To find how many threads ur pc has do this: -Go into task manager by pressing ctrl + shift + ESC -Click on performance -Click on CPU -where it shows your CPU activity right-click on it and it will have at the top change graph to>logical processors. and the number of windows that appear will be the threads ur CPU has.
-nomansky -high -nojoy -novid -dxlevel 120 -forcenovsync -Use_Legacy_Water +r_waterforceexpensive 0 -noshaders use these for MAX fps (change -dxlevel back to 90 if ur pc doesnt support ofc)

I managed to find the frame rate that I had while I was plying and I'm still in the process of doing these but I have no doubt that it will work so thank you
also malwarebytes it an antimalware scanning tool it's not an antivirus it wont pick up on bad websites or stop viruses it's not a runtime program it's only a scanner albeit a very VERY good scanner but it needs to be parired with something like avast so that oyu have runtime protection however having avast on will slow down your pc so id turn it off during gameplay

You can completely forget about puddles, snow glitter, and other misc. moving scenery like that, does a deal on increasing fps for me, from crashing loading PEI to getting 20 fps on PEI
Heres the updated tweak I made it better, just add those and these: -resx=300 -resy=200, these are for the resolution, your hud wont go big trust me, and also you can even force the game to run on dx 8 by adding -dxlevel 81

This worked for me in the past : clean your pc every a couple of months. The dust can block the air vents making your pc slower and have to run in a slower speed to prevent itself from overheating

Processors usually have more than 1 thread.. The only way your CPU has 1 thread is if its single-cored with no hyper-threading. For example an octa core CPU with hyper-threading has 16 threads. Threads = cores (x 2 if you hyper threading) Just go into task manager then performance and under cores you get logical processors aka threads.
My PC is not completly bad, u can run unturned With high water And sunbeams, grasa on high And almost everithing Checked made a total of 30-35 FPS, but i did this And my FPS are like over 80+ fps, thanks You a Lot!
kameding couldn't be more right about making a computer, I made a computer with a 1060 3gb, an i7, 16gb ddr3 and a very good motherboard all for around 800 aud and it runs germany at 1080p at high/ultra graphics at 50fps only because there is a massive base on the waterfall, and he is right about the parents, they couldn't be more proud of me
with nvidia control panel there are some settings you can set like the quality prerendered frames also FPS limiter that helps a lot if you have buffering set it as your Monitor Hz. (srry for 3 years later respond)

i Dont know if somebody already said it so im just gonna share what helped me push my FPS form ~25 to over 40 FPS. go to the graphics Options in-game and scroll all the way down to Render-mode turn it to "Forward [Legacy]" that can easily push up your FPS!
One more way is to close background apps and never play a game in windowed or fullscreen windowed only fullscreen that way the cpu dos not have to render the desktop and if you have windows 10 try the game mode , it focuses the power of the pc on the game only ,it can give you a lot of fps boost or none depends on the rig,also play on small maps , on of the best maps for your fps is Yukon and PEI , small maps means lower cpu usage , Germany ,Russia ,these maps use a lot of cpu power because of how much the cpu has to render
Ok so here are the results: My menu FPS has dropped by 5, normally its 165 but now it hangs around 159-160. Not too bad. My in game FPS has increased by 15-20, which is definitely a significant different. This works pretty well, and yeah I would recommend trying it out.

to fix that crashing issue turn down your render distance to the lowest possible and then when in the map you turn it back to what you want.

You have 1 cpu with 8 threads, you should probably put an 8 in between the pointy brackets, however I'm not sure
