I have no idea what make it sound and drives me crazy can you help me?
I’m having trouble trying to find chest the map will show them but I can’t tell if it’s underground if I can’t find it!
Just hit lvl 10 and queuing to play a dungeon but been waiting 10 mins and still not got in one. What do I do
Queue up as a healer it will be fine in normal dungeons
hi, at what point did you get the "Undaunted" skill line? :)
you can pick it up any time at or before 45!
@@LuckyGhost you can or you cannot pick it up before lvl 45? in the video it seems like he picked it up with level 10 :)
@skysurfervd you can grab it at 10 but you can't do the dailies until 45 so as long as you grab at or before 45 you're on track!
@@LuckyGhostI was not able to grapple it with level 10. the NPC was just not there 🤷🏻♂️
Thank you for this! I just got the game.
What console bro?! I’m on PlayStation. We should play if you’re down. I’m new as well!
@@powchasin9934 PC lol
so i owned ESO base game on there website but then the launcher disappeared on there and it always takes me ages to go through support to get the launcher to download the game then stadia i brought the dlc before high isle the collection edition for all the past DLC (before stadia shutdown rip best cloud service) and just yesterday i brought golden road collector edition for the base game and all the dlc including golden road when that comes out so im just trying to lvl and kill stuff
I bought the $50 box with all the expansions and still only had the option of going to Bleakrock after the tutorial. Does the option only happen on subsequent characters?
