9 months after my tune by Performance Destination and She's running strong
Thank you for the kind words
6466 is a sick little turbo. great spool for the flow it can do. We just used one on a buddys dsm and so far are very impressed with it.
Yes very well rounded turbo
Would you run a 6466 on a 3.7L V6?
@@joeysmokez8423 two 6466 will be fun.
Great informational breakdown.
Thank you
Good info bout the turbo size difference 👍🏽
Da car yah mad nuh bomboclaat, I just got mine back and presently breaking it in right now can't wait for the dyno day...🇯🇲
Sounds good
Outstanding work 👏 great content as well..
Thank you
This video is pure gold !
I was so debating between 6870 and 6466 and looking for north of 750-800
Thank you sir. The 6466 still has a lot more in it too.
@@Performance_Destination I will stick to it ! 🙏🏽 bless up
I've had both of these turbos on my fully built '03 Evo. There is a definite difference once you push them past 44-45psi. The 6870 will keep making power while the 6466 is at the end of its efficiency, particularly on a ported cylinder head that's moving a lot of air. Having said that, the 6466 is a phenomenal turbo that will do work on the street. PS. take off the dumb mask while making videos. please and thank you :-)
@@danmcghee6213 agree agree I mean is a larger turbo is must take more psi’s but on the evo x stock ECU anything passed 42-43 psi is blind tuning , 40psi is more than enough on these street builds plus the blessing of the 6870 comes with the lag and boost drop between shifts
@@danmcghee6213 you gonna take care of his family if he gets sick? Granted those aren’t adequate masks to wear still offer a very little layer of protection.
That thing is rocket 🚀

Thank you
Keep doing the breakdowns of the tuning sessions at the end!
I’ll try too
@@Performance_Destination from the analytical breakdowns to the professionalism with the tuning. You have done it again. Awesome 👏
What rpm is the 6466 full boost at?
That uicp 0_0 1:38
What turbo kit?
Am in the same route
Evo 9 2.0l built motor my question is will a 6466 1.15 ar with a single gate be awesome for street car
The housing size will vary by the power your looking to make. That turbo is a great street turbo
@@Performance_Destination am looking into making 600-700 range
@@Performance_Destination going with a t4 style just due to the fact am getting a deal on hot parts 500 for JMF all new parts just no turbo and gate
Stock sleeve?
Nuff respect Desmond. You in my state,,where are you.. what's the x specs on that car.. I'm looking 800 on mine.. Don't know still.
Thank you. I’m in Orlando
At what rpms she wakes up?
Currently I got BorgWarner 91/80 69mm and it starts spools from 3k.
I am considering swap🖕
I'm in control how i want it to spool. We offer remote tuning if you need us to step in where needed ill be happy to help.
Is the turbo manifold v-band or t4 and is it a twin scroll turbo and what size a/r?
T4 twin scroll1”
Revved to only 7k too, Damn
Is it still 2.0 or 2.2 and stock ECU ? How much would it make @ 45 psi ?
forged internals
Built 2.0 on Oem ECU
Does it spool 5500- 6000 rpms??
Car is breaking up during pulls..?
No Not one hiccup. Car finished smoothly
Do you recommend this turbo for stock evo x long block? Thanks.
I sure dont its to big and wont get into a sweet spot on a stock block. These 6466's come on at 30+ psi
Thank you!
What do you recommend for stock long block engine sir? its my daily drive car. Thanks
