I figured out years ago, that all of the Italian shotgun parts are manufactured in the same factory - same as the majority of AR receivers. You can put Benelli's, Baretta's, Franchi's, and Bernadelli's side by side, the receivers are identical.
Another option is the Stoeger M3000, Stoeger actually is owned by Benelli. M3000 is a recoil/inertia based shotgun that is a clone of the M2 but flipped 180 so the springs are around the ammo instead of in the stock. Chrome barrel, etc. In theory more durable/longer lasting than a gas system and requires less cleaning as mostly just the barrel gets fowled. Popular amongst 3 gun competitors so fairly reliable. Parts are cheap and you can replace quite a bit with M2 parts. Operation is different than the M4, but also does not accidentally double feed. Only downside is that lighter loads may not run well, but there's reduced recoil springs for purchase, and sanding it down works. Extended tubes are available for $50ish. If you get one the same length as the 24" barrel, can load 9-10 in the tube, 1 'ghost loaded' riding the lifter, and one in the chamber. 12 rounds semi-auto shotgun for $500ish? Yes please. Find some 00 12 pellet 2 3/4" shells that are crimped short...and you'll be all ready to hunt any pesky trees, dinosaurs, or concrete walls that try to break into your house. Added: Checked, confirmed that there is no 'suicide button'. The 'suicide button' on the M3000 functions exactly as a Benelli. Also, trigger assembly design overall is the same as a Benelli...so it's drop safe.
I own the Radikal sax2 and wouldn’t shoot birdshot the first 200 shots but after breaking it in and greasing it up it eats it like nothing. Home made birdshot low brass slugs are where it’s at cheap and effective!!!!
I loaded 1 3/8 Oz of 7 1/2 bird shot with like 23 grns of Blue into low Brass 2 3/4 Winchester AA to break in my buddies Black Ace's semi auto.. it cycled my reloads better than the store bought Heavy high brass. And a definite noticable difference in recoil. Lol

I got the panzer arms M4 from Classic Firearms. It has a MUCH stiffer recoil spring than the Benelli M4 a friend has that I compared it to. The Panzer version took over 200 rounds of higher power rounds (+1400fps ammo) before it would begin to run reliably. I will say the trigger is actually better than the stock Benelli trigger
Is it easy to change the front tube does not simply screw off How much water we pay for the Benelli parts Rear sight the upper mount can I change out the front side with a Benelli site
I have the Charles Daly 601 DPS with 9 position stock and the only actual Benelli internal aftermarket parts that are compatible are the magazine tube upgrade, choke tubes and standard follower. The recoil assembly needs to be changed out to fit Mesa tactical stocks and Benelli stocks. Following parts that I've fit on mine that don't work; Bolt release assembly, the factory has different milling then Benelli, will cause jams Every charging handle out there, needs to be the factory Turkish to fit properly TTI innovations extended carrier needs major gunsmithing to fit properly... I have thrown everything at this when it was factory to when I upgraded the recoil assembly and stock and it has only had 1 unreliable ejection problem with Winchester AA target loads 1200 fps. Doesn't have a problem with them now as my gun is broken in. Lube her up and its fine.
It’s a shotgun: pattern accuracy and does it go bang when you pull the trigger is all that matters. “B” are way out of my price range. Good review. I am glad there are clone version of the M4 for people who don't want to spend 2K for a shotgun and can enjoy the original design at a cheaper price. I have the M1014 as I just wanted the real thing but love the fact that there are clones for it.
You HAVE to do a video on what that "malfunction button" is actually for. It causes so many problems but it's there for some reason. What is that reason? It's driving me crazy.
The Panzer M4 has a lot of good reviews and is a true clone. The Panzer M4 has some problems, doesn’t like low brass or bird shot at least before 600 rd breaking. I have 3 Panzers coming in this week.
If you are swapping parts like the magazine tube/extension or the stock on any of these shotguns made outside of the US, probably a good idea to make sure you are being 922(r) compliant...
That is uncanny. I was actually looking for the similarities. Awesome, well done. Okay, I was being a little cheeky. But really, I think it is good to notice similarities. My journey for a shotgun has taken a turn for the better. I have ran case after case through it of bird, buckshot and slugs with only 2 malfunctions and those were in sub zero temps where the lube i was using actually froze up and became like sludge. Benelli makes a kick ass gun for sure.
