    Everything looks delicious just a little tip that I have learned from using the pink salt because it is so fine less is more. found that out when a recipe called for 2 Tablespoons. it was super salty

    I have been trying for years to make a really good fried chicken....I'm going to try this dredging method. Avocado oil sounds so much better than corn oil, canola oil and such....I will try that next time. I also make my mayonnaise with avocado oil. The love and care you put into your cooking is great!!!

    If you double fry you can crowd the pot. It also releases excess oil.

    Benji I noticed long ago that you like your salt grinder a little too much I think you overuse it because you love it😂
    Your next recipe should be siao pao since the family loves it. You’re always making pizza dough so it’ll be cool to see you make dough for siao pao 😊

    Extra crunch tip! Add just enough water to your drench and mix with hands for corn flake texture! It’s a game changer

    i always get surprised how much salt other people used. not saying its bad. I use less, cuz my mother passed away last yr. with high blood pressure. I always thought less is more. but while i was growing up my mom used so much.anyways , thank you for time and letting this be so resourceful.

      I think it depends on what type of salt you’re using. Sea salt and the Himalayan salt is the healthiest, not the bleached white table salt.

    Sir, I tried the recipe and added less ingredients than what the recipe calls for. I had over 4lbs of chicken thighs and marinated them overnight. I had to force myself to swallow every bite. Bottom line: I like your channel, but I dislike this recipe.

    • @BadLuckSlots
      @BadLuckSlots 10 днів тому

      Agreed! I put less salt than what the recipe called for and it was still WAYYY too salty! Will need to adjust for the next batch.
