    What's up friends, today I tell you how to make easy bolognese sauce.
    It is a ground meat and tomato based sauce, derived from a ragu. It is used in a lot of foods which makes it widely known and well appreciated in most parts of the world.
    You can prepare bolognese to eat pasta, for lasagna, cannelloni, etc. It is usually eaten with tagliatelle, but traditionally it is eaten with short pasta such as mustachol or penne rigate, as this type of pasta can "lift" the pieces of minced meat from the bolognese sauce thanks to its shape. If you eat it with tagliatelle you will have to dip the bread into the bolognese.
    Anyway, here are the ingredients to cook bolognese sauce at home very easily:
    400 gr of minced meat
    1 large onion (or 2 small ones)
    1/2 carrot
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 can of skinless pear tomatoes
    1/2 glass of red wine
    Oregano, ground chili pepper, seasoning for meats
    salt and pepper
    This is my recipe for Bolognese sauce, it is normal and it may happen that in your house they prepare it in a similar way but not exactly the same, since it is a recipe super used in the world and with the passage of time was varying depending on the region and who cooks.

    Que hambre! siempre que hice esa salsa nunca me anime a ponerle vino, no sabía en que momento agregarlo ni si iba a quedar bien, pero lo voy a probar la próxima!

      normalmente los alcoholes se agregan antes que cualquier otro ingrediente humedo/líquido, en este caso antes del tomate. Probalo que queda rico!

    No me convence comprar carne molida, prefiero hacerlo yo. ¿qué corte le tengo que pedir al carnicero para una salsa cómo está? Soy de Argentina

      hola, si quieres picar tu la carne lo puedes hacer perfectamente. Puedes usar cualquier variedad de corte que desees, pero lo ideal sería que tenga al menos un poquito de grasa. Yo elegiría roast beef o aguja probablemente.
