Ammo stockpile update for 2023 long video transferring mtm can to metal can #hornady #blazer #pmc #6.5creedmoor #shotgun #stockpiling #winchester #budsgunshop
Awesome job so far brother, a man with a plan! Only thing i recommend is if your gunna pull the ammo out of its factory boxes is to cut the ammo lot # off and put them in the storage cans. This can save ya in the long run if you run into issues with ammo. I learned the hard way before and ever since then ive always kept the tag with the lot #'s. Ive also started to vacuum seal ammo in lots. So if i buy 100 rounds of the same lot #'s ill put them in a vacuum bag with the lot # tag and vacuum seal that. Keep up the grind brother and keep training. Stay fluid & god bless!
Thought I was going to see a big stockpile of ammo! You have a good start and once they are all full, good to go. I have some ammo cans but I leave most of mine in the factory boxes and vacuum bag them.
Gotta read the title man haha hopefully I can fill the metal cans in 6 months that’s my plan than I’ll get more metal work on some specialty rounds like hunting for a 30 cal metal can than fill some more shotty all the plastic
Also if you keep them in the factory packaging those 50 cal steel ammo cans will each hold 1,000 rounds of 5.56/223 and 1,000 rounds of 9mm. Not only does it keep your rounds protected more it makes it easier to know how much you have left in each ammo can. Also the 30 cal metal ammo cans will hold 500 rounds of either caliber in it's original packaging, just makes it easier to keep track of your supplies and and keeping it in it's original packaging it's just another level of protection. I prefer Amend 2 mags myself.
@@TheREALLibertyOrDeathIf it’s in an airtight container with a few silica packs the ammo will still outlast you as long as you’re not storing it in a river or something.
Damn! Good Job! Looks like mine that I got a few years ago when it was cheap 🤟 $86ea for 200rnd M855's, cheap 300bo, 9mm, 380, 40 & 10mm. I've been set for a while now.
My only problem with storing too much ammo is bro in a bug-out situation bruh it's hard to be mobile with all that especially if your home catches on fire or get hit by a freak storm such as a tornado that blows your house off it's foundation or any disaster for that matter my advice store some for mobile transport
Definitely gotta make sure all plugs are up to code make sure you have something that’ll trip the breaker instead of burn the house down. And unplug everything before you leave for a period of time. Besides that fires usually caused by human error like grease build up and not cleaning laundry lint in the dryer. I like both ammo cans as I Dnt store ina basement where it’ll get flooded but I guess more of a prepper mind set and looks cooler which is 90% the fun haha
🇦🇺😎👍You people in the US are so enthusiastic about your guns and ammunition. Down here they seem to be sometimes too conservative. If someone buys something, they keep it to themselves. We have very few prepper or gun videos in Australia I guess for fears of being targeted by the extremist political groups and tagged by the police even though guns are perfectly legal. Keep up the good work😎👍

Yup haven’t shot as much trying to stockpile shot between 8 to 900 rounds combined last month 9/5.56/6.5 trying to get raw land 2025 build shooting range and use as hunting property

Can never get enough of this, those shiny brass like gold very satisfying
More to come!!

Good choice to go from plastic ammo cans to steel ammo cans. I tried the plastic ones and gave up on them REALLY quick.
this is gold in my state of california home of the 10 round mags still stacking it deep

Cardboard wicks moisture, better off loose
No way can you put 1k of 5.56 in a 50 cal can in its original packaging..or 500 in a 30 cal..loose yes..original packaging is BS

Looks like a great video but I can’t hear you. Great stock pile.
Thanks sorry about that it was late I ddnt watch it just posted
Hey brother im always in fear of a fire. I definitely wouldn't use plastic. Metal all the way. Imo

😂
You have no recall of ammo 😢
Damm lol u ready
Not enough
MTM cans are garbage, metal is the way to go..
Also the metal cans you can slide the lids off to get easier access too. Metal cans are the way to go!
Been using plastic cans for 20 years. Not one fuc#ing issue!
I'm 62. I ditched metal cans years ago.
@@peterquinn2997 Submerge them in water then get back to me..
@@427SuperSnake1 why would I do that? That’s just dumb.
Obviously, the metal is better, but I perfu the plastic cans
Plastic definitely lighter
Why the transfer from plastic to metal?
They hold up longer submerged in water. I still think plastic is good though had for years with no problem!!
@@PANG_671are you expecting some type of massive flood?
@@peterquinn2997 nope plastic still works good!!!

Anyone else catch the “ self defense” ?
What caliber u looking for
No wonder there is no ammo in store
Bought most of this online so wasn’t me🤙
I think you need more.
Way more!!!
AND if you are keeping all that at same location you are messing up.........
3 locations but I know most if not all ppl will have there stuff in the same place everyone’s gotta start off somewhere
I'm not understanding why he's moving them around. I use both metal and plastic
It’s probably more of a hobby for him. He prolly never shoots or trains and just collects ammo

Me too the plastic works just fine
Maybe not so smart to put all this online, 🤷♂️just saying the fbi and police arent exactly the best people anymore.
