I started to recreate some of my travel videos and the progress over the last few months is just wild. I can only imagine what this is going to look like by the end of the year.
I think Runway is the best option for animating images RESPECTING the original image right now, followed closely in my opinion by Klingai and Pixverse! Thanks for the video!
After several tests, I found that Luma AI is pretty good for shots with limited movement, and their prices are great compared to Runway Gen 3. I also suggest using the Runway Gen 3 Turbo model, which consumes 25 credits and has no significant difference in quality compared to the standard Gen 3 model. However, everything is limited to the specific topic you want to animate, but I'm using both Luma AI and Runway Gen 3.
I'm just getting into this and your channel has really helped me learn more about making my own ai shorts. I didn't understand what sites were good to use, but this really helps. Glad I found your channel.
Gen-2 image-to-video was pretty wild, so I can't wait to test Gen-3. I finished a big video project in Gen-2 one day before Gen-3 released image-to-video feature... :)
Dude , you are a genius. I love AI. Have a master degree in Fine art . I thought I will never leave that long to see the Art what me speechless. Guess I what !
Thanks so much for the intro, it was very helpful. I've been using Gen 3 Alpha at full blast over the last 3 days, the results are mind blowing. Can't wait to learn more as this tool improves.
Thanks for the great tip about using Rhea over Proteus with Topaz. The difference in sharpness is night and day. Quick question: Would you use frame interpolation with Gen-3 video like we do with Gen-2? To my eyes it does seem to make the results a little smoother, but it might just be a placebo effect.
You've packed so much value in this short video. Now I know how to go about my animated movie. I tried, a paid version of these tools. Looks good and posted my first AI movie Trailer video in 6 hrs. I just need to get more skilled with Prompt. You and your entire team are incredible. THANK YOU!
Really to me its pretty expensive for your course but your time and value is important. Am learning how you use UA-cam to promote your businesss at the same time offerring good information but got to make MONEY. Keep up the good work.
Interesting. Im looking to create a trailer based on my script. No more than 2 minutes. With 3 to 5 second clips. Im worried about consistancy and action movements. I will continue researching. Thanks for this. Very informative
make sure to make image generation series before jumping in to video generation, as it will ensure your consistency when it comes to characters and environment you are looking for, all the best.
what you can do in runway's site by subscribing you can also do in davinci resolve or after effects so for me just for the videos luma or kling are better.
I think he got paid off by Runway...as well as Topaz AI! The latest version of Kling works great and is very reliable, as well as the 720p also. LUMA is also 720p and very good. If you use both, you can get good results from one of them if the other is stubborn. As soon as Runway 3 has a trial version I'll give it a shot, but I find it hard to believe they have solved the AI video issues, and the price is ridiculous. If you don't have a free trial, I don't trust you!
Incorrect - not paid off. We don't have sponsored videos and we are critical of all tools since their inception. Feel free to go back and see our previous videos.
great video, thanks for uploading. My one suggestion is the background is badass, but I think if you just slowed it down a little bit it'll match the vibe and be more calming. The speed of it now is like a slow strobe. Very cool lookin though.
What is the maximum time on the runway - that is, the length of a video/shorts that they are able to generate? I joined the Free plan to see how it works.
I have one question here , why not stable diffusion to generate images in place of MJ, i previously worked on MJ and now I am working on Stable diffusion , and I feel it create much realistic images then MJ. Mj is good for artistic and concept work , but if we talk about realism, stable is the best.
as i understand video should be more or less static, right? It can't generate 3-4 sec video with lets say motorcycle jump? accel-trampoline-flight-landing.
This is really cool. I can see how creatives can create films from this, or at least that’s the direction it’s going. But, what are other business use cases for this technology? If someone gets good with this, how can they make money with the videos they create? Are people selling them? Or is it just for the entertainment industry?
Well there is scertainly no easy magic bullet - otherwise everyone would be doing it :). But in addition to entertainment purposes, people have been using these tools to enhance their own existing creativity when it comes to other things totally different than digital assets. One example - using AI for designs for things like pillows, sheets, covers and physical assets. This is just one very random example.
’m having a major issue with image-to-video conversion on Leonardo; there are too many distortions, and it’s disappointing. Do you think that if I generate the image on Leonardo and then convert it to video using Runway, it would solve the problem? I need smooth motion and stability. Will I achieve that?
Awesome video. I think I'm going for the Pro plan. Was the Viking woman modeled from a still image? I thought she was fairly consistent in all 3 examples in terms of the markings on her face and such.
10:58 ya runway looked the best forsure but I realllly likes how dynamic the video angles where from luma it really made it seem like it was from a movie
Thanks for sharing. I really got sucked into that opening scene and was hoping for more. Can you go over the lip syncing and audio/soundtrack/sound effects creation?
Great tutorial, one thing that sticks out though in all these and other AI generated vids are they all have a sense of "lifeless-ness". I think that's a hurdle that these AI softwares need to address. But other than that ...these look fantastic!
A newbie question. Is there any AI software which can create video based on yhe text prompts and also add voice layover? And also remember the characters?
My question is... how do you keep the actors image consistent across all film clips? If you have a central character in the film, we can't have AI reinventing the main character in every new scene.
Thanks for the video! it was very informative! gen2 is nothing compared to luma, but luma is slightly less then gen3 from my experience.. I looked into getting the topaz video ai and it's really expensive $299 for the software, no monthly/yearly plans. Any advice on a more affordable yet high quality video upscaling tool?
To be honest, there are certainly upscaling alternatives but none of them come even close to Topaz. People have talked about using Capcut to upscale, but you won't find the same control or AI settings.
Do you suggest Midjourny? I ask because I am trying OpenArt. However, when I do upload, it wants to crop. Is Midjourny going to do this to me? Just to let you know I am brand new to all this.
This is really informational. Thanks. I also created a music video using Runway Gen3 recently. Hoping next version I'll be able to match your perfection levels.

what is the output video quality 1080 or 4K ?
How long video can i use to swap characters?
