@@ameliamvn4464 I did make couple of mistakes. It was very easy to follow! The end result is super cute! I got a lot of compliments and some of my coworkers even asked if I bought the cardigan 😄. One thing tho, I think in tutorial part two there's a typo on the screen.... other than that I had fun making it!

Superb tutorial :) I ALWAYS knit through the back loop (of a stitch) & purl through the front leg/loop (like you did with the rib). Is my method wrong? Thx a lot for your tutorials :)
Hi! I don’t see any problem with that. I don’t even think about it. It’s easier for me to knit purl through the “leading leg”. Lots of people knit different way but I think this is the easiest and fastest way to do it 😉😍
how would you knit the front panel with the braid for an L? Would you just add an extra four (so it would be 9 and 13 instead of 5 and 7) on either side of it and keep the braid 8 stitches still?
I just made this from another lady who I thought it was her pattern, but I see it's apparent not. Maybe I don't know how this all works. I'm a new knitter. I'm not sure what the rules are 😊. Correct, I'm finishing this. Just working on the sleeve right now
@HobbiCROCHET it's called the Sequoia cardigan. If I knew I wouldn't have purchased. Wow lots of free stuff if you just look around. Saying that to myself. If someone writes out a pattern and even if it looks exactly the same as yours is that ok?
It's not ok.it is called stealing. I am giving it away for free, some use it to make some money. I am upset, but not really much I can do, so I just move on and make another pattern. I am not a salesman 😭

Hi! New to knitting and like a lot of people taking on a ambitious project with very little practice. I bought 4ply Aran yarn as your video mentioned as well and I went down needle sizes to 10mm. I’m concerned my sweater is not going to look as chunky! Wondering what your recommendation would be? Knitting for size S/M
I’m not the creator obviously, but I’m pretty sure that she mentioned that if you triple a 4 ply Aran yarn then it will work for the sweater. meaning that if you knitted it with 3 strands of Aran weight yarn instead of just one. She’s knitting with a super chunky weight yarn which (at least in the United States) has a number 6 on the label. hope this helps!
It can be done with any type needles. This cardigan does not have the ribbing around the front ( that’s where you need circular needles). So, you will be fine with straight needles. I am using circular needles most of the time

Hi. This cardigan you can see modelled on my 13 y.o. Daughter. She is my model for most of my creations. About the speed- there is an option to make it twice slow. It’s a little wheel on a computer or 3dots on some phones usually in the right corner but can be different. You can click on it and choose playback mode slower. Try it. Hope it will help

Hello, at 24 minutes for the first panel braid you say knit 5 but actually knit 7, I was confused when my two panels looked different.
Knit 7, is correct.
