Your ai thumbnails look dumb, reported every video of yours for spamming those horrid looking thumbnails
Something nice about this is you can queue a lot of inputs and once. Slightly varying the input you could maybe make a passable scene that's longer than the one 'frame'.
No matter how good the video looks if it's only 4 secs long it's not a video but a gif, when these other entries can make videos as long as Sora without editing then I'll be interested
what happened to SORA
This is great. Thanks Andy for introducing it to us. The developers of Sora mentioned in a recent interview that Sora won't be available anytime soon. My guess here is that he high computing power required for Sora makes it challenging to offer it at a reasonable price in the current market. So haiper is a good alternative for now.

It’s probably more about the fact that it’s going to for sure 100% guaranteed cause issues in politics. There are going to be a lot of deep fakes.
It's not bad, it's about a bit better maybe than Pika but it's far from being as advanced and coherent as Sora is, Sora is litterally having understanding of physics and 3D space and angles so it can be consistant even when objects get obscured and come back into view for example or if the subject is rotating and changing rotations from left to right and such it then still maintains close to perfect coherency, that's way above all the rest and by the time other text to video gen AI get to SORA's levels then OpenAI would have something way more advanced than what they have so OpenAI has a huge advantage over the rest.

My issue is the time legnth. Two to four seconds isnt long enough. I made the decision that ai wouldn't deal with AI video until it can produce at least 8 seconds and 25 fps.
Yes, 2sec is quite litte. the best trick now is to screenshot the last frame and run it again.

I've testing Haiper, thanks to you. It is pretty good. It seems that the movies are based on Midjourney. How do I know? Midjorney and Haiper cannot easily build a Canadian Astronaut using a Canada flag... for whatever reason
its not bad but the two seconds limit is too small for now plus its take FORREEEEEVER to process the video............
This is fun, but all these video tools will eventually go away; no real control or element separation. What will most likely happen is a game engine or a combo engine/3D modeler will adapt AI to: models, animations, lighting, camera, textures, color correction, backgrounds, etc., then animate the entire scene via text prompts.
Once done, you'd have full control over the project and ideally would look the same.
It's really just a matter of combining unreal engine and AI generators for each scene element, then train the AI to animate the whole thing together, replicating already created scenes even.

Everyone talks about pika...but I never had good results with it, even with small movement. It blurs and distorts image, hallucinations, it basically moves the camera but adds little movement to characters...I don't get it

Why would a multi billion dollar product be free?
GPUs are expensive. It doesn't make sense for the providers to give away stuff for free. They can, however, do it for a very limited time just to gain traction
It's not likely to be affordable for most people as they are working with Hollywood production studios as we type. We've all gotten used to affordable platforms, but Sora is a much higher level than all of them. This is like comparing a Lamborghini to a Honda Civic.

Sora can be used to actually fabricate stuff, the free AI is nowhere near it though, it's very easy to spot issues without looking into details, unlike sora.
