yes aap butter le skate hai, but Dhyan rahe butter me water na ho, and butter room temperature per jaldi melt hota hai , toh chocolates fridge me hi rakhe.😊

Use coconut oil/ghee..but Keep in mind that ghee and coconut oil melts quickly at room temperature, so keep the chocolate in the fridge.
