15:30 "where I'm supposed to be taking on the...part of a role" - I like how he hesitates there. He must have been aware of the irony, given the conceptual 'roles', characters, he'd himself invented and soundtracked.
'Waiting for the Man' is probably the version which features on the BBC sessions.
I recall an interview, presumably in the 1990's, when he cited 'Rebel Rebel' as an example of a song he couldn't imagine performing anymore. He did revive it, however, in the early 2000's - circa Heathen and Reality.

Great interview of the greatest rocker at his commercial top. He was a bit disregarding for the Hunger which I find a shame. It's mostly about love, ageing and dead via exaggeration through vampires. I loved it.
