She doesn`t know it yet but she`s going short (Long hair no more) into this exact style with lots of blonde highlites as i think with her similar to this models bone structure she `ll look totally amazing with it. She`s 30 something and long hair looks unflattering on her in my opinion .

I'm sorry but that looks terrible. Technically good even excellent but esthetics is pretty bad. It just wasn't delivered properly . The look is too hard, very masculine.
