He said he figured that one out, the one before it (get the ball into the bottle neck despite the dowel in it's way) is the one he said he's never solved. You can tell that he's solved it with the paper because the paper has an obvious curve to it, even though the envelope doesn't have the same curve.
My first thought was that a piece of paper IS the solution. Maybe not a piece that wide, or perhaps you'd fold it to make it thinner. If you then roll it slightly and put it into the bottle so it makes a little chute for the cork think
@@danielrowe3705 That's what I was thinking as I watched it. Get the cork in the middle of the bottom of the bottle, then push the rolled up paper down the neck to trap the cork.
@@sandwichdelta could make it easier by forming a half circle down the tube that you catch the cork with and then slide it down the tube, like a single-shot rifle.
My thought was to wrap the Solution paper into a kind of tube, but not so perfectly, so it's more like a cone/funnel. You would hold it sideways with the funnel pushed down, and shake it around until the lozenge catches on the side of the cone, then just pull it out

Roll the paper into a cylinder, and push it down the metal tube and then if you can just get the red cylinder in line with it you can push the paper slightly over it so when you turn the bottle upside down it will stay in place when the bottle is horizontal, then can slide down the tube!

The bottle puzzle with the wooden cross and ball in it is actually very simple to solve. Simply lay the bottle on its side, position the ball into the little groove at the long end of the cross, and spin the entire bottle as if you were playing said game. Centripetal force will do its work, sending the two pieces to opposite ends and the ball securely in the neck.
The “Solution” is a piece of paper so you can roll it up and trap the cork. Then help the cork out with the tube of paper.. Everyone figured it out. And yes. I do feel stupid
@@nezarelmasleh4140 wrong. You use the rolled up paper shoved down the tube to catch the lozenge and bring it up through the tube. The piece of paper is the solution. Use your brain.
The bottle with 'Solution' written on the envelope, take the paper out of the envelope, roll it to half circle, stick it into the bottleneck, position wooden peg onto the paper, tip bottle and use the paper as a slide to guide the wooden peg out of the bottle. This man has a good friend. And is a good friend. Said friend made him something he would dig, because he knew him. Then he shows the work to the world, because the gift was spot on.
The solution for puzzle bottle is to push the paper down the bottle, position the red quark right in the funnel of the paper and pull it through the bottle
9:40 My thoughts would be use one of the "solution" papers, set the plug inside the bottle as near the center of the bottom as possible, roll the paper into a tube, insert it into the bottle and over the plug, then turn the whole thing upside down. Yes? :)
you roll the piece of paper with "solution" written on it, and feed it down the neck of the bottle and tube, over the standing piece inside. this keeps it upright and allows you to invert the bottle, letting it escape... I just thought of that then but I'm pretty sure that's it..
The one with "solution" use the paper and push it down the tube. You should be able to position it in a way that you can tip it over and get the dowel.

What a clever puzzle at 9:10, though the solution becomes quite apparent if you pay attention to the shape of the dowel. That little divot at the top has a curve to fit that ball just right, and with a bit of skill and luck, the ball will slide through with the dowel while sitting in that divot.
