- Hi everyone!
This is part 2 of my Nagano trip! There is so much to do and see in Nagano! From the famous Jigokudani snow monkey park to having nabe in an igloo at Kamakura no sato, we were going all around the prefecture. My highlights would definitely have to be the visit to Narai juku, Togakushi and the hidden Howl's moving castle cafe!
Please watch in 4K :)

YOU ARE AMAZING SOL ,LOVED ALL YOUR VIDEO, YOU HAVE A VERY MAJESTIC COUNTRY ✨️
Amazing Narai-Juku, I though it's a tradition house so fantastic too.
Love you always sharing how to do and how to travel 👌🏻👌🏻🎏🎏
Hi. How many days did you spend in Japan?
Filmed with camera or mobile phone? great video!
I swear Japan is one of those places where you can visit all year long at all seasons and still have a unique way to experience it.
The dried flower room in the basement is also a ghibli reference- from Nausicaä of the valley of the wind 🥺💘
Omg you’re right! 😮I haven’t watched that movie in agers
That is a amazing experience! In last month, I also went to Nagano Narai Juku must have been fascinating with its abundance of exotic old Japanese buildings.
I miss living in Japan so it's nice watching your travel videos!
Thanks for watching!! I moved back to Australia once so I totally know that feeling of missing Japan! 💕
I’m new to your channel and am blown away by your content. The cinematography, the choice of music, the gentle and quiet observations. It’s so beautiful and calming. I’m catching up on all your Japan videos before your Korea vlogs start. You go off the beaten track to show us so many unique places that aren’t in most vlogs and I really appreciate this! ❤ …. And the secret basement room with the exact replica of Howl’s castle and the dried flowe room that looked like Nausicaa’s basement! ..mind blown
Thank you! I’m glad you’re enjoying them! The cafe was actually the highlight of the trip! 😍
How lovely💛One of my favorite countries I hope to visit next year🛬
Every time I go to Nagano, I love going to Yudanaka to visit the snow monkey park and stay at Shibu Onsen. Thanks for sharing
i super love peaceful vlogs like this! no talking and just straight to point 🤍 not really a fan of those vloggers who talk too much 🤣🥴🤭
The Howl's castle segment was totally unexpected and quite charming.
Thank you !😊
words can't explain how much i loved this vlog. The slow falling snow amidst the cedar trees, the light displays at the castle, your lil olaf, and ofc the howl's cafe. A treat! I really hope i can visit japan someday. Keep posting vlogs
Thank you! 🥰Glad you enjoyed it! (It was actually one of my favourite places too❤️)
Nagano was beautiful especially the forest walk. Snow monkeys were cute. Thank you enjoyed the walk around vlog.

That was an amazing trip. I liked the rural places very much. That little cafe was incredible. Really loved the howls moving castle replica.
Enjoyed your video. Very calming …. Beautiful snow falling softly, the forest, and the Jinjyas. I will stop at some of these sights when I in Oct. I am going to お墓参りin Nagano but I’ve never been there , your video will me make it into an exciting excursion getaway. Thank you..

Amazing video as always! I think the room with dried flowers is somewhat based on Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind - this cafe is definitely on my list now 🥰
You’re right! 😮I didn’t notice at the time.
Monkeys are so cute❤
I thought it is spring right now in Japan... wake up call for me to make sure to bring warm jackets!

This is one of my favorite videos of your's! It's so very peaceful, calming and dreamy. I love seeing Nagano in winter, and I can really imagine the cold from the snowy scenes of Narai-juku.
I have been to Nagano once and visited Togakushi shrine, but we didn't have time to see the snow monkeys. They are so cute! ❤

Hi, Sol-san! Is it okay to ask what field of work are you in? Or what's your job? You seem to travel a lot and I'm just amazed. Thank you for giving these wonderful vlogs! ✨
Love your video 😊 I was surprised that I hear someone spoke german 😂😂
長野県民ですが、松本住みの友達と電車で近くを遊びたいと思っていて、ちょうど良くこちらの動画を見て参考になりました♪ありがとうございます😊
Wow so amazing video dear friend I love your video so much
Thank you so much!
I used to live right above Iiyama, in Nozawaonsen, so thanks for bringing back memories and for showing people some of the things they can see in Nagano pref. (and there is still tons more!).
There are two shrines at the end of the walk, but one gets borded up in the winter because of the snow and the other one isn't anything grand and must see either, so you didn't miss out. Plus you have to walk uphill (and then downhill) when you go there, so it's challenging and you see a lot of people falling on their asses haha. But when I've visited in the winter, there was a lady doing that hike in office wear and heels (she fell like 5 times but she made it to the end:')). The cedar lined path is absolutely worth it though.
Nice vlog!!! Planning a trip to Nagano and this is so helpful 😄
claiming one day to experience this!🤞
wow
The Howl's Moving Castle secret basement KILLED ME
Me too! 😂💘
Lovely. I wish I could go on a trip like this.

great video and great ideas for my 2025 winter holiday. thanks!
The best chaneel 💜🇮🇶
when the snow comes falling @22:00. I suddenly hear the OST of Winter Sonata.
Japan's original country name "NIPPON”means "the land under the sun" , but another name is "YAMATO(WA)” , meaning “Peacefully Harmony among People and Nature”.
So Japan's name means “the Land under the Sun” and” the Land of "Great Harmony of People and Nature,”
The history of Japan is very old, about 2,000 years since the Emperor's reign, but humans began to live in villages and communities in this island nation about 14,000 years ago, during “the JOMON pottery” culture.
(That's 30,000 years ago, if you count the Neolithic period.)
Surrounded on all sides by the sea and geographically isolated from the Eurasian continent in the Pacific Ocean, this island nation has a warm and humid climate and is blessed with abundant underground clear water resources, diverse vegetation, and fishery resources.
For this reason, people have lived here for tens of thousands of years, enjoying nature and living in peace with it.
However, while the natural environment of this island nation is rich, it is also harsh, with both light and dark sides.
Since ancient times, the people of this land have lived in peace by respecting human harmony and working together as a group, and have shared and enjoyed the blessings of nature by overcoming many harsh and severe natural disasters such as volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, and typhoons by sharing wisdom and working together as a group.
This is because this island nation has a harsh natural environment that cannot be overcome by the power of one individual.
The ancient Japanese name of the country, "YAMATO (DAI-WA)" or "WA" (Great Harmony of People and Nature) represents the desire and reality of people trying to survive in the unique natural environment of an island nation, which is different from the dry and stable land of the Eurasian continent.
And it is in this ancient Japanese country name that the essence of Japanese culture and the source and secret of the emergence of a unique Japanese culture different from the cultures of other Asian countries on the continent are hidden.
thanks its amazing

I find it fascinating to learn about the unique experiences that different parts of the world have to offer.
After visiting Kyoto, my next destination will definitely be Nagano - this video has convinced me!
I'm excited to delve deeper into Japan beyond the bustling cities of Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo.
🕺🕺
The Takagushi Shrine was absolutely breath taking , but i felt my feet wil feel tired if walk all the way , it seems like a long route.
Wish there something like a E-Scooter to help with the feet so it feet wont' be screaming for help
