- A homicide suspect led Milwaukee Police on a high-speed vehicle pursuit before bailing on foot in recently released videos. No one was injured. At one point, a tire fell off the car. For more videos and photos, visit / incidentresponse .
"Still southbound. Speeds 80. Roads are dry. Cloudy skies. Pollen count is moderate. Chance of rain is 20%. I see a squirrel. Someone is walking their dog. The Bakers forgot to bring their trashcan up. Mrs Jones is cheating on her husband. Still southbound." - Wisconsin Police

Milwaukee; where the roads are made of recycled speed bumps.
At least they're eco-friendly... when Milwaukee is done with them, those roads get shipped to Niagara Falls 😂😂

@romktch17 Yes! But, do YOU not understand humor?
Truth! I live in the suburbs of Milwaukee and even our roads are crap.

This chase went about 10 minutes too long. Definitely not Arkansas.
.. Right? That sucker would have been TVI'd within 4 min into the chase, not allowed to drive all over town like that. Ridiculous!
Urban vs a few buildings per acre. Check out that Boston chase where an innocent civilian got clobbered when the building fell on him due to a car crashing into it.
Would you compare someone fishing in a barrel with dynomite to someone on a lake?
Arkansas pd = reckless killers.
I mean the car chasing had no push bumper, he wasn’t gonna pit the vehicle
@@hydrocarbon8272 Check out Arkansas not putting up with flakes like you and your hoodies.
Whoever the sgt is that tried to tell them to terminate a 20mph chase of a murder suspect......you are also part of the problem. It's a good thing "nobody heard that" call over the radio.
I doubt you live here and see the news of innocent people being killed by criminals in police chases every other day. It has slowed down since the DOJ blasted our chase policies in residential areas, thankfully. You can also thank the Republican lawmakers for WI terribly weak vehicle code. At least Evers signed in Assembly Bill 55 and Senate Bill 76 to up the penalties for carjacking and reckless driving.
@@romktch17shut up. It’s the liberals. Same thing happened in my city Philly. Where democrats lift up the criminal and stomp on the victims. You’re apart of the problem.
@@romktch17 Democrats are the problem. As usual. FJB and all liberal judges.
@@romktch17 Oh yeah the Democrats are doing a fine job in Milwaukee... About as good as Detroit...
@@romktch17 weak vehicle code? They can't pull them over for homicide. You think they will continue the chase for other "vehicle codes"? How do you enforce them if you won't chase them? You are a moron.
How does anybody else use the radio with all those frequent, redundant calls that add nothing to the situation?
If you could report the vapor content of the roadway at your location, I might be able to answer that.
The Pursuit Caller has priority over all radio traffic. This cop did a great job of calling the pursuit. But the Best way to catch a runner is by driving. Power steering, brake pedal, gas pedal and a am/fm radio is energy efficient during a foot chase.
I just sat here and watched this entire video, and you didn't even show them catch him.
They didn’t.
I'm sure he'll be back again.
he ran fast i doubt he caught him
@@ffsthe1stYT People get away all the time in Milwaukee. Yards are full or trash
What a waste of civilian time
So a homicide suspect stays in the same town & makes no attempt to cover his identity such as different license plate.....smh....🤔🤔🤔
Yeah why not if the cops can’t catch him since their pursuit policies suck if it was even where else they would have done a PIT
Hes safe in his town or hood whatever you wanna call it . The community knows who he is and what hes wanted for but they don’t care they rather live in that sh*thole then help the police
Just checking in with some info nowhere to be found in the video: he was in pursuit of a gold Buick LaCrosse, driver was wanted for homicide and reckless driving, speeds were around 80mph, traffic was medium, and the roads were dry.
I don't know why they kept reporting the make and license plate. It was driving on the rims. Do they think if it got out of their sight any cop seeing it driving on its lonesome wouldn't notice?
u sure?
What kind of car is it again? I didn’t hear you the first 96 times
😂😂😂
b...b..but maybe, just maybe he had one of them transforming cars that could transform into a totally different vehicle..so he had to keep letting his buddies know that he hadn't transformed into something different................
Lol, gotta love the laws over there.
And yet he kept insisting on _not_ using the phonetic alphabet. "Adam Mary Tom" sounds JUST like "Adam Barry Tom" over a radio. In fact, let's see what other common names sound like Mary but begin with a different letter:
Barry
Carrie
Gerry
Harry
Jerry
Kerry/Kari
Larry
Mary
"Alpha Bravo Tango" isn't that hard to say, but very hard to mis-hear. If you're a cop (and you'll have to learn the 10-codes anyway!), maybe learn the phonetic alpabet?
@@KatTheFoxtaur Bro, departments have rules about what phonetic alphabet to use, cops can’t just use whichever one they want. Go back to playing call of duty in your mom’s basement.

