Known Fact: The Silver comet trail begins in Smyrna GA and ends in Cedartown AL. Approx 61.5 miles 1 way!

I rode it and the Chief Ladiga to Anniston a couple weeks ago. I thought it was 70 miles but it's actually like 95 so that last 25 miles hurt. Then I had to ride back to my car the next day. I underestimated how tough it was. I live in TN where you have more climbs, but you get to rest on the other side of them. I found that I really never stopped pedaling on the trail, which is a real workout. I'll be back for sure, loved it.
