    I have been doing these types of excercises twice a day, as well as not wearing glasses and contacts unless I'm driving. If i really need to see I use pinhole glasses. I was skeptical at first but my eyes have been improving. Thanks for the video because it usually reminds me everyday to do them.

    Been doing these eye exercises daily for a week now and my eyes feel considerably much calmer and relaxed. I also try to wear my glasses less now for faster results.

    Moderation is often the best advice. Doing these exercises once or twice a day is sufficient.

    I was working on the computer for hours, one of my eyes my extremely dry and tired but after doing these exercises my eye feels so relax. no more pain

    I can't say why doing yoga for the eyes makes me more confident and eliminates hesitations. it seems like I get more centered.

    I swear, i did this exercise 3 days ago. I just woke up with my blanket covering my ggod eye and only looking into my bedroom with just my lazy eye. I could see everything much clearer than the usual 50 percent. At first i thought my good eye had gotten a little bad, lol. I wll continue with this exercise for sure.

    My experience with many practicioners is that it works best if you do these exercises daily. Some even find most improvement, if they do them twice a day. As long as your eyes feel comfortable you can continue doing them. When your eyes feel a slight strain, you can pause for a day. Normally you should see some improvement in your eye sight in 2-8 weeks.

    My eyesight has been bad since I was a kid. I have been going up in presecriptions by about 1 every year (-2, -3, -4, etc). Three years ago I jumped from a -5 to a -7. I started doing these exercises late last year, and I stayed at a -7. I went for exam again this year, and I am still a -7. Thank you so much for helping my eyesight stop getting worse, I owe you guys so much. God bless you.

    I started seriously applying these exercises around 8 weeks ago, morning and evening. I have now noticed that my eye sight is sharper. Things to in the distance had started becoming a little blurry and now coming back into focus. It’s a step by step process. They are easy to do and most of all do not take up much time. They are especially relaxing and a few quite moments to myself. I am just beginning to realise that good eye health is linked to a relaxed mind and treating your eyes with the respect and kindness they deserve, devoting some dedicated time to them each day. I will keep doing them. It would be great to get rid of the reading glasses! It’s such a pity that our eye specialists never talk about these great natural healing methods. 🙏

    My high eye pressure bugs me in daily life even when I meditate, my eyes move around, vibrate and hurt. This excercises seems to help.

    I find that these exercises do help relax the eyes. I found it best to do these exercises just before you get in bed, and then keep your eyes closed. This way you get a full night's sleep with relaxed eyes.

    I have actually had a pretty intense eye twitch for some years now and hoping it would just go away hasnt worked. my anxiety is behind it. Ive quit sugar and smoking etc etc but it doesnt change. I have now done this practise twice and this evening my eyes were much more relaxed but i feel after years of having a twitch it may take a while to cure it. thank you for this video. Dankeschön

    i've been doing these eye exercises for 4 months but my eyes didn't hurt when i did them, i think i was doing too little of them. So now I've added a couple more that were shown in this video. Hopefully my eyesight improves, If I don't see an improvement by two months, I will sadly give up because i didn't see much improvement in the four months.

    This is one of 2 BEST "eye yoga" videos I've found. I've been doing these for 5 days, & I am stunned. I always had 20/20 vision until a few yrs ago. It became impossible to read a menu or even a mag lately. Well in just 5 days, I can SEE clearly again. I'm so thankful to have stumbled across eye yoga. I had never heard of it before. SHAME on USA eye docs for NOT telling patients about this! I'm sure they must know this does work!!

    Thank you so much for this. I will try to do this daily. The first time I tried the movements were really tight and hard to do, it kind of confirmed that my eyes were stuck. I feel this exercises are helping me relax the eyes.

    This actually works, but it's going to take some time. I highly recommend to put an eye chart on your wall when doing this. Especially when you have to look far away, to your thumb and nose part. You'll slowly start to notice the progress. Also drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits, or start juicing.

    Well in the beginning you want to make sure not to overdo it. Two or three times in the beginning might be a good place to start, and then you could build up to more.

    this really does work. I study for many hours a day and I have noticed my eye sight was starting to get blurry and I was getting double vision when I studied. Right after I started getting this again after a long study day I tried this and it went away!

    ya....i did dis and 2 oda yoga exercise videos 2ce a day....so it was like 45 mins 2ce a day...90 mins all together, plus i avoided looking too closely at d tv, pc, etc and for too long..

    I have keratoconus and glaucoma I also crochet and do close up work a lot. When I did this exercise the first time my eye muscles felt stiff they also got very watery. Thus has also helped my dry eyes. There's no reason not to do this workout it's less than 7 minutes long!