Policy. Milwaukee and its dumbass politicians who think they know policing don’t allow pits or any vehicle contact.
He was jogging away quickly.
That is why most scream " I can't breath!" when caught.
@@JIMJAMSC 😅
Wisconsin got the weakest chase policy in the country
Milwaukee does.
Michigan not much better
Actually they brought it from California
Maximum of three cars, too. In other places a long pursuit of a murderer would have had lots more cars to instantly flood the area where he bailed and he likely wouldn't have gotten away.
Illinois is like "hold my beer"
That primary officer in the pursuit was cool as a cucumber.
Another regular day in my city 🤦🏽♂️😂
The health and wokery officer needs to know every ten seconds if the roads are dry. This is vital!
You aren’t kidding. It’s been well established that it typically begins to rain nano seconds after a pursuit is initiated. 😂😂😂😂
We had 2 cars fall off overpasses last year because of wet roads
Send in the counselors!
They knew not to go through Glendale.
Glendale police do not play around. They have experience with vehicle and foot chases.
None of the surrounding suburbs are going to put up with this foolery.
Yea, Glendale would have got they ass!!! QUICKLY!!! Glendale don't play that!!!
That car was already falling apart thru chase and the police fallback😂😂😂😂
Milwaukee PD and Cal CHP are the same Laughingstock.
On the PA system: Please stop, pretty please with sugar on top, ok?
So was he arrested or did he get away? You watch the whole video, then don't even know what happened. Ridiculous
Chase could have been shortened with a burst or two from the roof mounted M240. Oh wait... they don't have those in Milwaukee.
hahahaaaaa lmao
Whats wrong w The M61?
@@mattiaskarlsson3653 Nothing.
They're underfunded, I'd bet they'll gladly take donations.
Why the need to put the entire city at risk of a homicide suspect with these 8-hour chases??? Don't cops PIT in Milwaukee?
Not allowed.
The community will riot and have the officer arrested if he causes an accident with pit. The suspect then will sue the city and win millions
Suburbs can but MPD can’t
Kinda like California, not really a 'pursuit' but more of a 'follow'.
One of these days we might see a Norwegian male, white shirt, white pants running from the police.
You can find many videos of all sorts of people running from cops.
Having a duel unit is always awesome, especially for proactive policing. During pursuits its even better for clear, concise radio traffic, and the driver can focus on driving. 10/10 from both officer
14:39 that looked like the suspect coming from behind that car.
BLACK ?? No way !?
Yeah , he’d black but not white because if he was white it wouldn’t been another thug he took out it would’ve been a school
Such an odd occurrence.
Rare but it happens. I’d say 90, 92% of cases.

Look people who wouldn’t DARE step foot in those communities being racist.. who woulda thought.
Bruh this guy is trying to run in a gold base model lacrosse with that slow 3800?? 😂😂😂 thats hilarious!
Wild how Milwaukee cops are required to call out the description and reason for the stop 197 times throughout the chase.
They aren’t required. But it’s good practice. Large cities like that have police Areas, then districts, then zones, then beats. Each beat may have it own channel, each zone, each district, each area, then a city wide radio channel.
At one point you had him directly ask dispatch to “patch” him to district 5. What he’s asking is for them to turn on a starcom patch that allows him to simulcast on multiple bands.
The people in that zone or district may have no idea why he’s chasing the car, its description, what it’s wanted for, etc.
Other officers may be on calls and not know and when they clear they hear the description.
If you have time, repeating the description every so often is a brilliant veteran move.
Same old suspects, what is it with them ?. Some lives Dont matter.
I think the same thing when I hear about a school being shot up or a concert or a church or just any mass shooting. Like damn what's up with "those suspects" 😂

Why officers choose to get out and run behind a suspect who's gonna be faster than them 8 out of 10 times rather than stay in their car and let the suspects wear themselves out first is beyond me
he starts with 90mph down residential area.. and ppl complain they arent driving fast enough to catch them.. man im glad none of you are cops.. just trolls.
So did they catch him?

