I definitely needed some replenishing and refreshing in my ornamentation, I haven’t properly had a lesson in a while but I do try to skate when I can and I mess around with choreo when I want to, thank you again!

thanks a lot! i’m constantly running out of things to do on the ice and usually just do shoot the duck or a lunge or smth and now i have something new to learn!

Great ideas! Some of them I’ve already tried and some I have yet to attempt! That backwards bunny hop looks challenging as well as stopping on my heels. Wish me luck!

Do you normally have your skating leg bent when you do backward spiral? I'm working on leaving my toe pick off the ice. Wondering if bending the skating knee slightly might help.
Sometimes if the edge is deep at speed you need a bend, they always look nicer straight though 👍🏼
