You can easily argue that a bad review (if its honest) is good for a company because it speeds up a inevitable bankruptcy and saves time and resources for everyone.

if a company doesn't want bad reviews perhaps the product should be worthy of a good review, if i go somewhere and buy something and it only does the thing sometimes its not a good product if you buy a sandwich that is advertised as freshly made in store and you get it but its stale are you going to give the establishment a 5* review or not go there again?
