    I prefer the last one and mix it with olive and coconut oil. The other 2 it's time consuming. Thank you for the tutorials from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Bless you. ❤❤❤

    I like the last method . Do it in lowest heat so it wont destroy the nutrient. Also, when sunflower oil or coconut oil is added , it will give extra value...thanks for the video. 🥰

    I stopped at the second method.
    Reason is: sunflower is an industrial unsaturated seed oil. So at no point will it give you an organic avocado oil which is saturated.
    So from these 3 methods, it is safer to say the first two are the best to give 100% organic avocado oil. They are heat pressed and cold pressed respectively.

    Thank you for sharing Cecil.. In Hongkong we bought 4 avocado for $40 -50. While 500 ml avocado oil sometime just cost $ 55. btw is a great experiment for killing time during weeks end. Best wishes❤

    I made mine a few days ago using the last method, but I think I burnt it. The first method I and second looks like too much work is needed 😋. And it's winter one can't put anything in the sun 🙃.

      Yes you are right, the first and second methods are more complex than the third, but the result is very satisfying.
      When I prepare avocado oil during winter, I place the tray on the heating in the living room. It works perfectly.

    I was also thinking the same thing. If this is what it involves to do the hair oil, I will only use my avocado skins and peel for dyeing cloths and as ink.

    Beautiful as always... Thanks for these tutorials... I've made the third method before, with olive oil, also with tallow... I whipped both into a hair butter ..
    It was so wonderful for my hair...(natural hair)
    Will try these soon.. cos avocado season is just round the corner here in the eastern part of my country.. any other period , Avocados are so so expensive...

    But 3rd Method, in the context of healthy oil, there is no mean to add the Sunflower oil which is not healthy/stable comparing EVOO/Coconut Oil.

      @@rosalynodame2109 olive oil is too sensitive to heat. Choose oil that is good for the skin, but not sensitive to heat.

    I will try method 4: extract flesh, squeeze directly into bowl (oil and water), place in the freezer and remove the water ice, strain oil.

    i would like to cut the whole fruits into slice and air dry it and then mix it with carrier oil then heat it in low flame for 20 mins or more : it' s a traditional bengal method 😊

    Try using mesh gauze like the gauze in a 4X4 dressing that has fine holes.

      Fruits with citric acid like oranges, lemons, mandarins are going to break the carbon structure of the sunflower oil and leave you with a liquid substance that is no longer oil.
