Japanese Snow Monkeys in Onsen 🐒♨️ | Photography Walk | Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park | 4K ASMR Vlog

👋 Hello! Today, Jiji goes to see the wild monkeys in Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park in Nagano, Japan. We got lucky and came the day after a snow storm and it was beautiful. There were many monkeys bathing in the onsen (hot spring). Some of them look like they were meditating in the hot springs like humans, others were grooming each other, and some were very funny lol We took lots of photos of the monkeys and we shared them here in this video. It was an amazing experience to see the wild snow monkeys of Japan.
If you hope to see snow like this then be sure to plan your trip between the months of December and March because that is the snowy season. The trail up to the park was icy but we were able to do it in running shoes. But we recommend bring shoes spikes because trail can get slippery. If you are looking to photograph the monkeys at the park we recommend bringing a telephoto zoom lens with you. Most of the photos you see in the video was taken with either the Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8mm GM II or Sony FE 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G OSS.
