My mom and sister had a bump at the back-base of their neck. DE got rid of it. My sister in law had melasma, DE got rid of it. My son had horrible acne, DE got rid of it....after only about a week dinking the DE. I know, hard to believe Thought it might have been a coincidence, but when I recommended it to the daughter of an acquaintance that had angry looking acne she bought it for her and a month later when I saw her at the pet adoption fair where we both volunteered her daughter looked gorgeous. She had only pin size specks left and she even had a new boyfriend. I felt bad that I discovered this OVER a year of my son being on the antibiotics that the doctors put him on. I've been water fasting today and I just got DE so I am excited to start using this again (I used to, years ago).
I also have had experiences of pre-diabetes / mineral depletion and ibs issues and all sorts of things mean I have had issues absorbing minerals, processing etc so I'm hoping this will help, along with I am planning to do a juice feast, and am gonna start using msm again (it did wonders for my hair when I took it before and i even stopped having eczema etc which, was partly from that probably, as well as smoothies and salads, cleaning out my insides etc.

Thanks for the video. I took this several years ago, and it worked but I stopped taking it. So, I bought a bag several months ago, and I am going to get back to taking the Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth again.

I told one of my work friends about it and she said, “that’s for cows!” I told her the food grade was safe for human consumption. Can I just ask one question…how does it taste? I’m thinking why continue to take collagen if this stuff can help hair, skin and nails and more? Anyway, thanks again and take care. Btw, your skin looks amazing.

Chelsea first.....you're SO adorable. I like that you tell it like it is and don't tip toe around the truth. Second, 2 days ago, a co-worker, who'd I'd given some in a peanut butter size container (approx.10 years ago, when I first started working there) all of a sudden asks me about it, what it was called and where he can buy some. I brought him another (filled) peanut butter size container. This is my second 50 lb bag I bought over the years. It's only $30. plus 30 for shipping. Most people I share it with says it tastes like dirt.

It really works well while fasting, it doesn't have to compete with other things in the tummy, I'm 66 and my bowel movements come out like in my teens amazing stuff 😊

I think your system is not absorbing it so you should mix the water with a little bit of apple cider vinegar before adding DE.

Warm is fine
Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Do you drink it first thing on an empty stomach? Or do you eat something to big first?
Take it first thing in the morning. Start slow with one teaspoon or less with plenty of water. Slowly increase to one tablespoon over the span of about a month.
