What he means is with modern UA-cam videos. There's so many cuts. It's almost obnoxious. Hurts my eyes.. This is classic content..what UA-cam was made for. There's so much junk out there now on UA-cam. It's so saturated in your face, editing and crazy music and sounds. I hate it. Lol
People like you, Tim, who live to give people a spark of joy in their day are a rare and precious breed and we all love getting a visit from you in our feeds!
I believe that "spark of joy" is what is the fundamental thing Tim collects. Knowing that people out in the world are trying to "spark joy" is a comforting thought. Tim has decided to live in that world!!!
I would love to see an animated clip of a gentleman unpacking a LCP, folding knife, an altoid tin first aid kid, and flashlight and then have Tim stating I have a business card and a Top!
2:57 I've actually gotten so used to looking for negative space images that at first i didn't even realise that there was the surname Farhi. I only saw Sivy.
I couldn't think of anything better than bumping into Tim and getting a little present from his pocket and may be getting it signed as well, what a joy.
Lynja was the internet's grandmother, always showing others how to make things, and also she would take things to the extreme in hopes she would get a world record, but Tim. Theres an award for you, our internet grandfather... You'd get the award for the largest collection of all sorts of trinkets and interesting things. Because like most grandfathers, you have many... many... things to show people, that will peak their interest and curiosity!
Reminds me of Walter Oehmichen, the founder of Germany's "Augsburg Puppetchest" theatre, who reportedly always carried confetti and a toy hooter in case something had to be celebrated spontaneously.
If I could remember the one channel since the day I discovered UA-cam it's this.... Tim made my childhood open to curiosithy and still does when I'm at my 26th, what an extraordinary human being!
I think it's a lemon meringue pi Tim.. Another charming selection of ideas! Thank you, Tim The Toy Man. Without you, the world would be more of a dull place. 🌟👍
Just found out about his channel today and wow I just gotta say he makes some of the most relaxing and yet entertaining videos I've seen in a longggg time on youtube
Blimey, I drive past the blokes house who makes the lenticular kaleidoscope cards nearly every day where I work, I’ve even done jobs down his road The Chine too. Amazing cards, I may pay him a visit on his website, and get some business cards made. Great video. 👍👍👍
what an awesome collection of business cards! as a professional magician it is always an important and even very interesting topic to have some promo material that not only includes all the info but also entertains and has some strong and clever relation to what i am doing. this is by far the best collection i have ever seen. thanks so much. great channel you have here!!
Great video. The Victorian phantom baseball card has what is called a 'Siemens Star' on it. It is a target used for testing optical equipment. Nice that it can also do an optical illusion.
Just finished watching your novelty soap video! $$ in a bar of soap! Have you tried creating your own illusion devices? Thank you sir! 15:27 hmm... Wonder if that elongated lettering and other markings, lines, could somehow be turned into a kind of image a cellphone could scan!! 😂
I am so glad that YT algorithm brought Tim into my life. Such calming, pure joy inducing videos. I think you very much for the same. The only other youtuber who brings pure bliss and calmness into my heart is a Canadian van lifer called Foresty Forest.
Just imagine this at the beginning of American Psycho...And Bateman being completely engrossed as he is shown by Tim more and more weird business cards.
hi Tim, I love your channel, so I sincerely want to tell you how sorry I am for this comment that I should never have made. I also deeply apologize to anyone here that wasted their valuable time reading this.
I could legibly write a complaint in said box, however you might need a magnifying glass or a microscope to read it, it's legible, however you might not be able to read it without excellent visual acuity. One of my hobbies has always been, writing stuff as small as possible. Preferably a letter should only be in the span of 7 microns tall and 9 microns wide. And I can write that small with a regularly sharpened pencil sufficed the paper is smooth enough to write that small on. M is the reason why it should maximum be 9 microns wide, oh and W as well, and for why it should be 7 microns tall, well an E should be 7 microns tall, and 5 microns wide, while the center bar of the E should have 2 microns of blank space above and below it, and be 3 Microns long. Also it allows for Serifs if one wants them.
Something that goes completely under appreciated for Tim is that all of his videos are one take. Truly extraordinary.
Extraordinary, subordinary, or Superordinary?
I never even noticed that! Only makes me love him more.

It truly is a bob Ross experience
it really is impressive with how many episodes and how long each is that not one has a cut in it.

Basically a video about Tim's EDC, but instead of knives and flashlights it's tricks and optical illusions. Love it.
I would love to see an animated clip of a gentleman unpacking a LCP, folding knife, an altoid tin first aid kid, and flashlight and then have Tim stating I have a business card and a Top!
Pardon my ignorance, but what does EDC stand for in this context?
@@filthyE Everyday Carry
@@stevenmarquez4476 Oh yeah, duh. Thanks!
2:57 I've actually gotten so used to looking for negative space images that at first i didn't even realise that there was the surname Farhi. I only saw Sivy.
I saw Fargi and later saw Sivy
Same here, didn't notice the Farhi until Tim started pointing it out.
What a wonderful character Tim is , such a calm and soothing manner . I've got a lot of varied interests but this is still my favourite YT channel.
I couldn't think of anything better than bumping into Tim and getting a little present from his pocket and may be getting it signed as well, what a joy.
Patrick Bateman out here sweating profusely watching this
Tim just casually dropping that he was friends with Martin Gardner, what a legend

