Mary, I really enjoyed this walk with you down your memory lane. Thank you for doing it. And thanks to Vejinta for the idea to do it. (NOTE: the rest is just me rambling, totally optional reading for anyone that made it this far) Part of the compelling youtube experience for me is the time spent experiencing the genuine human responses and interaction. And this segment really highlighted your sense of reflection and response, on something that you've been away from for a while but also that you are uniquely positioned to be the #1 expert in the world on: yourself across time. It was also really neat to see the differences in yourself from then to now, as well as the similarities. Much like watching siblings interact, especially after being apart for a while. I highly suggest you create some form of video time capsule, now and every few years, so that you can react to it like this in the future. I know that just creating content will already give you content to review later, but I think there's something different about creating a video that is meant to communicate to yourself in the future. A conversation across time, of your personal self and reflections in the moment, with someone very special from the future and from long ago. Side note, I am no makeup expert, and I wouldn't know what makes makeup or foundation right or wrong. But I did notice that those noted "mistakes" of things like foundation in your past did make for some very different and good compelling looks (as contrast to your current styling which looks great/fab/chic/on point/etc.). Happy accident/mistake or not, or maybe it's just me, but it would seem you have a face (and style) that can really explore different color structure and detail compositions (even textbook mistake ones), and come away with really good profound engaging looks. Or maybe that only affects the eye of etiquette noobs like me, dunno. And regarding the "L" key. I would love if videos had an icon that would appear to let viewers know they can safely hit the L Key without missing anything important. Or maybe people could add this to movies, so we could just skip through and catch the the "important stuff". Maybe add another icon for "pay attention", maybe an "!", so we know when to not space out. Maybe add a vibrate or beep too, so we know to look up from our phones for those important moments.
Someone once looked at me and said "she's a millennial, if you shave off all her hair, you'll find her eyeliner meets at the back of her head." He's dead now.
thanks for sharing lol
I know I can't even look at photos of myself so thank you this is super generous haha.
keep on climbin!

You set a bunch of stuff to private? I let it all hang out LOL
yeah be proud of those humble beginnings man haha
This is super wholesome!
I can’t really look at myself in old videos. If I were a beautiful girl like you, I’d change my mind. 😉🥰
Thanks Mary. That's cool. Your voice sounds different
I'd be surprised if you liked watching any videos. I barely stand listening to my own voice
