The fact that Capcom didn't think of making turf wars for subspecies baffles me. I'd have loved to see Glavenus using his tail more often, same for Nargacuga. Maybe Brachydios could use his slime more often in turf wars and Zinogre could use his insects more often. There could've been so many incredibile turf wars and yet they made them look all kinda the same

He is tho, lore wise Alatreon would absolutely dunk Nergigante. This guy made a battle between them and Alatreon clobbered Nergi. Nergi only hunts low tier elders, and even then it has trouble doing so cuz velkhana can fight Nergi off.

That's my boy! Anjanath doesen't care about things like lore; he just wrecks and eats everything that gets in his way. Fun fact; in my Rise playthrough he was the first monster who killed an elder dragon on screen.

Hey monster slayer I have one question the Brachydios Vs Black Diablos is ridiculous I would rather see Brachydios picking up Diablos and biting it instead of Brachydios breathing fire balls at Black Diablos it is so odd and ridiculous I was laughing hard on that one lol.
@Bone Reaper Lagiallosaurus Yeah brachy blasting fire was one of the more hilarious turf wars in this vid. I only did it so I could show an interaction between black diablos and Brachy, but I probably could have used a different turf war lol
Fun fact: Some of the turf wars that featured Alatreon had it using the abilities of Kushala Daora and Vaal Hazak. This, believe it or not, isn’t just a game thing. It’s canon. According to Capcom themselves, Alatreon is technically able to utilize the full power of all of the true Elder Dragons. This includes but is likely not limited to, Teostra, Velkhana, Namielle, Chameleos, Kushala, Lunastra and Vaal. It is believed that the reason it doesn’t have access to the abilities of the likes of Chameleos, Kushala, and Vaal is due to its inherently unstable nature. If Alatreon were to somehow attain complete elemental control, it would likely be stronger than Black Fatalis. At least in terms of raw power.
@@thedocumentsofanjanathtame6531 I agree and disagree, his a pain because the fight is gimmicky with all the elements plus the elemental check. Once you get Evade Extender 5 and max out an elemental weapon with partbreaker. Fight becomes easier. Plus most of his moves are telegraphed really well and easy to avoid.
I'd say he already is stronger than Fatalis in terms of destructive power considering that Fatalis has to actively destroy a place whereas Alatreon just being there makes a place inhospitable due to his unstable nature. Though in Iceborne I think that's the closest we see to an Alatreon with full mastery of the elements seeing as he switches between active forms and uses elements in tandem with each other.

The only reason it can’t use those abilities is due to its elemental instability.

The horns Alatreon posesses gives them control to the elemental powers they are somehow able to produce from their system, but effluvium is a living bacteria that literally cannot be controlled. Since we're discussing what could be anyway, here's how I imagine some of these turf wars would actually go. Diablos vs. Brachydios: Diablos charges horns-first. Brachydios catches it by the horns and holds it back with its arms, but Diablos manages to overpower Brachy and run it down. However, their brief clash leaves slime on Diablos's horns which explodes as it is trampling Brachydios, causing it to tumble and skid to a stop. Tie in terms of damage, Brachydios gets the last hit. Alatreon vs. Savage Deviljho: Alatreon flies up above Savage Deviljho. Savage Jho lunges to bite, but Alatreon wards it off with lightning. The two enter a beam struggle of Alatreon's fire versus Jho's dragon energy, but Alatreon changes elements to its own dragon energy and outright overpowers Savage Deviljho. Alatreon wins. Xeno'jiiva vs. Teostra, Lunastra, or Vaal Hazak: The smaller Elder Dragon jumps at Xeno'jiiva's face, pinning its head down with its forelegs. Xeno'jiiva, being an infant, struggles to fend off its attacker, until it thinks to fire a blast of its energy breath that startles the other Elder Dragon and bucks it off, allowing Xeno'jiiva to blow it away with another, stronger blast. Xeno'jiiva wins.

This idea is really amazing. If we can use this method to turn safi'jiiva into fatalis with red flame, we can make safi'jiiva more like smaug, and it will be wonderful.
@godzilla MC I have actually swapped fatalis and safi'jiiva models before and have videos on this channel showcasing this. It surprisingly works pretty well. These videos are currently member exclusive at the moment though.

It's super cool, but you can see the afluvium on the reskinned alatreon. It also feels so wrong that you just put kulve on a great jagras when dodogama was right there to be used.
I think the Rajang and Nergigante throwing Alatreon is pretty accurate because even though Alatreon is a Black Dragon and has the strongest element use than other dragons, he's not equipped for close raw strength combat fight.
I had a dream of a turf war between the Dodogama and Nergigante And the Dodgama won by doing what the Zinogre did to the Rathalos, hell I'm seeing Nergigante getting his ass whooped lol But I want turf wars with monsters from other generations pwease
Is it weird that Galvenus looks kinda like the 1998 Godzilla with those back spines and the head shape? Probably not, but it's something to think about.
When you're half the size the entire area they are trying to kill you in and have normally impenetrable scales, you only need a good grab to do the trick.
I think the main problem here is that I’m pretty sure black dragons are, canonically, they’re so powerful literally no none black dragon can stand up to them for even a minute
Most of these are pretty decent. Some of the Elder Dragon ones are even really good. Baby Safi'Jiva, and extra baby Xeno'Jiva were curious but interesting. Baby Kulve vs Anjanath though, just feels wrong on too many level for me 😅
No no that’s only elemental energy, The Jiiva’s feed off of Bio-Energy which is life energy or something. Though since Alatreon is a all powerful *B L A C K* dragon I suppose the Bio energy would be immense enough to grow Safi’s power to greater heights since it’s already a full grown Elder Dragon. Wait since it’s adolescent version is classified as “Emperor of The Elder Dragons” and he’s High Elder tier because of how much pure energy he’s throwing around and also about to shove his hand through literal crystal and heat it up. How powerful would Safi be? Why has no even talked about that yet is my question.

@godzilla MC I have actually swapped fatalis and safi'jiiva models before and have videos on this channel showcasing this. It surprisingly works pretty well. These videos are currently member exclusive at the moment though.

It's super cool, but you can see the afluvium on the reskinned alatreon. It also feels so wrong that you just put kulve on a great jagras when dodogama was right there to be used.

I think the Rajang and Nergigante throwing Alatreon is pretty accurate because even though Alatreon is a Black Dragon and has the strongest element use than other dragons, he's not equipped for close raw strength combat fight.
Not really, you really need to be aware of how big Alatreon is in comparison, plus a dragon slam would knock them out
Alatreon pumps up his muscle with the dragon element like savage jho. That plus his size should make him more than strong enough

Most of these are pretty decent. Some of the Elder Dragon ones are even really good. Baby Safi'Jiva, and extra baby Xeno'Jiva were curious but interesting. Baby Kulve vs Anjanath though, just feels wrong on too many level for me 😅

No no that’s only elemental energy, The Jiiva’s feed off of Bio-Energy which is life energy or something. Though since Alatreon is a all powerful *B L A C K* dragon I suppose the Bio energy would be immense enough to grow Safi’s power to greater heights since it’s already a full grown Elder Dragon. Wait since it’s adolescent version is classified as “Emperor of The Elder Dragons” and he’s High Elder tier because of how much pure energy he’s throwing around and also about to shove his hand through literal crystal and heat it up.