I so enjoy watching Tim. He entertains himself as much as he does us watching….
"He's an elderly man", says young whipper-snapper Tim😁😁
"Thats life! People doing wonderful things."
Gotta love Tim :)
If I could remember the one channel since the day I discovered UA-cam it's this.... Tim made my childhood open to curiosithy and still does when I'm at my 26th, what an extraordinary human being!
Every time I'm feeling a bit blue I put on Tim's channel and it cheers me right up
The only person that people say "you must be fun at parties" to and mean it.
One of the rare wholesome videos on UA-cam
I can't believe he is still uploading, he has one of the best showcase channels of UA-cam
The one @8:40 where the gray ball appears is so good!
These cards are remarkable arts, funny and illusions, indeed!
The phantom baseball was so convincing that I had to stop the video and go frame by frame to prove it wasn't edited in after
That's just too good
Nice. Let's see paul Allen's card.
I remember seeing that potty puzzle in the toilet humour video, and now he has finally revealed the trick. Thank you, I can now rest easy.
no!
You could say it's a huge relief!
... I'll see myself out.
I would love to see more of your pocket entertainers Tim!
My favourite line in that whole video was you can’t make it go wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle.
I think it's a lemon meringue pi Tim.. Another charming selection of ideas! Thank you, Tim The Toy Man. Without you, the world would be more of a dull place. 🌟👍
Great optical illusions, Tim!
That's clearly a pumpkin pie with whipped topping. God I love you Tim, you silly goat.
I remember Tim showing some of those business cards in a video he did a few years back. Great to see them again!
To begin with it is magical having Tim around a table.
hes basically collecting memes but in paper format and gives them out to people. lol if Tim was online he'd definitely be a shitposter
Just found out about his channel today and wow I just gotta say he makes some of the most relaxing and yet entertaining videos I've seen in a longggg time on youtube
Douglas Cameron business card is such an amazing idea for a magician. It looks amazing
Im glad you made a new business card video, the one’s you have are always interesting
Lovely simple yet extremely clever...wonderful understated British humour.
That is an excellent thumbnail!
I desperately want Tim to explain the various, fascinating functions of Parliament’s janitor.
I just finished watching the 1940s Sherlock Holmes and Tim really gives off that same vibe
I love watching this guy
Lovely little cards!
Some of those cards were real illusions. Wasnt it grand! Thanks, Tim.

Wow! That typography was really impressive! Very clever!
Today I learned there is a man who will act as free advertising for your company if you give him an interesting card
It makes me so happy seeing videos from your tim :)

Wouldn’t you love him turning up at your party. Everyone would go back to their childhoods and smile a lot.
3:00 Fascinating, it feels like I'm flicking a switch in my head every time I try to see either word
Thanks Tim. Lots of fun watching your channel.
now im thinking of making my business card much more interesting
Do you have a download for the complaints form? I would love to use them at work 🤣
What a lovely idea.
Good work, thanks 👍!amazing optical illusions, brain teasing ones.
It's adorable that one of them is legit just a meme😂
Goddamn I love this dude.
Relaxing channel. Nice change of pace from the fastness of UA-cam
Ambigrams are a huge favourite of mine personally!
Such a cool business card! :)
8:05 "virgins cured" lmao
I thought i was the only one who noticed that🤣
Also crocodiles castrated
Sounds like a business plan if you ask me.
Great video. The Victorian phantom baseball card has what is called a 'Siemens Star' on it. It is a target used for testing optical equipment. Nice that it can also do an optical illusion.

Such an interesting man. Delighted that he shares his enthusiasm and interests with us
I now know Tim's phone number. Cool!

1:13 This is an ambigram.
Best EDC video ever
Patrick Bateman would be sweating profusely seeing those business cards!
I would spend every bucks I have for the tricky illusion card rn. Can pls someone tell me how to get one of that. Marvelous!!
That Sivy Farhi card blew my mind!
amazing cards
3:33 my brain was so focused reading Farhi that when Sivy is shown it blew my mind a little cause i could not see it beforehand
Tim great Archive. Love it
Tim's everyday carry
Tim is great, but this camera work makes me seasick.
The intro on this sounds like a Weird Al parody because he uses a harmonica for his music.
Lol The word I was looking for was accordion not harmonica.
For the love of god, what's the name of the illusion trick in the last card ? Lol
Looking for those in ages
theres a lot of people in the world, im gonna miss this guy making these videos
Really cool presentation cards
Just imagine this at the beginning of American Psycho...And Bateman being completely engrossed as he is shown by Tim more and more weird business cards.
Tim must be descended from an ancient wizard.
🧙♂️
Excellent!
Tim is the world's most interesting man.
5:04 Tim SWORE 😱
Impressive... Very nice. Let's see Paul Allen's card.
Visa use and him should do a collaboration. They both have the same type of personality and they both love little trinkets
