I did this job today. Took me about 1.5 hours and it seemed like it took just as long trying to get the air duct and BCM to cooperate for reinstall...🤣🤣 I was test fitting the cut-out piece before putting it back together and I had to trim some of the channels on the inside of the piece I cut out. After that, it went pretty smooth and I also used some RTV to seal the gap I created.
My seems to have the same issue. The air pressure settings work fine but there’s no change between hot or cold… comes out whatever air temperature it’s outside. I will say, I can hear the motor moving when I switch between hot & cold. Gonna give this a shot! Thanks
thank you for video,,,doesn't surprise,,,if they used the same cheap plastic like their dashboards,,,,makes sense why they brake,,,,,car so expensive now a days yet so cheap,,they have all this fancy electronics,but they suck cosmetically,,,what am i saying even the electronics suck,,i have a 2002 that has better interior than my 2016..

On my driver side i get hot on my passenger i get cold. No matter the setting. Its always the same.
were you able to fix it ?