      When we relax our eyes, releasing them down - it sends message to the brain that we are going to sleep - along with releasing jaw and tongue down. So very calming for the mind.
      Also tense face - tense Mind/body 👌🏽

    Vielen Dank für die Übungen. Ich hatte ein Video von Paul McCartney gesehen über Yoga Augenübungen. Dies ist sehr ausführlich. Mein zweiter Tag heute. Gestern tat es fast ein bisschen weh aber heute schon ein bisschen besser. Wenn ich meine Augen bewege höre ich rascheln, vielleicht verbunden mit dem Tinnitus. Ich werde es weitermachen und sehen ob meine Augen nicht mehr so ermüdet fühlen sogar nachdem ich gerade aufwachte.

    Hello and thank you for this video. I have been doing similar yoga for about 2 months now in an effort to finally come out of wearing glasses. I also do some Bates method but nothing serious yet. I was planning on it as a friend of mine in her 60s completely got out of glasses that she needed since age 3. Took her about 6 months of dedication. I have gotten higher prescriptions for reading recently (not too much higher from the previous) because my previous glasses had scratches and also started giving me some headaches. Then these ones also do as I work in front of computer. Only about 3 months ago I had no problems. I discovered self-healing methods and started reading and finally started doing the yoga. But I had to get new glasses in the meantime. I also got something for distance (I never needed that since birth and I'm in my late 50s.) because I felt some blurriness in watching TV or eye strain. Other than that I was driving fine even in the night and cut down on TV watching so that I can focus on eventually not needing glasses at all. I thought that my eyesight would've improved a little with the yoga and relaxation/breathing/meditation that I do but not worse. Yesterday, I suddenly started to experience blurriness more than I ever had and it made me scared. I was out and didn't take the glasses for distance (because I don't want to get used that as well). I thought it was temporary, but today this beautiful sunny day, I'm still having it when I look outside. My question is do things go worse before improving? How did I now get myopia all of a sudden? Will this exercise of yours give me relief from this new issue that I can't accept? How much longer should I do them each time and also how many times a day? Too much may put strain on the eyes. I really hope that you can give me some helping answers soon. By the way, even though somehow I seem to be losing my distance power, I can now read with my 2 times back old glasses. Yoga must be doing something? Thank you and Namaste.

      Hey there, I have a similar story. I'm in the process of trying to get rid of my glasses, and I can tell that my eyesight is improving from tests I've tried. May God help you as well

      I'm guessing that your current myopia might be attributed to the fact that you were recently prescribed glasses for distance. Such lenses are designed to serve as crutches for the eyes. They may be necessary for clear distance vision BUT they tend to weaken eye muscles over time, creating ever greater dependence on corrective lenses. Hence the need for ever stronger prescriptions among those of us who have worn glasses as children & adolescents, & through much of adulthood.
      I had myopia from age 10 to 31--then I opted for lasik surgery. I attained near-perfect vision but I have since regressed to about -75 & -1.50, basically to the point where I need glasses to drive but not otherwise. I can manage without them. I do have glasses, however, I refuse to wear them now. I noticed that my vision is more blurry after even a single hour of wearing my glasses. Same applies to contact lenses--my vision deteriorated while wearing them. I stopped that nonsense & it took me about 6 months to return to my pre-contacts prescription.
      I am now considering dedicating myself to this eye yoga regimen. Consistency, desire, & unrelenting faith will be the keys to my success. I am also thinking of buying or making my own pinhole glasses. Check out the videos on the pinhole solution. Images seen through tiny holes are more directly projected onto your retina resulting in sharper vision. Just test it: bend your index finger to make a little hole, look through it. Notice how crisp distant objects appear through that hole.

    I believe we need a sea change in order to see change, for real. Meaning that exercises alone will not bring the desired change when we otherwise carry on the business as usual, re diet, sleep, exposure to both darkness & light, hydration levels etc

    It can definitely help improve your eye sight. Practice it once a day for 2-4 weeks - you should notice some improvement.

      Hi Kiwi, I did this exercise twice a day for one month and where I had to look far from my thumb, I used to do that part when I'm outside and look towards the end of the street. My eyesight improved a lot, in fact I didn't need to wear my glasses anymore. My visual acuity went from -1.5 to only -0.5. But you must repeat this exercise every now and then (maybe every few months) otherwise you will go back to the way things were...

    Its 2 months since I posted that comment, I can confirm this WILL increase upto some extent, it just relaxes my eyes when tired particularly

    I have an eye disease called RP,,I do these exercises every other day,I hope I may help me after awhile,,I have been doing them for about 8 months,,I think they are are helping me a bit but I am not sure the change in my eyesight is so gradually slow

    you practice this exercise without glasses. If you do it regularly it might be strengthen your eyesight

    @cckprochan Yes, you can do these exercises with minimum light, too. This can help improve your sight at night. But if you want to improve your vision at day time, it is more effective to practice with more light.
