  • The IKEA kitchen timer happens to be the perfect size for a GoPro... so, with a little hacking we can turn it into a timelapse super rig! Be wary though, make sure you keep your eye on it when you are filming, as you might be visited by a secret Swedish agent of the IKEA Police ;) This was filmed in Alice Springs, NT, Australia, and I hope that the timelapses show a little something on the natural landscape of the place rather than just being for illustrative purposes.

    This is very very creepy... I am sitting in the Todd Tavern and looked up GoPro hacks. Up pops your video... you do time lapse at Anzac hill, Simpson’s Gap and Ormiston Gorge with an egg timer. I did EXACTLY the same thing last week! I can’t believe it! To prove my point I even used some of the footage in a video I posted last week!

      A point and shoot maybe, probably not a cropped body sony with a small lens
