After years of watching people in my area severely hurt each other over various disputes, I decided to offer a solution. Come to SATANS BACKYARD and put gloves on to settle your dispute.

@TheOtherWhiteBread0 Its not flexibility. Its actually really, really hard to break a limb. Usually it is the bone that snaps. Like Frank Mir vs Tim Sylvia.
If you look at the interview with Dan Hardy and GSP (recent one) Dan Hardy explains this too as why he didn't tap to GSP's armbar, because its almost impossible to break the joint itself. It can happen, but that requires 0 flaws in the technique.
This guys technique was flawed, even GSPs armbar technique was flawed.
GSP learnt his lesson from that fight, what you want to do is keep your knees VERY tight, and your foot/leg, not crossing the opponents chest/stomach.
You want to have your foot buried under your oppnents armpit/wing or whatever you call it, sorry english is not my native language.
Hope I was any help, you can probably find better explanation at some Jujutsu tutorials online.
