Hello Gary! I like that.....break out another thousand. My definition is this...Boat, a hole in the water surrounded by wood, plastic, or metal into which one pours money. Love your videos
Thank you Bud. Those darn things are always consuming more money lol mine breaks down just sitting in the driveway along with my tractors, mowers, trimmers, chainsaws ect..
Hey Glenn great to hear from you. Unfortunately we had the worst blueberry harvest ever lol Now that it’s over it’s so darn hot it’s hard to get motivated to go fishing lol Especially when thing’s always need fixing.
@@CATCHAHAWG I know what you mean...Just finished up crappie tournaments and had to get my boat back in shape to start again in November. But I guess that's a lot better than spending money at the bar or other things! 😁
Lol I’ve got everything except the screwdriver in that set and that’s because it broke. When you’re a tightwad like me you don’t want to be loosing any tools 😂
You will have to look up the part number that goes with that particular engine. I think most of the older engines have something similar. Thank you for the comment 👍
I charge my battery every time i head out, but on the water it was shows 11.4-12v. The battery is 4yrs old. Could it be the same issue with urs? Cheers.
@@Cparker8 might just be the age of the battery. I used to never have to charge my cranking battery but it seems like the newer ones just don’t last as long as they used to. I rarely get much more than a year out of mine these days.
@CATCHAHAWG Wow 1 year? That's crazy. The battery indicator on mine is showing 'recharge battery' even though I already have. Also I don't recharge it straight after use but instead the next time right before i head out again. Probably not good right?
@@Cparker8 I’m guessing it’s the age of your battery that’s causing the voltage to be low. If you check the voltage while the engine is running it will tell you if it’s charging. Mine is around 14v when running.
I not sure Cody what that one uses. I bet you could find something to rig up if they don’t sell the parts for it anymore. Sorry I couldn’t be any help.
I was wondering if anyone was going to catch that lol I noticed it when I was editing but thought I would leave it in there to see if anyone would comment. That stator generator doesn’t look like one on a vehicle and that’s what I meant to say. My bad 😏thank you for the comment I really appreciate it 👍
Lol one of my goals has been to make enough money to pay someone to mow my yard and I haven’t yet. I mow about every three days and I’m sick of it lol stupid Bahia grass makes me want to talk nasty 🤬

I have the same problem. Need a new regulator but hard to find the part . It’s a old 120 2 stroke evindure
Great video Gary, simple fix that saves money all around. Hope Blueberry season went well for you.

That’s impressive in itself that you still have the 10mm.

Truth! Sometimes, you just have to do a little looking. Good video.
Thank you sir. I’d be in the poor house for sure if I paid to have everything fixed that breaks down around here.
@@CATCHAHAWG Me too.
thanks for the video. wish i had seen this before i spent $280 on a stator thinking that was my problem.
👍May not fix everyone’s problem but it did mine.
Where you buy the parts from?
@@sokhanoun6240 I found mine on eBay. You might check there. Luckily for me my engine is a little more common than yours.
New friend is here.🤝🤝🤝Thanks for sharing this wonderful video ❤❤❤
That go for a 2 stroke mercury 250 Pro Max?

What about a two stroke. Got a 91 88 hp Johnson

Your outboard has an alternator as well ...the regulator is control the amount of charge.