Eastbound on 22nd. Light traffic. Speed is 10 mph. Waiting for lady and her toddler in crosswalk to complete their crossing. Ran out of doughnuts and my coffee is cold.
If he says "roads are dry" one more freaking time...
If someone starts hitting side streets like that you might as well turn off those lights..
It’s a whole different breed of driver on the northside and they are not giving up

I have a Buick lacrosse man that 3800 motor is unmatched 🤪🤣😭 OAN Milwaukee needs to take notes from GSP man that chase would’ve been over faster than it started
I grew up on the NW side of Milwaukee. Now live in a western suburb.
Damn he just needed to call an uber n hes outta there. Not expecting it to end like that after 2 blown tires.
I don't know if they ever caught that guy that was running away at the end
13% FTW
Well, that was different.
I wonder if was ever caught
Did he say tinted tint😂😂
Reckless driving by the PD too.
Womp Womp use your brain
Officer shouldn’t have to be calling out the PC so many times where tf is dispatch
Ive never understood why street lights dont have one extra light on it and it would be red and blue, it could be activated by the cop cars signals electronically to turn on the red and blue light at the intersection to warn other drivers.
Milwaukee.
Wisconsin.
...so I guess he was let off with a signature bond then. I'm surprised they didn't call off the chase, especially after the Buick's tires went flat.
I might not be calling MKE home anymore, but I DO know some of those streets very well from childhood!!
Oh man, how did we know, this driver was going to be black?
Crazy how much the camera doesn’t accurately show speed, it seems as if they are going way slower but they’re not! 😂
No way he asked the suspect to "please pull over" 💀
How u know murder suspects in car if windows tinted with unidentified subjects.
he own the car
when did a Piggly Wiggly show up across from Channel 4/WTMJ 620AM?
So, did they ever catch him?
My thought exactly. But judging by the other comments it doesn't matter. Apparently he is going to walk free anyway.
@@Andreschannel_SA Yeah, well that's a given, and by the way the video ended, I'd say they let him go on the spot.
Nah they usually find them if they bail on foot. They have a lot of squads in the area and they find em after some time.

Too bad the political environment does not allow MPD to use procedures like PIT, or boxing to stop even low-speed chases. Possible murder suspect…we must give every doubt and chance to the criminals. SMH
What about that move at 15:56??
Did they ever catch him?
No
At least the people of Milwaukee know what to do when sirens are blasting. Congratulations.
Can you please tell dispatch 25 more times the fact that the driver is “wanted for a homicide”??? They didn’t hear you the 9 times you previously voiced that. 🤡🤡🤡
Probably has to remind senior command so they don't immediately cancel the pursuit.
@@rcrawford42 no way it was needed to be repeated as many times as it was to justify the pursuit.
@@ultraman33624MPD has a finicky Pursue policy
The logic (valid or not) is that there are multiple different precincts throughout the city and as they move around geographically, the radios will scan to different zones. So calling it out ensures that anyone just hearing the chase for the first time has all of the info. Also helps with justifying the chase to desk sergeants who have been legislated into canceling for everything. I'm not gonna sit here and say I agree with all of that reasoning, but that is the gist of it as I understand.
Why post it nd not show the ending results,,most likely dude got away
So they didn’t catch the murder suspect 🤔 I love Milwaukee but that city is slowly deteriorating
Absolutely pitiful... they had ample time to TVI/PIT.

Does Milwaukee have a police helicopter?
Milwaukee doesn't even want police. They let "activists" harass an officer to the point they shot into the door of his house.
Not sure, but the roadways are dry.
@@echohotel4963I think they have to report that bc any sign of wet and slippery, the supervisor terminates the “chase”

Wow.
That's A lot of activity. Just goes to show you, if you're gonna search for it, you'll find it
Milwaukee police have the worst training in vehicle pursuits and chases compared to other cities….they have no intuitive direction at all.🤦🏾♂️
Whoever is requiring these officers to call these pursuits like a TV Broadcaster is insane. Let these guys DRIVE!
It’s to determine if a chase should be terminated or not, the result of multiple lawsuits that have cost the city money it does not have.
ASP would rofl at these chase policies. "We're from Arkansas. Sit in that chair right there, and we'll show you how its done..."
No murderers were interfered with.
Very surprised that the gold Buick didn't hold up. Guess they don't make 'em like they used to.
No pit ?

Why do they keep giving the same info over and over and over? “Homicide suspect.” “Gold Buick Lacrosse” “AMT 3366” “reckless driving.” Yeah we heard you the first 7 times. 😂
I am from Poland . I always wonder why in the USA a policeman always says: he's going westbound, he's going eastbound, he's going westbound on the eastbound lanes etc. How do the other policemen know where the direction of the world is? In Poland and Europe, a policeman would always say, he's going towards Warsaw, he's going towards school, he turned right, he turned left, etc. Nobody here uses cardinal directions and nobody knows where west and north are. Can you explain this to me, Americans?
The street grid in Milwaukee and most major US cities are very easy to follow. Almost all streets are east-west or north-south. That’s why they say he’s going eastbound or northbound for example. For example, streets in Milwaukee also have west, east, north, and south before their names unlike in Europe where it’s just the street name.
